Church's Chicken

Everybody was really nice. The roles were warm and the chicken was great. All the churches aren’t like that. This is our very favorite one.

This was seriously the best Church's Chicken my mom and I have ever had. We stopped by on our way back home to Arkansas. The food was warm and fresh. It came out very quickly. The customer service was very accommodating. We will be stopping by again!

Yes there was a wait for the fresh chicken. Yes the place was packed on Tuesday. But Angie and the other lady were so sweet and patient. Their mood never changed when people were upset and the food was all fresh. My family left full and happy. A world of difference compared to the Lufkin location. I will be back!

Having church's for the first time it was really good in my opinion. Their chicken is very crispy on the outside and super juicy on the inside. Also their honey biscuit are my favorite. The workers are the sweetest. ☺️

The food was delicious. The server was friendly. It just took a long time to get the food. The place looked really run down. But the hot chicken and biscuit was worth the wait.

Great food. Cooked by majority spanish folks. I enjoy the food I just don't think it is right for everyone to speak Spanish and we are in America.

Service is normally very slow except today it was quick. Either way I love Church's Chicken I wish whoever owns this franchise to put a little more into it .it is one of the few restaurants we have here in Diboll.

Order 3 for 5.00 deal. Order in drive thru 11:40 with no one in front of me waited over 25 minutes before received order with no one letting me know how much longer it would be. The only reason they received a 3 star was cause the chicken was fresh and hot along with the mashpoto and gravy, the biscuit was too. Didn't receive the honey I requested. What sad if either of the 2 workers had been more on costumer service they could have had 5 star easy.

The first night we visited the food was fresh, hot& oh so delicious, but 2 days later on our way back home the food was bland&unseasoned. We so excited to get back there only to be disappointed 😞

I had a loud ghetto cashier that served me half done chicken no napkins, no sauce for my meal are eating utensils. I was visiting there from Shreveport and thought I would be amazed but got disappointed in Humble Texas.

Extremely over priced. I'm from the city and used to there being some sort of special on 2 pieces of dark meat. I paid almost $4 for just 2 pieces, no sides or drink. The manager got an attitude on the drive thru speaker and put her employee on and walked away. We made sure not to stop back through on the way back. The employee, btw, was very friendly (young gentlemen)and completed our order.

Normally I love church's in diboll. Tonite.. not so much. I went for the new fish.. they were out. I ordered the shrimp. It was rock hard. And one of the females working there was slamming stuff around and mouthing off about hating her job. She should have been paying more attention to my shrimp and maybe it wouldn't have been so hard. If I were that manager, she would not have a job!

This is not how I remember Church’s Fried Chicken establishments!

Both Apple Maps and google maps stated they closed at 10 but at 9:08 when we puked u they were closed. Verified on the app and they closed at 10 per both apps … also when I was t the establishment it stated I was not there but if was the same address

DON'T USE YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD HERE!! Card was used within minutes after pulling away from drive thru. Alisha at the drive thru window, today 11-27-19 before 4pm, your game is over. I don't know how long you have got away with doing this to people but you just did it to the wrong person. You're not answering the phone. Why is the lobby closed?

We've gotten good chicken here before. But this time the chicken was OLD. It looked like it had been refried. The chicken tenders were hard. We were disappointed ☹️

I wait for 45 minutes to get my order and extra 15 minutes because they didn’t have no food ready. And they always get mad if you ask how much longer would it be.

the diboll churchs chicken has bad service they never have spicy chicken when i go and they never have biscuits.THE CEOs should go fire all the workers their and replace them because those workers aint gonna make them the best profit. ill never go back to diboll churchs chicken. when i go they always say it will be 10 to 15 min.thats shitty service.

11/26/2023 cashier said she did not speak English and walked away from register. It was hard to explain my order to her. Finally did get order correct. Also on most of my visits there is no soap in the restroom . CHECK:10024

As always, the speaker did not work. So I’ll pull up at the drive-through window and I waited there five different people came in after I arrived at the window. They were all waiting on before me. Without a doubt the rudest I’ve ever been treated at a restaurant they need new staff.

No one answered the drive thru order board for 5 minutes, so I drive to window and was greeted with "What do you want?" by a person in a Pilgrims Chicken shirt. I asked if they were still open, since it was well before closing time. An "uh huh" was the reply. I wasn't sure she was even an employee since not in a recognizable uniform. I ordered the new Smokehouse chicken and was told to wait 17 minutes. Instead I ordered a 2pc spicy white meat and was giving and charged for a 3pc, mild with cool mashed potatoes and flat syrupy soda. No tea available. Chicken was old and dry, not what I paid for. Big rip off. An ant was on my cup. Ants on soda fountain. Disdain for customers throughout. No wonder so many church's chickens are closing up. End of the line for trash food and rude staff. Who do think pays the rent? Where else are they going to work when it closes eventually?

Worse place in Texas. Female cashier running her mouth with a friend not doing anything. No spicy chicken, no sweet tea, no spoons for the mashed potatoes. Not enough chicken for the people showing up to buy. If the owner doesn't care about his business close it.

No restrooms, no open dining area, no one to take my order at the drive thru speaker, pull up to the window and they "don't have" the meat for our chicken sandwich meals. Seemed like employees/ management dont want to work, or cook. 11/4/23.

We had to wait 25 minutes for 3 tenders. Finally got our food and hit the road to head home. They gave the wrong side, wrong sauce and no spoon to even eat the wrong side with. Smelled heavily of weed inside with employees standing by the front entrance smoking. Never again.

With as much batter as they put on a piece of chicken (thus making pieces look larger than what they are...2 bites on leg & 3 on thigh), you wouldn't expect a leg or thigh to be dried out.. but both meals I bought were so dry they were tough . Not only that..it had been cooked in old grease. The"family size" cole slaw you're paying for is no more than a normal 1 and 1/2 servings so 4-6 oz. The mashed potatoes were the best of the meal & everyone knows they're instant...so what does that tell you. Never, will I ever waste my money there again.

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches for me and husband. Took forever and then when we got them one only had half a bun and then we noticed the MOLD! Also saw a roach run in from front door and got to watch 2 lady's kill it . Wont be back.

Beatrice was rude. May 8. Also I ordered 2 -10 pieces tenders. I was charged for this but received 11 pieces of legs/thighs. They did not answer the telephone when I called. I drove to Hudson Texas to have family meal which was ruined due to kids only eat tenders. We only eat white meat.

Not sure if we spent $40 or $47, couldn’t understand lady, and didn’t get a receipt. Order 8 pc mixed, half spicy, half regular. Large Mac & cheese and large fried okra. Got home and we had all dark meat. I don’t eat dark meat. Husband does, so he had plenty! The Mac and cheese looked like yellow cottage cheese and tasted about the same. We both gagged🤮.both got lg tea, with extra ice. Barely had any ice in either one. The biscuits were delishish. Okra was fried just right. But all in all this meal was horrible. Have been without power for four days. Was really looking forward to a good meal. Oh well won’t go back there again.

Terrible!!! I tried twice. First time the said they did not cook spicy breasts or wings so I couldn’t order what I wanted. Second time daughter wanted chicken sandwich meal. Lady stated they don’t have that on menu. I was like you should take it off your menu then. I will not ever return

Then got mad when I asked her for fresh. Then she made a big deal and gave the customer behind me the okra for free that she said was still good. Trying to prove a point to me.

Horrible customer service. Manager Guadalupe belittling and speaking down about other employees towards customers and other employees in the store. Manager yelling very loud at other employees. Mgr was speaking of sensitive employee information out loud to other employees and customers and accusing employees of stealing food. They were out of chicken sandwiches, chicken fried steak, and wraps. The food tasted old and the breading was rubbery to our chicken as if it has been sitting all day. Will not visit this Church's Chicken again.

I placed an order on the app and drove the hour to the facility. When I was 3 minutes away, I received a call stating i needed to cancel my order because they were out of white meat.The cashier was very rude and clearly she didn’t want to be at work. I wasn’t offered a replacement, just told to request a refund. I did so and 2 months later, I still haven’t gotten a refund. I’ve called the customer service and corporate office and continue to be told that the refund is being processed. I am now having to get PayPal to step in and get my money back.
