The girl at the counter taking orders was amazing! Props to her for working so hard taking orders, bringing food to each table, and refilling things as needed. We will be coming back soon! 😊

I ordered the chicken avocado cobb salad. It was excellent. The presentation of the salad was exceptional. Bread on the side. Dressing was on the side. It had a good fresh taste. I don't know who made it, but it was on a white square plate and had the look of an expensive restaurant salad. This location was very clean. The tea was good. I told the manager how impressed I was. Keep up the good work. We will stop again when traveling this way.

Your sweet service worker tried to clarify my order at the drive thru - a sandwich with hot sauce and red pepper on the side. We eventually decided to clarify the red pepper question at the window. I thought we were in the clear but she sent me home with bell peppers on my sandwich (how I like it), hot sauce packets AND a side of red bell peppers (rather than the crushed red bell pepper packets you guys have). It certainly wasn’t what I was looking for but I can’t help but to smile that she was willing to fulfill such a request.

I've never been to this location, but we came today and they were SLAMMED pack, even though the atmosphere was tense due to rude and rushed customers an employee named Michelle did her best with a smile towards every person and was truly worth waiting in line for. She is an amazing employee and deserves the best for her customer service.

The Manger is just amazing soul. She would take the time out of her busy schedule to make take for you. The atmosphere is awesome. The area is one of the most clean places to see in lufkin. Don't see much as a clean place eat at. If you take the time out of your day to visit this place you won't be disappointed.

I had a great meal at schlozskys on Wednesday, the manager Kassandra was extremely polite and helpful with any questions I had about the menu! The speed of service was great and one of the cooks Braden even came out to ask how I was enjoying my meal!

Churros were left off the order, had to request them twice, and they were old, dried and hard when we finally did get them.

I came in for a ham & cheese sandwich that's not on the menu anymore. No problem. Friendly employees, clean dining area & drink area. Good hot fresh sandwich. Just like I ordered.

The GIANT sandwiches are a really good bang for your buck! ~$13 for what I would call two full servings...Great ingredients and build quality. The sourdough bread is 🤤

Schlotzsky's has some remarkable sandwiches. I've always been partial to the "Original". They offer several sizes and the large is LARGE! You have to try some of their signature hot sauce on your sandwich it just makes what's a great sandwich heavenly (and I'm not one for hot stuff) it's just the icing on the cake for their sandwiches. Inside is always clean you won't have to worry about having to find a clean table, they keep them clean. You can always eat outside on their covered patio which has ceiling fans circulating the air and they do have a drive thru as well (don't forget to ask for some hot sauce). They stay very busy but you never have to wait long for your meal. They also offer Cinnabon's for dessert, it's the first thing that hits your nose when you walk inside. If you're passing thru Lufkin you'll easily see Schlotzsky's from loop 287 and they have plenty of parking offering great parking for handicap. Should you need a large area to park that is available behind the restaurant.

The sandwiches taste good and, if you get a large, you'll have leftovers for a snack later. They have a Cinnabun inside which is pretty decent, just be sure to ask when the rolls were made.

They have a great quality of food and their burgers soo juicy and delicious!! I especially lovee the Fiesta Chicken sandwich burger with the added Avocado. Any Turkey or the Chicken sandwiches to be honest 🥪🥰

Food is good and the service as been top notch as long as I can remember. Prices may be a little steep for some items. Condiments are plenty and the seating area is spacious enough to not make you feel cramped.

The food is good. I got the Tomato Basil soup and the Smoked Turkey Breast sandwich. I don't know how someone making the sandwiches can't read a grill slip. It's not rocket science. So if you order in drive thru, make sure you check your order before you drive off. When your order is right the food is good. The soup I swear you could drive 60 miles away as and it will still be hot.

Passing through Lufkin & stopped for quick meal. Had the original and it was good. Bread was fresh. Service quick. Clean dining area.

They were extremely busy today. I got my order placed after a few minutes. We got the 1/2 roast beef and cheese broccoli soup for her and I got the roast beef and cheese small sandwich. She gobbled her right up and I hot to eat mine when we got back to the Dr's office. Both were really good. Stopped and got some supper last night. She got the broccoli/cheese soup bowl and a half of a Fiesta chicken sandwich. I got my usual, the roast beef and cheese sandwich on jalapeño bread with jalapeños, mayo, Chipotle sauce, and all the other veggies that come on it. The cashier was very friendly. Everything was very tasty.

I must say my sandwich was a wee overcooked. The meat was a smidge too dark and cheese was melted to an oily texture. I ordered the original sandwich. However, people, I know they will do better next time for I will go back. The staff was very polite and accommodating. I asked for a half dozen cinnibons and fortunately they had one packaged and ready to go. Only other problem was none of the napkin dispensers were stocked. Still does not deter me from having a meal at one of my favorite restaurants. The South Loop Crossing on Medford shopping center is great too.

We eat here all the time but is progressively getting worse. The food is delicious and I have no complaints with it. Their drive thru? AWFUL!!!! It is almost always at LEAST a 5 minute wait for them to get to the speaker to take your order. Today, we sat behind a truck for 10 minutes while he waited for the opportunity to give his order. We then finally get to the order box and they don’t say hello ease wait a moment, nothing. We sat there another 10 minutes waiting to give our order. My husband even said hello a couple times and NOTHING! We finally gave up and went somewhere else. There was a line of cars behind us that I feel sorry for. We absolutely love eating their food but may have to give it up if this type of service continues. P.S. - There were only 2 cars parked at the restaurant so they were not crazy busy. Why does it always take them so long to take our orders?!

I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never had good experiences in their drive through, but the service inside ranges day by day. Today Issac was working the counter and did an excellent job. He was extremely friendly and professional. The food was decent, even if maybe not worth the price, but the service given by Issac was absolutely exceptional.

Friendly clerk took my order but the sandwichs my family got wasn't great. Sourdough is what makes the chain stick out but the buns they had on this occasion were more dry than normal and lead to a less enjoyable trip. Pizza is great and normally worth a stop.

Usually dine in during early lunch. Service is typically friendly and food is usually out in a timely manner. There have been exceptions to both. Sandwiches are more consistent than the tea. A small sandwich and small drink now costs nearly $8.

The closing crew were very ...chaotic My husband had to repeat the order three times. And when he got home we were missing the au jux. I had to scramble and make some. How3ver, everyone loved the sandwiches and soup.

I was traveling on a road trip, and I hadn’t been in a Schlotzsky’s in years. I always had wonderful experiences in Texarkana when I lived there. I stopped in at the Lufkin location. When I walked in, it felt super hot/humid inside. The bathroom smelled like a dog kennel & it was so unkept. The soap dispenser was empty and instead of installing the paper towels in the dispenser, they tossed a paper towel roll on the wet counter. I had to pick up a soggy roll of paper towels to dry my hands. I then waited to be greeted by a cashier for a while. When she finally acknowledged me, she nonchalantly took my order. I couldn’t wait to have the Fuze Raspberry Tea (it was a staple at one point), but they didn’t have any. I decided to just get regular tea instead, but there was no tea at the drink display. I asked the cashier if they had any tea and she responded, “we are almost out.” It was super frustrating because I was looking forward to the whole experience. The staff were LESS than helpful. The store needed to be mopped. There was duct tape holding the booth together. For a $13 meal, I was REALLY disappointed. I am not trying to be a rude patron, but if this was my business, I would want to be informed.

Ordered a bacon chicken cheesy sandwich, it was okay. Good, but okay. If I could I would give Chick-Fil-A 6 stars and with Schlotzsky's at 3 stars that is the comparison of the two. Still pretty good. The staff, very nice. Beautiful people, my opinion.

So I went here today to get me and my wife some lunch for today. I come here because we really like the food. I placed my order and sat and waited. The guy up front was very polite. I sat and waited about 30 minutes on our food and still nothing. The guy come up and asked me what my order was and went back to ask where my food was. He come back very apologetic and said they forgot to make my order. Granted I was upset about them not making my food. But when he finally brought me my food and he apologized again. I asked him why the manager wasn't the one apologizing to me for forgetting my food. He simply said sorry. She refused to come and apologize to me her self. To me that is extremely unprofessional and schlotzsky' should retrain Madison on her roll as a Manager.

There were 2 employees working when I arrived. At first I thought it was 1. They were busy with not nearly enough help. No sign of management in the building. My fiancee had the original to which he said was real good with the exception of it not being made right.I had the fiesta chicken. The sandwich was ok but would've been real good if the entire outer rim wasn't so hard and I could've enjoyed my sandwich. My wait was 30 minutes before I went back to the front to remind them I was in the building waiting. Then I still waited another 15 minutes. It just didn't we as if there was any enthusiasm as to getting any orders ready. Their pricing is on the high side but worth paying when the service and food are both good. I will say I was given complementary bags of chips to go with our sandwiches due to the long wait.

We dined in a week ago and got a regular original combo and a small roast beef combo. The sandwiches were cold and the tables were dirty and sticky. The sandwiches ahould be hot and the tables clean. No one was on the inside but us (two people), although the drive-thru was busy. The lady at the counter put ice in the soda machines and stepped up onto the platform to the pour in the ice. She came back and forth several times to fill it. Not once did she clean it off after stepping on it. Maybe put down a towel or, better yet, use a step stool. We won't be going back. I do not recommend it. The service in general was satisfactory for ordering the meals.

Very slow, especially when compared to others in the chain that I've visited. Of particular interest was the fact that every employee I could see was wearing a mask - ON THE CHIN! Why even bother putting it on if you won't wear it properly, completely covering mouth and nose?

I have to give this two stars just to the lufkin location because I have been in other stores and had a wonderful experience. However with that said the customer friendliness of this particular store is bad (putting it nicely) from the moment you get greeted to start ro feel negative attitude right away. While I am on the negative train, do not even use their drive through. The drive through of this branch is what makes this branch lose one of it stars right off the bat, just so frustrating from start to finish. The general customer service makes them lose another star. Then lastly the food is highly inconsistent, sometimes great and sometimes takes them 3 tries to make one pizza right, that only has one added request (no jalapeno). Now for the good things of this store, clean restrooms both men and women's are are almost always tip top shape. Lastly store cleanliness they get props here too.

Employees not attentive. I stood at the counter for over 5 minutes and was ignored. Another customer cut in front of me and was helped while I waited even longer. It was obvious that it was a matter of skin color and mine wasn't the right shade of bright. They were not friendly atvall. Luckily my mother is no longer in the nursing home there and I won't be going back there anytime soon.

Went November 5 2019 i love this place. Except today went in with my brother ordered a to go got home the order was wrong and there was so much muster on the sandwich it took even the sourdough bun flavor . Really disappointed. Not sure I'll go back.

I stopped going because they NEVER have their loaded potato soup. Went to eat there 3 days straight in hopes of some potato soup, and they did not have it. If it's on the menu, I expect it to be there, instead of having to order tomatoe or tortillas soup, which are not great. Want to know why your potato soup is a low saler??? Because its NEVER available.

Wow, they have really gone down hill. Every single table was dirty, im not joking. I had to wait until someone could wipe off a table before I could sit. And they proceeded to only wipe off my table. I was there 20 minutes and not once did they wipe off any other tables (these tables were covered in crumbs, trash, etc.) I had to ask for the things I ordered, and the food itself wasn't near what it once was. I went there thinking it would possibly be a better option than fried chicken at Chic Fil A, but i ended up spending $16 for a mediocre sandwich, a tiny salad, and a questionable sweet tea. Definitely not worth it.

Customer service was great. But the store is dirty. No one is doing their side work. Every table was dirty. Booths were dirty. bottles of hot sauce were filthy. Drink machine table looked liked it had not been cleaned in weeks . Made me wonder what the back looked like. Sandwich was good tho.

I absolutely love the food but the service in the evening is subpar at best. I don't understand why if you close at 9 your doors are locked at 8. This makes for a 20 minute wait in the drive thru just to pick an in app order. Once I got up to the window and the young man asked if I was picking up for someone else and then wandered around looking for my order which I could see from my vehicle. As he looked there were a couple of other young men standing and talking to the young man that was supposed to be getting my order together. This is not the first time that we've been there within an hour to an hour and a half before closing and it is always the same type of problems. I understand working in food service, I've done it. I think that no matter the job there should be standards and customer service should be front and center. It is sadly not the case here. Again the food is delicious, the service in the evening leaves a lot to be desired.

So the food for me was fine. It was more of the behavior of the staff. I understand they were busy but it was more of a steady busy with drive through. It didn’t even bother me that I had to go up and get the rest of my order or that the tea was bad. My issue was watching the girl who was working drive through go to the cookie container pull out two cookie sandwiches with her bare hands and then lay them down on the counter walk away to get a box, come back and pick them up again with her bare hands. I feel bad who ever ordered cookies. And makes me never want to go through the drive up.

Great food! In desperate need of competent employees who know how to work when a rush comes in. Multiple employees but everything moves at a snails pace and that’s being generous. Upon arrival at my home I found all three of the sandwiches I ordered were made incorrectly! Wow, I really wanted to give this place a third try but after wasting another $38 due to incompetence, I will never bring my family and friends to this location again.

Only able to find one table in the restaurant that was clean, the bathroom trash was overflowing, my avocado turkey sandwich came without any avocado, and I don't know how they managed to mess up the broccoli cheese soup but it just wasn't good only ate half of it. I usually love Schlotzsky's but this place needs some owner attention!

The menu do not have lights in it. Nobody answered when I pull up to the menu, had to pull around to window, then had to get out of my car and knock on window. Ask the attendant what she recommends, she said I don't eat here. She had an attitude, I went next door to Chick-fil-A Siri

I have no idea what it going on inside this store right now, but we have been waiting in the drive thru for over 15 minutes without a single person getting their food…. shouldve just gone literally anywhere else. Won’t be back

Both sandwiches I received were disgusting with no flavor. I asked to add onions and did not get any. The girl at the drive through was rude and trying to rush me as I looked at the menu a little longer than usual because it was my first time there. Very expensive for 2 sandwiches that have no taste. I will not be back.

My husband ordered a chicken bacon smoke cheese and they gave him beef and he paid how ever much for avocado and he had 2 pieces. I ordered the chicken avocado Cobb salad and I had no avocado in my salad. Avocado is in the name.... it's very disappointing 😞 we were also told the wrong drinks by the girl in the drive through so we both took really big swigs only to have opposite drinks.

i ordered an avocado turkey with mayo and cheese and i received only avocado and turkey (and a whole bunch of pepper). my mom also got a turkey original but there was no Dijon mustard, pickles, onions on there like we asked for. and plus we waited 30 minutes in the line… not the best schlotzskys.

This location is the only location that doesn't know how to make a Turkey original sandwich and when you address the problem they make a whole new sandwich with just lettuce mayo and Turkey. I eat at this restaurant chain all the time traveling and this is the one location that ruins my order everytime. I wasted a ton of money on food that was not what I ordered and when they (try) to fix it they give you two children sandwiches to as if that is what I asked for. I have come to the realization that it's always the evening crew who need to be properly trained or they will loose a lot of business. Take pride in what you do or don't do it at all.

Specifically asked for an unsweet tea, and it showed up on the ordering screen as such. When I got my food, they came out with an apple juice. Really?!? I told them to take it back, as I ordered an unsweet tea. They returned with a sweet tea. This is the forth time I have experienced mediocre level service at this location. Unfortunately, this place used to be really good, up until early this year. Whoever is in charge now really needs to shape up, as I highly doubt I will ever eat there again. This isn't McDonalds; I expect a certain level of competence if I'm paying over twenty dollars for a meal.

I will NEVER pull away from window without checking my order again. I "trusted" my order was correct because haven't had a "totally wrong" order (eaten inside) dining in closed) here. Ordered a Reuben sandwich...I expected dark rye bread..who puts Reuben on sourdough bread??? And to top it off, it was also very STALE BREAD. Also ordered an original that was on stale sourdough as well. No, not just toasted like they do it...this bread was CHEWEY STALE! $20 wasted...and as busy as they were & as long as we waited in drive thru...WHY WASN'T BREAD FRESH??

I expect to get what I pay for. You definitely need to carefully check all of your food before leaving, like take it out of the bag and check it..You will get home with a surprise. The loaded potatoe soup is basically mashed potatoes. Very awful tasting and very thick...Also very overpriced for crapy food.

Man this place used to be so good but I just waited 30 mins for 2 sandwiches— order came out wrong. Waited 10 more mins — and it was $32. $32 for 2 small sandwiches 2 small chips and a drink. Way too dang expensive. I don’t know if it got rang up wrong or what but I just cannot do $16 per sandwich any longer

RIDICULOUS!!!! Waited over 30 minutes while sitting at a table to be told " sorry we forgot you". Waited another 15 for them to make 4 sandwiches and they were thrown together at best , literally meat was half out of the bun. Seriously, and customer service, horrible, no real apology, manager didnt even come out!! Wont get my business again!! 😡

I really don’t have much to say other than the owner is very rude and inside of the store is dirty , bathrooms stink, Some employees are usually sleeping in the booths and don’t listen to the phone ring several times. Every time I eat here it never fails that something goes wrong. I either wait over 15 minutes in line or my sandwich doesn’t come out right… OR in most cases both. I do think the food is good which is why I continue to come. I don’t understand why it’s always been an issue with the Lufkin location. Service is clearly not their top priority.

Terrible!!! Waited in line forever to order and then afterwards. Got up to the window and waited 7 min. And no one ever came to it. I saw an employee standing eating near the one young man making sandwiches. She never looked over at me waiting at window. So I drove off took my business elsewhere. And the doors are still closed so no way They will last much longer. Very Poor Management. And that's too bad because I love their food.

5 people were sitting in the closed lobby eating and on their phones while there was a full line of cars waiting outside. Drive thru person taking our order didn’t respond for a full couple of minutes. Pull up and they read the wrong order back to us. Corrected the order no problem, but got our food and we only had half of our order. It would be fine except for the fact that this is every single time we go here, it’s always a bad experience.

I could not use birthday coupon because app wouldn't recognize GPS on my phone. But GPS was okay to send me to a review page. Our order was messed up. Receipt clearly said no tomatoes, no olives. Manager stated "they need to learn to look at orders". It took awhile to remake. We will not be back.

It was very disappointing. One of the few places my husband and I frequent when going out. We purchased two medium size drinks my husband wanted a sweet tea I wanted lemonade of which there were neither. Ladies bathroom was filthy wastebasket overflowing, no toilet paper in either stall. We purchased two small Reuben sandwiches, the meat was hard dry and overcooked my Reuben had maybe a teaspoon of sauerkraut and the bread was cold and dry. And to top it off the cashier gave us a merchant copy receipt of a charge from the previous customer instead of our own receipt. We will not be back

i don’t have much to say except the owner himself doesn’t really know how to run a business and needs to give the store to jay. she basically runs it herself and is doing a wonderful job. would definitely recommend everyone to this location because jay had turned that store upside down and made a big difference. she knows what staff is good and won’t try to fire someone because she simply doesn’t like them like the owner does. he does it cause he can and that’s abuse of power i think. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Passing through from Houston & stopped by just to get quick bite. Ordered 2 small soups - took more than 30 minutes to bring. We had to ask when soups were going to be ready. Table besides us ordered & lady had to also ask when food was going to be ready. They had not even placed order. :(

Spent 45 minutes on a sandwich for it to be brought out wrong the 1st time, explained that it was wrong and it was taken back. Cashier came and asked me what I ordered AGAIN and brought the same wrong order. Just took it back to the register and left as I had already used up my entire lunch break. Will not be back and recommend other sandwich shops for the price.

Can y'all open up the internet ordering again? This placed used to be really good in all aspects. I used to go here at least once a week, now I'm going like once a month, if that, in hopes for a correct order. I have YET to have my order as stated through the drive-thru. Missing a few ingredients on my pizza including avocados on the California Chicken Pizza. Kind of the main ingredient in it so weird this keeps happening.

Going to need a refund for my food i got today. Messed up the order once so i waited and then got it wrong AGAIN. Both sandwiches were messed up. Im at a loss for words. Tried to call the store and no one will answer. Please contact me Asap so i can get refund. Specifically said no pork on anything and they ADDED it to my regular turkey sandwich. Come onnnnn. Threw both sandwiches away. VERY disappointed

I did an online order; paid with debit card. I get to the restaurant and they tell me they aren’t able to fulfill the whole order because they had ran out of items. They then proceeded to tell me they weren’t authorized to refund me any monies paid for the item that wasn’t available. Needless to say I am upset because not only was my order incomplete, but I had to pay for it anyway and that also meant a family member wasn’t getting their food to eat either. I will NEVER order online again and probably not patronize the establishment either. I’m not saying the food or service was lacking as both were great. If you order and pay on line just be aware that you may still be charged for items not received. 😤😡

Long wait times, frequently out of regular menu items. Today was the last straw for me. Went at 11:30am today and was told they didn’t have their potato soup or au jus. They also “weren’t making gluten free sandwiches today,” Put tomatoes on my husbands sandwich even though it was ordered without. I’ve sat in the drive through for 40 minutes before. This was our third occurrence in 6 weeks that they didn’t have the potato soup that is a regular menu item. It’s a hot mess.

Everybody working on Friday night October 7th should be fired. Pulled in because Chick-fil-A's line was wrapped around the building twice. 25 minutes later I finally got half my order. Then it took an additional 15 minutes to make a freaking salad that they forgot. They're all clueless the manager is horrible didn't even bother speaking with them. Again, fire everybody!

if the food wasn't so good, I would have given up on this place already. last nite I go thru the drive thru and ordered a calzone and a kids meal. I ait in drive. for 20 mins to be told " we are out of calzones and pizzas". you mean it took 20 minutes to figure that out? at no time during those 20 mins. nobody thought to ask if I wanted something different? visit before that they decided to clean up the fountain drink area 30 mins before closing with patrons still eating. another visit the lobby doors were locked 15 mins before lobby closing time. they said they were "about to close the inside" no you locked the doors you are stopping the owners from making your payroll.

The bathrooms were filthy. The drink station was very dirty. There was zero napkins in any of the holders in the entire store.

Sat in the drive thru for over 30 mins. When I placed the order I did ask for the meal (not for me) and as I pulled forward the person the meal was for said she only wanted the sandwich. So when we finally reached the window I tried to get the cashier's attention ( which didn't work) to inform her I didn't want the chips and drink. When she finally comes to the window I ask her about making it the sandwich only and she informs me that it's already been processed (I haven't even handed her my card yet!) I also commented on how long the drive thru was taking and she says she's working it and the diner alone (?!) and shut the window in my face!. And my last complaint is the price! Tell me why a medium single meat sandwich, a small bag of chips, and a medium drink cost me $15?!? I was so disappointed in the whole experience (my first experience with schlotskys) I will not be revisiting.

Out of pink lemonade and Powerade and my pizza came out looking like this. The girl at the counter was really sweet at least.

Second time they get my online order wrong. Order 2 sandwiches and 2 soups and only got the soups. Last time they shorted me 1 soup, so thats why I looked this time before I left. Expensive food and bad service. Done with fast food restaurants, they all are getting it wrong. When you go broke, blame yourselves for bad service.

Disturbing! Ordered 3 items and was charged promptly at the window. Twelve minutes later, still waiting—while being the only car in line. I watched an employee texting, I had to tap on window! I was told by young lady the reason was they were down a worker who was “sick in the bathroom.” She looked unhappy! Yuck. That turned into another 15+ minutes. I tapped again and asked for an estimated wait or a refund because I had to pick up my child. I was told “one minute.” Or I could come back later if I had a problem with it, they were short staffed. No thanks. After nearly 30 minutes, I finally got my food—cold pizza, incorrect sandwiches, and a sarcastic “have a good night.” For $23, this was unacceptable. Uncaring service and poor management. Alexis and Izzy (workers and reported managers this evening) need more training and support. Not coming back.

I got 2 kids pizzas for my children they sent me bread with tomato sauce I’m very frustrated then when I go to call restraint no one will answer that’s bs paying schlotskys prices for bread and tomato sauce I could’ve gotten a pizza cheaper at little ceasers and it least it would’ve been edible!!!!

Only 2 employees working. 40 minute wait for one meal. Drive thru was moving at a steady pace, totally different from dine-in. Bad experience for a 1st time customer smh. I really hope they get more employees soon.

The last two times I've been (months apart, mind you) have been a total DISASTER!! They've run out of things I wanted, extensive wait times (20 min +), wrong orders, and the customer service leaves much to be desired. I'm not sure where or when things went left, because they use to be so much better than this, and this is truly disappointing, because the food is actually good when/if you get the correct order. I hope management addresses this as soon as possible in the most effective way possible, because if they don't , people will stop giving them their business. I refuse to go back to this location, but should you decide to give it a try, "may the odds be in your favor".

Found jalepenos UNDER the cheese on my kid's pizza. Avocado was so brown we had to scrape it off, and this was what my original sandwich looked like.

The staff was very quiet. I had to lean in on the girl taking my order at the register. I believe she was new and untrained. She couldn't explain the differences between a regular pastrami and a Reuben pastrami sandwich. I just said no problem and followed through with our orders. Unfortunately I had to return the 6 pack of cinnabon rolls we had just ordered and started to eat while waiting for our food. They were stale and horrible. We literally spit them out and threw them away and returned the uneaten ones. The salads were nothing special. Garden and avocado turkey cobb. The blue cheese dressing was just mayo with vinegar. Avocado was fresh. The turkey on it was less than desired.Our sandwiches were cold and lacked taste we had the Reuben pastrami and the cheese smokey roast beef. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. The pizza was fine but over cooked. Everything was expensive but I'm okay with price if the food is worth it. In this case it's not. This store will probably continue to struggle until it is closed down. The assistant manager was very nice and apologized and said they were under staffed. The place is very clean and well decorated. Plenty of parking in the lot and clean outside as well. Uniforms look good. Dinning area is good too. It smells delicious when you walk in. Drinking fountain area looked great and very appealing. We won't be coming back but we wanted to try the experience of this branding of restaurant and finally got our time to do so since I work a lot. This was a Saturday Lufkin Texas 4601 s. Medford Dr on 11/5/22 at 3:49pm $64 down the drain..
