Wingstop

I usually order my food through the app and pick it up to take home. I rated the atmosphere 4 of 5, because there isn't much room to wait for your ordecher check your order to make sure it is correct. Take out order wait time has greatly improved from previous dates I have picked up. Always check your order!!! (I usually get a large order) I always check my order before leaving as there have been a few times things were missing. Once it was simply some of the ranch dressing I order and other times it has been wings that were missing.

They always accommodate my large family. The manager was very kind to us. The food was hot and fresh.

Not the fastest place, but they were super busy very early on. I do love the fact that they have the updated drink machine here, except 1 of the machine's ice mechanism didn't work and the other was out of certain flavors.

Guys!! Oh my god, they didnt immediately give me what i wanted and they made me wait!!! How awful!! Im so entitled and angry that they didnt get my food out in 5 mins!! Maybe i should save my money and stay home.

Honestly the food is great I love the wings and their Veggie Sticks. Some of their cashiers are very friendly don’t get me wrong…. But there’s a specific guy I’m not sure what his name is… He’s a white man and is very rude and unprofessional…. I came with my daughters not too long ago and I had Came up to him to ask him about my order since it seemed like he wasn’t busy like everyone else was, The store was pretty busy I understand… He was on his phone the whole time… Once I had asked him about how long my order was going to take he looked at me dead in the eyes and completely ignored me and walked off to the back… I was left in shock since that was very unprofessional… Who does that to a customer? And it’s not the first time i’ve had this type of experience with this specific employee, He always has a facial expression that says he doesn’t even want to be there. But overall the food is Great!!! Me and My daughters love the food!

So let me paint you a picture: I stroll into Wingstop, wings on my mind, flavor in my soul, and hydration in my heart. I ask for a simple cup of water—just water, people! Not Fiji, not Voss, not glacier-melted by monks in the Himalayas. Just good ol’ faucet water. And they hit me with: “That’ll be $2.49.” I blinked. I laughed. I thought they were joking. They weren’t. $2.49… for tap water?? I’m sorry, is this water infused with secrets of the universe? Does it come with stock options? Listen, I’m a water girl. I don’t need soda. I hydrate and mind my business. But now I’m wondering—should I roll up next time with a Hydro Flask? Or maybe a water backpack with a straw like I’m going hiking… through Wingstop? The wings were bussin’, as always. But that water policy? Straight-up thirsty behavior. Stay dry, my friends.

Currently on a 20 min hold with them right now. No one has taken me off hold. Last time I ate here the chicken wasn’t done….trying to give them another shot but that’s being ruined as we speak.

The little white guy you had working pickups, and online ordering 2/8/2026 at 730 is always rude, always worried more about chit chatting. Wouldn't sell me a ranch because "they might run out" and told me my food wasn't ready twice. Had to ask another worker, and surprise surprise it was ready the whole time. Now I have cold food and an incomplete order. Called to speak with a manager and was put on hold and no one ever came. This place is the worst.

9/14/25 I placed an online order and waiting waited an Hour for large cheese fries. I talked to multiple staff members ,but every time they would go to the kitchen to ask about my order they would act dumb and not give me a response. An HOUR!!! I understand your busy but it doesn’t not take an hour for some cheese fries. Especially after talking to multiple staff members.

Upfront service is terrible. I have had a DoorDash delivery that did they not only give to someone else without confirming it was their order, and then refused to remake it, aswell as refusing to talk to a manger about it.

Service leaves a lot to be desired. I was in the store. Several employees were in the kitchen two were sitting at a table in the back of the store talking no one ever asked me if I needed help. I finally asked if the store was open young man in the kitchen said somebody will be with you in a few minutes the two employees that were sitting at a table in the restaurant just kept looking and finally the female got up and opened a door and said something to someone. I finally just told her it was OK and I left never being waited on. Terrible customer service I will not be going back!

Today I was totally disrespected by Ana, I called in a order and it was made incorrectly because I ordered all flats and I didn’t get that, the first guy was very nice and asked them to remake them because they were supposed to be all flats well done with extra seasoning. They brought them to me in less than 5 mins and they were not done. I asked for them to please make them well done and I was denied. They stated “we already done it twice, we’re not doing it again” however the first time was not my fault, because I wasn’t given all flats as requested. Ana then took it upon her self to be rude when I asked her for a refund, she talked very poorly to me, rolled her eyes and told me to leave before giving me a refund, she didn’t fully tell the manager that called what happened. I come to wingstop very often and I’ve never been treated so poorly! She snatched the bag out of my hand as well , and I have video of it. I have video of everything that was encountered to post on social media to show the poor customer service that was received.

Not clean to many kids working. I ask for bone in they gave boneless. The guy in the front said "I don't remember doing that." I wasn't gonna say anything till I got the wings I looked like they tossed them once and just sent it out. Man... SMH everything on the back side has no season.
