Had some Kung pao chicken and the chicken was cooked a little different... not as done as other times. No it wasn't raw just not like normal. It was also not cut up very well. Food was still eaten, I mean it wasn't bad by any means just cooked a little different than I'm used to. Service is friendly and fast.

Had a good Chinese food for lunch at Panda express. We had ordered Kung Pao chicken with fried rice, Angus beef and shrimps with fried rice and veg Spring rolls.

Late in the afternoon, places a little busy. Places needed to be cleaned up a bit, wet floors and tables needed to be wiped down. Drink area needed to be cleaned and organized. Service was good, friendly staff and helpful. Food served fresh and hot.

Normally I love y’all’s food, went through today and the guy said they might have enough chow mein to complete my order. Instead of offering a second option they loaded our chow mein with cabbage. There’s so much cabbage you can’t eat the chow mein.

I'm going to leave up my initial review I did two years ago, but I'm editing to add today's experience. Maybe they can once again achieve a good review. Today, however, it was not good! The lobby is still closed?! Come on... So I go through the drive through and the entire left side of the menu including pricing is gone. I order to the best of my ability considering half the menu is missing and it's been a minute. The girl at the window asks if I want sauce and I ask what kind there is. She turns her back, grabs my order, hands it to me and says, "Thank you, have a nice day. " And walks away. It's dry, it's not spicy like advertised. I'm having to eat in my car. So, I doubt I'll be back for more dry, drive- through- only lunch. My first Panda Express experience and it was awesome! I tried another on a recent road trip and it didn't compare to my experience here.

I ate here recently and got sick in stomach after eating there. I hope they fix whatever issue cause this.

If you wanna order take away expect less meat than the usual

We use the app religiously to earn the rewards. We upgraded my brothers plate from a bowl to a plate with one of our reward redemptions, but he still received the bowl and a tiny entree instead of the plate we redeemed online. The kungpao chicken was lacking today. It had too much butter and the recipe was off.

We are new to the area, we have been here twice. After the first time should have stopped there but wanted to give Benefit of doubt! This is the worst place do not spend your hard earned money. The food stinks!

Their food is usually great, but it was very dry everything was dry. The veggies were very old like if they were from yesterday. The chicken didn’t have no taste & dry. The shrimp was burned and hard!! I was very disappointed today !! My kids could eat their meal we had to throw it all away..

Over the years, Panda Express has been a reputable place for take out dinners. Now I believe the take out dinners are becoming less desirable on portions of meat on the entrees. I ordered a double entree of beef and brocolli/ white rice/and chichen egg roll. Below is what i received going thru drive thru. I was very disappointed with my meal. If your not listening to the customer on reviews, then what are you doing to improve the situations at hand?

Got the honey walnut shrimp and when I opened it up the shrimp were a deep brown/black color, and since they were burnt they were hard and bitter. When I went to call the store to inform them they wouldn't answer, I called 8 times. ended up having to call corporate just so someone was aware of this. You have to pay extra for the honey walnut shrimp, they need to make sure that it is edible
