Order suadero tacos and they give you pork! That's how they make you believe they're beef instead of pork. It's a mockery for a diner when you ask for suadero that it's beef. If your tacos have a pork color but suddenly taste like pork, it's because they hide it with beef fat. Judge for yourself from the photo: do they look like carnitas tacos or are they actually carnitas?
