The building is modern and well maintained. The dining room was clean. The order taker was professional and the order was ready quickly. A plus at this location is the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine with dozens of flavor combinations; including special Dave's creme soda combinations (orange & cherry). The limited-time pumpkin frosty is delicious.

The drive through was really busy, and I accidentally double ordered using the app, so I had to go inside. There was a young lady working that seemed to be coordinating everything, and she didn't look like she was paying attention and wasn't talking at all, but somehow she was fully in control and everything went really smoothly. It kind of looked like the manager was looking to her for direction. She should get a promotion.

I love Wendy's. It's the only fast food place that has baked potatoes: cheesy, broccoli and cheese, sour cream n chives and more. Fries and burgers are better than McD n BK as well. If you're near one, and haven't been, stop by and check it out. They do good work.

First time at this particular location and I gotta say, I was impressed with the cleanliness, food quality and overall experience. Loved the dinning room design and layout, made us feel at home. They even have a communal fireplace and sitting area. Service was fast, employees were kind & Food was as expected coming from Wendy's. Would recommend coming in for lunch, they have a nice little Biggie Bag Deal that offers a burger, fries, 4ct nuggets and a drink for $6!! They do however need better sauces 😊

Bought two order of the #1 double burger and one order of #1single for family. They were quite tasty and hot and so was the fries. Tried the new lemonade drink: Peach, wildberry, and tropical berry. The peach was a little weak but the others were fine.

I liked the avocado ranch salad quite a bit. And the restroom was clean and large....but there was no ice and the drinks were warm and flat....also the sun was bright and hot si they had no cooling on.

I enjoyed my meal the 4 for 5 dollar deal, but what I didn't like b/c of the covid 19 pandemic, you don't get refills, next time I'll get an extra large size b/c that small size is not enough for me

The resraurant was a clean, and crowded, with kids from the local high school. I used the restroom, while my food was being prepared, the restroom was also clean. Shortly after exiting the restroom, my order was ready. The 4 for $4.00 deal was a good value. I would have rated this experience a 5 Star, but the French Fries were a bit soft. I enjoyed my meal.

There was nothing crazy about my request and I know I would have been charged accordingly, but to straight up refuse and make me feel like I'm crazy??? Well, there were 4 people behind me who ALL said YOU were crazy for not being able to ring it up that way. Sooooo I settled for a JBC. Not what I wanted but it was still good. That manager though... This location is the worst wendys I have ever been to. The food was under cooked. The meat in the chili wasn't broken up and the lids weren't properly closed causing a spill in the bag on the drive home and by the time I was going to eat it the bag had torn and it was just a mess.

Drive-thru experience was awful. I know there's an up charge if you get the biggie bag drink a large but that doesn't mean they can charge me for their specialty drinks. I tried bringing it to there attention when i was looking over my receipt and was ignored. Even when they handed me my food and I brought it to there attention again I was just stared at like I grew a second head and waved off. The foods good which is the only reason this review is 2 stars. But the customer service has severely gone since the last time I was here.

The workers here are weird... I came here with my boyfriend once and got a 4 for $4 (if you dont know what it is, its a meal that comes with a burger, fries, chicken nuggets and a drink) and we ordered at the drive thru, since he was on lunch we were off. Once we got to the park, we find out that one of the chicken nuggets they gave us was bitten. It had teeth marks and everything. Completely not sanitary. If youre eating the food back there, please keep your personal food away from the customer food. Idk why you would give me your bitten chicken nugget unless you wanted to get fired.

Wendy’s in Lakewood for breakfast sandwich was to hot with pepper from the sausage, this caused the bacon and egg to have no taste at all. Got the order and the large French flies were stale and cold, there were no biggy meats anymore and there menu was not updated. Upset because we never even got our receipt. his will be the final and last time we go the the Wendy’s on Lakewood blvd. they either need new management with better trained people this place sucks.

Rushed- No service I was told to go to the window from the order box. The person at the window told me to go inside. The doors were locked. The drive-thru was blocked by a truck facing the wrong way. Short on time in the morning I will not pick this location for breakfast. The parking lot was full. However, I was frustrated and mislead by the visual signs of life and direction.

I ordered breakfast today through Grubhub, and it was barely edible! My chicken sandwich did not have ANY honey butter, and that was the main reason I ordered it; and my cinnamon roll was hard, and didn't taste fresh! Also, my coffee cup was not secured. It just had a lid, which anyone could open! You stapled my food bag, but there also should have been a tape across my cup to keep the driver from tampering with it. I tried to call the manager, but no one answered the phone. You got my day off to a bad start! I'm going to ask Grubhub for a refund! One good thing about McDonald's is they have everything secured in a bag... You could learn from them!

I upgraded my fries to baked potato last week with no issue. The worker on the drive through refused to upgrade and said they no longer upgrade meals and it’s been that way for 6 months. Either he is a liar or lazy, maybe both. But you can rest assured inconsiderate and inconsistent behavior with customers caused you to lose my business.

I ordered 2 menus number 8 they charged me that but ended up giving me a regular burguer... i upgraded my drinks to a strawberry lemonade the cashier only served half of the cup with liquid and he filled the rest with ice !!!
