8:30 PM November 13, I was alone in the restaurant for 30 minutes and the drive-thru line was empty. And they made me wait 38 minutes for 10 pieces of chicken and a side of fries.

I bought 10pcs of chicken and they gave me only 9pcs. Overall, very poor service! Be sure before you left the store, try to double check all your orders.

Worse coleslaw ever. Save yourself the trouble this is the 2nd time one month later. I ordered it again to see if maybe it got better, it hasn't. The new employees suck at making the coleslaw and thats usually my fave side at popeyes. 🙄 from now on I'll have to drive further to another location.

I asked for a chicken wrap and got a chicken sandwich, also I asked for Fanta and got coke she also looked at my receipt and still gave me the wrong order had to wait 50 minutes just for those two items.

Employee was very rude. Placed an order online in their app. Went to pick up my order they did not have items I ordered so they substituted or didn't even give items they charged me for. When I ask, why do you allow the app to purchase things? You do not have I was given with.You can take it up with the online ordering. When I asked for my money back, they refused and said, I had to go through the online ordering. What company will allow you to order online without having any of the products you ask for. It's not the first time I went to this location. I'm mad at myself that I keep trying it. I will never, ever again. This place is horrible.Their service sucks. Also tasteless food. I see so many bad reviews. It's obvious they don't care, now I see why no one is ever inside when I pick up or order food.

Horrible customer service. The girl on the mic was rude. She cut us short and told us to move up wile ordering when I told her I had something else to order she apologized but huffed at the mic. I ordered 3 sandwiches with fries with a drink and when I asked the girl for sauces so she gave me 2 I asked if I could have one more to which she said that sandwiches didn’t count for sauces I told her I had an order of three sandwiches with fries she apologized and said any additional sauces would be 50¢. We can leave it for what it was, it’s not a big deal they did look busy maybe she had a bad day, had someone rude before me, I don’t know. But now I am very curious to know if there is a new sauce policy or if we just had an unfortunate interaction. If it is I don’t think it’s fair that the company is imposing a limit on sauces based on what items they think qualify for a sauce.

I have gone to this location a few times for lunch, and each time I went, the chicken was flavorless. I tried giving them a chance and thought it was a one-time thing, but after going the third time, which was today, I will never return. I ordered a three-piece special and a side order of cole slaw. The drumstick was an actual drumette, not a drumstick, and the cole slaw was disgusting, tasting like it was spoiled. It was during lunch, and no customers were inside or in the drive-thru. That should have been a sign for me to go somewhere else.

I cannot describe the service that was given to me. Since the drive through person whom I was letting them know I had place an order rude just plain and simple. When my food was given to me with an attitude plus I am not joking dripping of buffalo sauce as not 1 but 2 packages open in my bag I am extremely disappointed on this Popeyes will never ever come here. Just remember if your a server in this Popeyes your also a customer in other places and the service you provide you would not want to obtain anywhere.

Customer service is not good what so ever. Been their 3 times trying to give every server an opportunity but every single person has an attitude as I was bother them with my order. Food is good but the lack of empathy and customer service has me not ever myself and family to ever go to that specific Popeyes. They forget they are also customer elsewhere and should threat people as they would like to get threaded.

So on Sunday 8/6/2023 it is now 10:20 a.m. and they clearly have an open sign on and say they open at 10:00 a.m. one of their workers recently just came in late at 10:15 and gave me some ridiculous excuse why they won't open yet in their dining. These people are very rude they wouldn't even come to the door to let me know or anything they laughed at me behind the counter while I was knocking or trying to get their attention at 10:20am, so I never got served or addressed I was just left outside literally standing in front of the door for over 20 minutes then I left I will never come to this Popeyes again

This location is disgusting!! They gave my family and I bloody chicken!! Not only did they get our order wrong but they give us uncooked chicken!? Now I feel sick to my stomach & my son has thrown up. Thankfully Uber eats gave us a refund but you people cooking there should be ashamed of yourselves!!! No wonder no one answers the phone because you people know you would get cussed out. Close this business down!!!
