Traveling through... Stopped in at 8:45 pm. Our order was filled successfully and quickly. Staffed by a very young crew which may account for previous ratings. Not many patrons for a late dinner. The play place is very well designed for any child 12 months to 12 years. I hope Mickey D's builds more on this floor plan!

Its not boujie. But as far as fast food goes. It's probably one of the best. This location always has the ice cream machine working, they make fries fresh and their timing it's very consistent. People are nice when they take your order and to be fair I have a complicated order cause I modify my burger a lot and they are always on point. Definitely recommend if you are looking for fast food.

Always Great. I usually order the chicken southwestern salad, or occasionally the fish sandwich and they are both always delicious. My sweet snack favorite treat here is yogurt parfait. They are tiny and delicious. A perfect serving. Love the sprinkle granola. I use the mobile order and pay options and custom-order. I love the option to customize the order with the app. Nothing complicated, but they usually get it right. Excellent no salt french fries. Vanilla (extra pump)sugar-free iced coffee is wonderful. Very friendly employees.

One manager is excellent, when he is on duty food is better and service is great. Otherwise not so great.

Food was good and hot. Staff at the window was very friendly. But missed an order of fries with our Big Mac meal. My husband had to go back inside to get it. While I was waiting for him, I noticed another customer walking back into restaurant with his bag and I'm assuming they forgot something in his meal.

On a Friday, lunchtime, and we see a Mickey Ds! Time for a filet ‘o fish! The McD’s fish sandwich is a favorite… Especially for folks like us who eat very little fast food. It’s always a treat to grab one every once in a blue moon. We do special order the sandwiches (tartar sauce on the side) so we always get fish fillets fresh out of the fryer! LOL This location in dripping Springs was nice, very clean, playground for the kids, and was pretty crowded for an early afternoon on a Friday. Nice location, we would definitely stop by again.

The fish sandwich I ordered yesterday and ate a bite and a half of was not good. The bun was hard and dry. I started to eat the sandwich anyway, but the fish tasted just a little different. So I decided I would just drink the beverage I ordered and hoped that would hold me for a little while. It is just disappointing when that kind of thing happens.

Most of the time these guys are spot on as far as what you expect when you go to a McDonalds.Employees are always very friendly.They are great. Occasionally lately,though,Ive had some long wait times,especially in the restaraunt,and maybe one or two times where theyve messed my order up,I notice they forget my condiments and also my drinking straw alot in the drive thru.Of course,I should admit my visits always coincide with the afternoon rush,so I do understand that sometimes things happen when you're busy.Other than that,a great McDonalds!!!

Not the best McDs I've been to, but they try. Didnt get the order right, waited for quite a while for mobile pickup (the guy in the drive thru at the back of the line was gone by the time we got everything), they upgraded our drinks to all larges, which is normally nice, but when 2 of those drinks are for kids meals....well, 4 and 6 year olds just dont need that much when you're on a roadtrip! Lol

It's mcdonald's. If you live under a rock an actually read mcdonald's reviews...here you go. Clean, courteous, fast and consistent. Everything you would expect from on of the largest chains in the world.

Bought a happy meal for my son, who was excited to get the holiday pet, and they gave us a toy from last year they had lying around. The toy he got was a minion. He was really sad. Thanks for being a letdown yet again, McDonalds. Well, you get low standards from McDonald's yet again. They'll never be more than exactly what you think they are. Cheap and disappointing.

The food was cool even though I customized in order to get fresher food. Also, our order was lost for a bit because the order number on my app didn't match the order number they produced. Figured it out when my name was on the bag with the wrong order number.

Good food. This location is ALWAYS busy...so be prepared. One thing though...might be petty but one of the reasons I like this sandwich. They TOAST the bun on the Fillet-o-Fish. It should be steamed. I thought they changed recently...but...then saw a commercial for the sandwich...and... they made a point to say STEAMED bun. Just saying.

My burgers were cold! I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and two double cheeseburgers. My order came out fast, so I'm guessing they had these items premade. Which is disgusting!! Especially not knowing how long they have been sitting there. The McChicken's were only slightly warm, and the burgers cold. Step it up, McDonalds!

It's McDonald's so the bar is already low but the quality of the food was disappointing when compared to other McDonald's resturants. The to go window was slow but that's normal for most drive thrus. When we got the food, the hamburgers where falling out of the wrappers and coming apart in the bag. The frie boxes where upside-down in two Happy meals and one in the bag. There were only four meals total. So not a large number to start with. Not sure I'll be back.

Our order was simple, two Happy Meals and two large fries with lots of ketchup packets, and we used the kiosk to make extra sure the order was entered correctly. The order was filled with absolutely ZERO SAUCE OR KETCHUP! I trusted you McDonald's staff and you betrayed me. Fries without ketchup is like a clone without a soul.

Why do I ALWAYS have to take the fries back for fresh ones? I ALWAYS make it very clear that I want "fresh out of the grease fries" and that I am HAPPY to wait. My husband even says "she WILL bring them back if they are not right." But that request almost ALWAYS gets lost between the person that TAKES the order and the person who FILLS it. Come on people, it's not that complicated!

Night and afternoon shift is frequently forgetting sauce, frequently ruining orders, and not fully cooking food - no one appreciates food poisoning. The two star goes to the morning shift, who has quality customer service and has never ruined my order. Whether it’s the night/afternoon crew not doing what they’re told or a bad manager, please fix your situation.

McDonald's very consistent w their food. Service n attitude on the other hand, not so good. Hispanic lady at drive thru, either be nice or go clean the bathroom. Goodness, 8 am brfast n no smile just a bad attitude. No bueno!

Fries are cold and the eating area doesn't look like it's been cleaned all day

Employees at this McDonald’s are constantly forgetting items on orders. Whether we go there and order, or Door Dash there’s always something missing. Come on people, pay attention to what you’re doing, it’s not that hard. Also, the last two or three times we got food there the fries were horrendous. Cold and soggy like they’d been sitting around for a long time. For the prices McDonald’s charges for their food, it and the service should be better.

Always get a large sugar free vanilla iced coffee. Each time it is made different! No consistency with the ratio of coffee to half and half (or whatever cream used). Today there was way too much coffee and not enough half and half. Taste so bitter. I can usually tell by the look of it before I taste it if it will be good or not. Also I always order and pay for 2 extra pumps of syrup but that doesn’t even make a difference in the taste if there’s too much coffee..

Update after 5 years; it finally happened, they got my order right for two consecutive visits, raising rating to two stars: the below is still true: This is without a doubt the worst Mcdonalds I've ever been to, and I used to live in Houston. (Tuesday morning at 645am) My order wasn't cooked so I parked after going through the drivethru to have it remade. This is the same meal I order every time and it is always served to me uncooked and since today I actually had the time to get a replacement I tried. I was surprised when I grabbed my food and it was actually hot! My excitement was crushed when I finally looked at it and it was burnt to a crisp. I don't even blame the two Hispanic lady's working the whole place this morning, this place is clearly mismanaged and understaffed. If the owner/GM is reading this, please. Get into a different line of work.

I took my little brother for the new Minecraft Movie meal. While the packaging is cute and you get a cool toy the food absolutely sucked and we couldn't even finish it was so bad. I get that it's fast food and the food isn't gonna be amazing to start out with but you can really tell the cooks do not care about putting out good meals for the families that come in everyday. Do not waste your money it's ridiculously expensive for fast food that's supposed to "affordable" I can go to taco bell and get twice as much food for a cheaper price. Save your money!

We ate breakfast this morning, since the order kiosk print paper was out of ink, I went up to the counter to request a receipt. No one bothered to attend me. Not even the lady manager who was on duty, so I was disappointed. I called the manager listed on the wall later that day and addressed the issue to him. Other than that, everything else was good.

I usually keep my order really simple because it's McDonalds, and I keep my standards low (even after waiting at the drive thru ordering screen for 5 minutes and no one ever picked up one night). Today was my last day coming here though. The lady at the drive thru got my order wrong on the screen (I could tell she couldnt hear me), so I went to correct her at the first window and was respectful doing so. She just gave me a glare and fixed my order, then proceeded to give me my change in mostly nickles. I've never had a negative interaction with these employees, this one in particular, but lately this McDonald's really fell off. The other employees either will give you the wrong change or the wrong food. It's like McDonald's roulette, you never know what you'll get.

I ordered one happy meal for my daughter and A drink for myself the guy read it back to me and I was ok when he took my card to pay and gave me the receipt I saw he charged me for two when I knocked on the window to tell him he double charged me i only ordered 1 I was told “ then take both” I was in disbelief I tried to call 3 times to nothing and no answering machine I will not be going back again. My daughter doesn’t even finish one happy meal by herself so the other was just wasted thanks I’d rather it went to someone else

By far the worst one in 100 miles Never gets order right, always out of honey mustard and generally a waste. Just go elsewhere or a different one. They are wasteful of the wrong order on top of it plus make you wait double for the correct one(still ended up being wrong but at least including something on my receipt)

I have been a fan of McDonald's for years...... However, the experience we had yesterday in Dripping Springs TX was without question disturbing. We took our grandsons for an after school treat! This was a major mistake! The staff was rude from the start demanding that we have our order, "WHAT DO YOU WANT!" we ordered 2 ice cream cones, a McFlury, and a chocolate milk. The cones were OK after 2 tries, Then the McFlury, she put icecream in cup then decided the cup was to small, squeezed it into a different cup and tried to mix the cookies in by hand. I asked about the mixing machine. I was told that there is no such thing! So it was not mixed at all but layered, what a mess. When I complained the staff would not talk to me. My 9 year old grandson went into the bathroom, came out, and said that is a mess! My 6 year old grandson had to go so i went in to supervise and yes it needed to be cleaned. So I wanted to report it to the staff. I went to the counter to talk to someone I could not get anyone to respond!! PLEASE READ THIS!!!! While at the counter I witnessed one of the most disgusting things I have ever seen!!! While serving a drink to the drive-through evidently the employee wasn't sure they had made the right drink. I watched, I think the manager, lean in for a sip!! After sipping he said yes it's right, put a lid on the drink and sent it out the window! So If you must go to the McDonalds in Dripping Springs TX. At least do not go through the drive through!!!

Literally every time I stop here I order curbside and get cold and old fries, i feel like they’re trying to punish curbside orders with old fries, not once have my fries been fresh from here. Quite disappointing. Currently attempting to call location to get credit for my meal, there’s been no answer and someone picks up the phone and ends call.

This location is awful...wrong orders are bad enough but you can bank on waiting for your food for 20 minutes, and that doesn't include the time you waited BEFORE you placed your order. With so few options in dripping springs, I try again every 3 mos or so but its always the same experience over the past 3 years...clueless emplyees and ridiculous wait times (both I side and in the drive thru). The local Sonic, McDonald's and taco bell all regularly function with typical drive thru wait times so its clearly possible to do better.

Came at 1230 on a Friday because my kids wanted to play while we waited for food. Play place was closed and being used for employee breaks. Food would have been 5/5 but none of the soft drinks were carbonated.

I came here twice for breakfast each time they messed up my order. The first time I asked for 3 hash browns, they gave me 1. That was not that big of a deal. But today I came and ordered 4 sausage egg McMuffins and they gave me four sausage biscuits and charged me for the wrong thing. I also told them at the widow what I ordered and they still gave me the wrong thing, he was going to give me 1 sandwich and it was also the wrong one. I should have checked the food before I left didn't, but didn't realize that they gave me the wrong sandwiches till I got home. My boy would touch it because he is picky, so I had to drive all the way back. They made me pay the difference for the sandwiches when they made the mistake. Needless to say I'm not returning to this location.

I live in Dripping Springs and I like the McDonald's caramel sundae with peanuts and this McDonald's never has peanuts. I ordered a caramel sundae and the caramel was not caramel, it was butterscotch. I asked for a refund and returned the sundae. Mgr Brenda Uribe was very apologetic and accommodating. Sundae flavors need to be changed out with real caramel.

I would not recommend going here after 9. They’re closing hours say 10pm yet they run out of everything at 9. They close down early and have done this a few days in a row and they constantly mess up orders longer than 2 orders -9 out of 10

Twice I ordered DoorDash and both times my order was wrong. SMH. Guess I’ll get my burgers someplace else next time.

I can't ever figure out how this place stays in business. The owner tries to fix it but it goes right back to the same old routine. You'll find teen employee speaking in Spanish and never turn around to help you. You can't tell if they're talking about you. They'll look at you but then ignore you. Ask them about the menu and they have no clue. They can hardly handle both the drive thru with two cars and one person at the register. The place is always disgusting and has this musty muggy smell and air to it. There's always food on the floors, the bathrooms aren't always clean, and the play area smells and there's always food everywhere for a while. If that's disgusting, imagine what's in the playscape. I never order their burgers but rather a fruit parfait, ice cream, or coffee. There's worse reports from locals here. The floor plan is nice though and there's tvs and views to watch the cars go by.

I got home and checked my order and saw that I only got 12 nuggets in a 20 nugget box...this is one of many times i have had missing items from my orders. I called about my missing nuggets and nobody answered my call and their voice-mail was not set up. I am extremely disappointed...do not go to this McDonald's location

How hard is it to get two diet cokes at Dripping Springs McDonalds? Well, for us, it was like we had ordered the impossible. We were in drive-thru and told to pull our car up to wait for two sodas. They forgot we were waiting after 7 minutes. So my husband goes in and ask about our two diet cokes. The young man behind counter starts talking Spanish to which my husband asked if he could have the cups and he would get the sodas. The young man did understand him and gave him the cups. What is going on with this place?

Where do I start... I went to this McDonalds recently to get a simple order. It wasn't busy at all but they failed to properly greet me, get my order be right, the Cashier was extremely rude. I will never come back to this McDonalds, if you want food go across the street to Sonic.

Not even close to average customer service at all. The food was horrible. I took one bite and had to spit it out because it tasted old and dry. I threw the rest away. After tasting that food I doubt the employees have a food handling license. This particular McDonald's by far the worst ever. McDonald's home office needs to evaluate the employees customer service and food preparation skills.

This place was terrible. As we are heading out of town this is the last place to stop. It started with them being our of hot and spicys. Then they were out of sweet tea and the cashier had attitude. My sandwich had the wrong meat and the bun was burnt so bad that it was hard. This is not the first time with terrible service and food quality. I'll be stopping sooner on my next trip.

Used mobile order and waited in line, due to the fact that the sign pointing to where the curbside is, was backwards. Service was slow, and when it was my turn, it took nearly 10 minutes for the man to get the right order. I ordered a large sprite, 10pc chicken nuggets and fries. It took 3 attempts to get all 3 items in my car. The food was alright, but not worth the wait.

The guy taking our order at the drive through was rushing us like if he was ready to go home. The person who took our payment was not friendly at all and just shoved my card and receipt into my hand. People just don't appreciate that they have a job and take it out on others

Very rude, no manner what so ever! Doesn’t matter if you work at McDonald’s or Olive Garden or where ever, treating people as a human is part of your job! Respect people is part of human characteristic and shouldn’t change with your work place! We order our food as drive through, he didn’t hear apparently, then we got to the next window, before he taking our order he hushed my husband while he’s taking someone else’s order on his radio, really!!!!!! Of course you can’t hear what we ordered! So here we are, we have to order it again, before we can ask for the receipt, he closed the window!!!! Now the next window, all the French fries are halfway empty, we asked him for the receipt, he said it’s in the bag! Receipt was no where to be found! Try to walk inside and ask for it, all doors locked! Stayed in the drive through line and when it’s my turn, asked for the receipt! Without any apology that he lied about the receipt, he asked me to go because the line has to move as if I’m not part of the line or I’m not his customer! Long story short one receipt took them 15 min to bring it, again no apology! Very rude, never would go there again!

Mobile order pricing does not match this particular location. You end up with an additional balance once you pick up your order. Update: went at night 4/12/23 during the week, and they were out of burgers and fries.

Man it’s hard to make my experience bad at any restaurant. Today’s review is based on two individual experiences. 1. Yesterday they asked me to type my PIN # in front of them, when I know they don’t need it (Trying to steal money from me). 2. Today (Paying with cash) they did not give me two of my items. I will not elaborate or spend any more time on this review, not worth it. 0 stars if it was possible.

Terrible lol. Waited 12 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a 10 piece chicken nugget and fries and they weren’t even busy. The fries were cold. Along with another guys order that he brought up complaint they were cold as well. The manager looked at the people waiting to order and walked away. The self order stands defiantly need to take over their jobs for sure because they obviously don’t care to take their customers order.

Waited 7 minutes in line for a cup of coffee around 5:30am not sure why the lady takes forever in the morning but maybe they need more than one person working if she can't handle it! One morning I waited for ever it seemed just to order a cup of coffee and no one ever took my Order so I left ! 😖 people need to get to work ! All I order is ONE cup of coffee it shouldn't take that long ! I hope the owners actually read this ! If not it's just a big waste of time.

Saturday morning at McDonald’s. 12 kids in the inside playground but the heat is not working and it’s 30 degrees outside and 55 inside. Tables are dirty. Time for someone to try harder.

This McDonald's really likes to take its time taking your order to make you feel like you're at a fine dining establishment. The length of time spent in line is only topped by the time taken to prepare your subpar meal, which will be incorrect or incomplete. We arrived in a hurry, during non peak hours on a weeknight, waited in line for 15 minutes, waited another 15 minutes for food, and were embarrassingly late to our next appointment. And the food was terrible even for McDonald's.

The drive through guy was really strange. He kept trying to yell through the speaker while I wasn’t close enough to order. Then they didn’t have any ice cream. When I got up to the window, the guy took my credit card and loudly said “Yay yay!” Then he took about 2 minutes just to run the card. It was becoming obvious why the line was long. When I finally got my food, my double cheeseburger had one full patty and one patty that was mangled and about 1/3 the size it should have been. The fries weren’t salted. My wife’s fish sandwich had a really small piece of cheese as well, strangely enough. Were they trying to save money by using smaller versions of what we ordered? Really strange, slow, and very irritating.

Slowest service of any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Over 45m stuck in the drive thru line waiting for a tiny order for my dad. Never again. Ugh, so frustrating.

We went into this mcdonalds at 10:48 to just get fries, and as we walk towards the doors they shut it in our faces. We then try the drive thru where they yell at us to go away. We tell them that we just want one french fry and they refuse to take the order. I hope the employees working there friday night 03/18/22 gets fired.

Visited 8/23/2020 around 4:50 pm... Food was TERRIBLE, ABSOLUTELY NASTY... Everything was sooo wet with grease. The Double Quarter Pounder's (x2) buns were wet. I managed. The Fries however were dripping with Grease. I was so upset that I would have caused a toxic environment. I threw the Fries untouched in your Trash Can out side your door and departed. Not the Dripping Springs I know!

Go to taco bell instead. Got home from take out, no chicken in my spicy sandwhich... Mold on the bread. Manager asked for our bag back because we did not receive our chicken nuggets...he did not speak english..Papì manager could not assist whatsoever. Called corporate, no answer after 25 minutes on hold. Why even have a phone number?

They forgot my cheeseburger and I feel like they did it on purpose. I don’t like how the guy at window always calls me”boss”. He only calls me that because of my race and does not respect me. This McDonald’s makes dripping springs feel dirty.

I ordered two biscuits and asked for jelly. I received 1 package of jelly. I asked for more. The employee handling the drive thru gave me a dirty look and handed me 1 more package of jelly. Look Y’all, I don’t mind paying for the jelly if it will help you achieve your profit margin for the quarter. Just let me know the cost. It’s not gold y’all, it’s jelly.

Brought my grandson to lunch and play at the play area. We got our food and went to the play area, one of the employees told me that they were going to have a meeting in there in ten minutes,so we had to go to the main restaurant. So we finished our food and a hour later no meeting going on. Just blocked off the play area. I wish l could get a hold of the owner to let him know

Went through the drive-thru. The girl was rude “I can’t hear you!” (twice), while someone else heard us just fine. Every time we told her an item, we got “is that it?” (very rudely). She asked if we wanted sauce with the nuggets. We said yes, sweet & sour. We got home. ZERO sauce! She shoved our food at us and closed the window. Not a thank you or anything. We didn’t even get a receipt! I get that times are hard, but hire decent help or give them a position where they don’t have to deal with the public. It is clearly not her thing!

Keeping in mind this is a McDonald’s so if it was even halfway decent it would be 4 or 5 stars, but no. This location is just that bad now. This place was never great but for a mcd’s you couldn’t expect much. It’s really gone downhill and gotten so much worse. I give it 2 stars because a few of the employees seem like they’re trying but others couldn’t care less and it shows. The food here is often cold and going when it’s slow shows just how bad it is when they still can’t get an order out correctly Updating my review to a solid 1 star because it can’t be less, which I would give if I could. Missing items at the drive thru (after pulling forward and waiting way too long), go in to get the missing items and then get stared at like they have no idea what to do. And the food is still wrong. When we ordered at the drive thru we asked for the burger to only have mustard, cheese.and Pickles. According to the screen it's said ketchup only. So when we got to the window to pay we asked him to please change it to mustard. He straight up said NO that he was not going fix it! We than drove to the next window to pick the order up and of course the order was not correct. We told the manager what had happened, and all he said was "Yeah he acts like that when he has had a bad day" All I have to say it what a shame! This McDonald's by far has the worst service. Teach your staff to give at least 1oz of give a crap to their customers. When someone is frustrated about something that isn’t their fault, a simple sorry goes a long way. Rolling your eyes and walking away isn’t the answer.

I went and ordered $26 worth of food for my family, the food was ok, but I ordered 3 pies, 2 strawberry and 1 apple. They were COMPLETELY burnt to a crisp! I tried to take a bite of the apple which was the best looking one and it was so bad that the apple was burned completely out of the pie!!!! I'm beyond upset! I come through almost 3-4 times a week and I have always been a loyal customer. When I tried calling 4 times, I got no answer and had to leave a message. I really hope they get it together and resolve this! I am very disappointed!

The employees have always been polite and the service great, until tonight. Going through the drive thru at 7:50 pm and ordered 2 x 20 piece nuggets, 3 x fries and a Crispy chicken sandwich. There was no receipt offered after we paid. Checked our order as we pulled out and we were short an order of fries. Luckily we were still in the parking lot and pulled through again to get our fries. Once we got home, we discovered that we had received no sauce for the nuggets, despite being asked which sauce we wanted when we placed our order. Very disappointing service

I go in there at least twice a week. I usually order the same thing every time but for some reason they always seem to mess up my order. I keep going back because my dog likes their quarter pounder with bacon. No cheese no condiments. But there is always cheese or condiments on it. Maybe they should hire people who can read

I order a 10 piece nugget every time I come here I eat 4 out of those 10 nuggets the reason for this is that the other 6 nuggets looks like they’ve been served straight from hell being burnt or have no chicken or even taste like chicken most of the nuggets taste different to the previous nugget I ate I truely dislike the workers here because none of them help except for maybe 2 workers who are the only high schoolers who work there any other McDonald’s I go to has workers usually from high schoolers to normal people but the people that they hired for this McDonald’s might have been the original Ten deadly sins cause holy smokes not a single one can help you with anything you say they messed up your order and they argue right back you have proof on the receipt they say you should’ve said something sooner instead of remaking the food or giving something in compensation instead your insulted by a McDonalds worker and don’t even get me started on delivery the absolute worst deliveries ever half of the food would be missing even when it’s not the receipt or you order and apple pie and pay for it just for them to say they don’t have any and when you ask what they can replace the apple pie with they look at you confused and say that cause we don’t have apple pies doesn’t mean we have to give you something never come to this McDonalds unless you have the blessing of Ronald McDonald

I'm beyond sad! I placed an order at the kiosk and for some reason it was blank so I went to the counter to ask what happened. The manager looked right through me and started speaking Spanish to the woman behind me only to be told she doesn't speak Spanish. No one could help me or fix the problem because of the communication barrier. The manager was rude and disrespectful! I'm not bothering coming back here.

Their order through the drive through is almost always wrong and I’m not exaggerating. The last 4 orders had something wrong. Today’s order they got wrong almost entirely. It’s almost a joke

I ordered a 4 piece mcnugget and when I opened the box after driving away there was ONE(!!!!) single nugget in there 😭 you can't make this up Receipt says 4!!! 1 star for 1 nugget, give me the other 3 and I'll upgrade accordingly 🤣

This McDonald’s is always screwing up orders on Door Dash. Almost every order is missing items or you get the wrong thing. How hard is it to pay attention to the order and double check it before it goes out for delivery? Seriously! Get it together McDonald’s! For the prices you charge now for your food, there should be ZERO issues with customers’ orders.

I am a constant regular, they dont bother giving you receipt so I cant even review on their corporate site. I said large 3x and at drive thru I got medium and guy just points saying the one who doesnt speak English put medium. And I paid for extra size, extra cheese on breakfast and fail to recieve. I cannot take it anymore. I am never coming here to this location again. Others talk about this and no wonder you dont get a receipt no ice on drinks. Disgusting. They need to be inspected between am to 2pm. Very disappointed.

If I could go be a ZERO for customer service, I would! Been going here a long time. The lady at the window that took my order was beyond rude. When I got to the window, I asked her if she had charged for the small Diet Coke I ordered. She said no. Next, she says, “ I have a question”. “I asked you if everything was correct on screen, you ( meaning me) said Yes.” I realize she is talking to me and stated, I just need to add a small Diet Coke. Is that a problem?? Also, she did not ask if everything was correct on the screen. She asked if that completed my order. When I finally get a manager, she says she will check the headset! How about Check your Rude employees. Another one was listening and had her face in a snit while the manager was attempting to make things right. I work in hospitality so I know that there was no reason for any of this to have happened. All she had to do, was add a small drink. She chose to treat me like I was wrong by not validating my order.

I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but today really irked me. I was paying and asked how her day was, she ignored me and just stared at me. I asked for no pickles on a cheese burger, one said no pickles while the other said no cheese. My sister said I only asked for no pickles and I know I didn't say 'no cheese' on a cheese burger. I looked at the receipt and told the person at the second window. They took my recipe after I told them, looked at me confused then came back and didn't say anything. I got no cheese on one. I just left and didn't bother correcting it since what's the point after they didn't bother to change it after I had told them the first time. The one with cheese was also smashed when I opened it. Very disappointed. It was before 6:50pm today.

First off there shake Machine has been broken ever since I started coming here it was about three months ago. I asked when they were going to get it fixed they had no idea. Second of all that inside seating area has always been closed as well since I’ve been coming here it’s drive-through only. Today I found a hair in my food and I wasn’t about to wait back in line (drive thru) to dispute it because I do not have the time.. all around disappointed how this McDonald’s operates Update: I got a big Mac thought it was a little funny that there was two or three loose fries my bag yet I didn’t order any fries. My bun was a little stale. I ate it anyways by the time I got home I felt very nauseous and now I have food poisoning. I recommend not eating here
