Thai To-Go Dripping Springs Reviews
I ordered the Basil fried rice with chicken just to try this place out and it was a 10/10. The ratio of veggies chicken rice and eggs were perfect. The way the bell peppers and onions were cooked was just right. Huge portion enough for 2 people. I cant wait to go back
Very tasty and spicy but not too spicy. I like it and will be back. Support our local businesses

We stopped for a quick lunch on our way back to San Antonio today and were pleasantly surprised. Yes, it’s a food truck. But honestly, this was better than many restaurants I’ve tried! The food was steaming hot, fresh, and plentiful. We tried the Pad Thai and Pad See Ew. Both sauces were excellent. Can’t wait to branch out and try the curries when we pass through again in a few weeks. Our only regret was not having more stomach room!
Ordered their egg rolls, pad thai, and pad kee mao — everything was delicious, even the chili oil the food came with. Definitely not your standard take-out thai. Service was very pleasant. Would come back for sure, especially since they were out of thai tea today.
Discovered this place recently and wow is all I can say! I’ve been 3 times within the last month, food quality is great and large portions. Highly recommend the basil fried rice!!
I ordered the egg rolls and the tom yum. I am so pleased to have delicious Thai close to home. Food was hot and yummy. I’ll definitely will be back!
I had the pork pad thai, it's absolutely delicious, and gave great portion size, definitely will have left overs. I've had Pad Thai 3 times before and this is way better than I remember, definitely can eat this regularly. very friendly service. $20.57 for the pad Thai with a can of coke and a tip included in that price, I will say definitely worth it!
Quite literally some of the best food that I’ve had so far in dripping Springs! The lady who runs it is unbelievably kind, so sweet, and the food was just excellent! I got the beef drunken noodles, eggrolls, dumplings, chicken pad Thai, green curry, and shrimp fried rice. Every single thing that we tried totally blew my mind. The drunken noodles were so good and so spicy, their chili oil is so good too. I really can’t wait to come back.
Had the opportunity to try this food truck in the Pig Pen BBQ parking lot and glad we did. The portions are huge. Probably the best fried rice I have ever had. I like my food spicy and Thai To Go did not disappoint. My family had other dishes that were also amazing. Will be back for sure. The owner, Nat is super friendly and an amazing cook.
We’ve ordered 5 or 6 times since they opened a few months ago. Always fresh and flavorful, with just the right amount of heat. Super nice people, and they keep their kitchen immaculate too - big plus. The Panang Curry is my favorite, but everything we’ve had is delicious.
Love it! So happy to have Thai food in central Dripping Springs. Favorites are any of the curries and the mango sticky rice. Kop Khun krab!!
I had the pleasure of trying Thai To-Go today, and I have to say, it was absolutely fantastic! I ordered the spicy chicken Pad Thai, and as someone who loves spicy food, it hit all the right notes. The spice level was perfect, and the flavors were spot on. I also tried the chicken fried rice and pot stickers, both of which were equally delicious. On top of the great food, the customer service was top-notch. The owner was very friendly and made the experience even better. If you’re looking for authentic and flavorful Thai food, Thai To-Go is the place to be. Highly recommended!
We saw this when driving by and decided to order about half the menu for a big group. Everything was fantastic and every person in the group agreed we would add it as a staple to our normal rotation. The service was wonderful. One of the items we ordered wasn’t able to be fulfilled and they refunded the item + gave us an appetizer of our choice to make up for it which was great. The portion sizes were very generous and it tasted very authentic (down to bringing the heat with the hotter dishes — be careful if you don’t like spicy 😀). Would definitely recommend and so happy to have a Thai place here in town!!!
Great food and they are so nice! I made a mistake ordering online and ordered two orders of tofu Pad Thai instead of one tofu and one chicken. They were super nice about it and just fixed us a chicken one to take the place of one of the tofu orders. You won’t get that kind of friendly service just anywhere!
Thai To go team - i love that you here in Drip, we need you. I love your food, its excellent. Selfishly I don't love that your becoming so popular wait time have increased!! Hope your success continues and that allows you to get a bigger truck or a brick and mortar so you can serve much more of that amazing food.
Food truck Thai. Well made and made to order. It’s fresh and made on site so you may have to wait if you catch them at a busy time but well worth it. Call ahead and pick it up. You will be glad you did.
Absolutely some of the best red curry chicken I've ever had. The chicken isn't cheap or overcooked, the spice level is absolutely perfect. Only thing I'll say if their owners are reading this - please throw in some utensils for the folks that are traveling and in hotels lol
I LOVE this place. I go so often the staff know me. I always get the Big Bad Brocolli. The portion sizes are very generous and packed with flavor. Their mango sticky rice is to die for! Love love love this place and the staff is super nice answers accommodating

It's a food truck so no atmosphere ha! We picked up food to go on Thanksgiving, which was SO good and right on time when promised. Pad that, thom kha soup, chicken satay and cashew chicken were delicious, flavorful, fresh.

Best asian-style food in Drip by far. Been dying to get some good new places to eat out here, that aren't burgers/bbq/pizza. Food is great (especially the more authentic Thai dishes - curries and Laab), owner super friendly. Check it out.

I ordered the red curry dish and it was very tasty spicy and hot the basil was very pronounce which I love. I also ordered the egg rolls which were fine. I didn't give a higher service score because when I left I found out she forgot my egg rolls and I had to return to pick up the rest of my order. So before you leave double check and make sure your order is correct. The business is ran by a married couple and the wife that was there was very sweet and engaging. It is served at a food truck next to a barbecue restaurant and there are no places to sit down so expect to have to go somewhere to eat.

Chicken satay is wonderfully flavorful and tender The beef num tuk is about as tender as my boots , hard to eat.
