The only problem I have is, that KFC stoped making their hot breaded wings. Why??

Every time we go here they get the order wrong. Usually when we're in a hurry.

The mashed potatoes were ok but the gravy was good. They have a drive through and indoor seating for dining. The lady in the drive through was very helpful. The service was quick and professional. Ten out of ten recommend.

I had a delicious spicy chicken sandwich combo. Not spicy enough for me so I add some extra hot sauce. Man it is good !!!

Hard 2 hear the order taker because the speaker should be replaced. The worker needs retraining, the customer should not feel like the order is being thrown at them. Next!!!!!

Unfortunately! the quality of the product is not what it used to be.

Its ok for fast food. Problem is- its so.. salty. I do enjoy their famous bowl though once in a while.

Ran out of chicken day before. Went next day, staff was not helpful with advertised specials posted on window. They just didn't care about customer. On the other hand food was KFC.

Serving sizes are smaller than advertised. Food is ok. Don't particularly like eating off styrofoam plates

Today I went there and ordered 100.- worth Chickens. Brought the foods my home. I found out that the chickens are not so good. Tastes like not so fresh. Tastes like they fried over and over. I am a little disappointed.

I was only given 1 packet of barbque sauce and 1 ranch for a 12 piece family meal .so not cool

They did a good job with the oil change. I felt like they had a hard Up sale agenda.

It just doesn't taste as good as when Col. Sanders was cooking.

No orders, but service still very slow almost took 20 mins pick up,, even after they said 3 mins

Anytime I come to this kfc it’s empty and they still take 20 minutes to make a sandwich. And this is in the drive through.

Clearly the employees are not paying attention to what the orders are on anything even if it's through doordash or through something my entire order was a disaster and here I am paying good quality money to feed my family

I called about 20 minutes to order a bucket of 8 pieces of chicken and by the time I got there I still had to wait 30min. A man ordered on line and he had to wait for almost an hour total. He finally left. I was very disappointed

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!! Horrible food and horrible service. Very, VERY rude! Chicken was cold, bread was hard.......NASTY!!!

I arrived at 9:30pm and tried placing an order through the drive thru. I was told the only thing I could purchase were sides. No chicken and no biscuits because "they closed in a half hour and were not going to make more". I'm not sure why Kentucky Fried CHICKEN has business hours until 10pm if they can't cook & sell chicken until that time. Very frustrating!

Ordered a large family meal with 2 large mashed potatoes & gravy, only to drive all the way home and realize they did not give me gravy! Drive all the way back and they tell me they cannot replace the order because they are out of chicken! Thats right, the place that sells chicken is out of chicken an hour before closing. I asked for a refund. My order was over $50, since I used a debit card the money wont be in my account for 3-5 days. So now I cant go buy a replacement meal for my pregnant wife and kids. Thanks guys.

Was over charged. Bought on way home looked at my receipt when got home an hour away to see I was over charged ordered 3 famous bowls and one pot pie paid for 5 famous bowls and one pot pie I'm not driving back wasting another hour and a half in traffic.

Literally there was gravy filling the bottom of the plastic bag that the food was packed in. Brought it back in to be replaced and server couldn't see the problem (!) and would not replace the soggy items. NEVER going back there again! This was the Duarte, CA, store.

Definitely we will check all of our temperatures again since we never want someone to get sick from our food.
