They charge extra for everything, only reason I go to this starbucks is because of staff member Tammy knows how I like my drink made and she never disappoints me. I try not to go on her off days. If she's wasn't there I would give this place a 1 star a cross the board.

I didn't get a chance to get her name but she was very quiet and not good customer service I was waiting for her to get that money I had to pay and she was on her phone texting or doing I don't know what. My drinks were ready and she didn't hand them right away .drink are okay but would have been better if they put regular amount but only had like 5 pieces of ice for most.(drive thru )

Google says you close at 8:30 yet your employees close your store at 7:45. Seems like miss sale opportunity to me.

0 stars I asked for a light ice because I’m going to school and don’t want my drink watery they give me my drink blasted with ice, ruined my day I’m done with Starbucks never coming back.

Zero stars as employees were extremely rude. CORY needs to look for employment outside of customer service as she clearly does not have the skill. She got upset for me doing a mobile ordering going through the drive-through and told me next time I need to wait. This was already a formal complaint filed with corporate, however, I urge anyone that has issues with any of the employees at this location to also Google the customer service phone number for Starbucks and ensure they file a complaint as this is a coffee shop and should be at their utmost customer service, especially for customers that spend tons of money on this coffee.

I recently visited a local Starbucks and ordered a drink, excited for a quick pick-me-up. However, my experience was ruined due to the cup being defective. Shortly after receiving my drink, the cup began leaking from the bottom, spilling everywhere! I was left with only about two-thirds of the drink to enjoy. It was disappointing, to say the least. While the staff was friendly and the drink tasted fine, the defective cup made the experience frustrating. I hope Starbucks addresses this issue with their packaging, as it left me with a mess and less of my drink than I paid for.

Just went through the drive through. I was told there was no tea when attempting to order tea, I asked a clarifying, are you out of tea question and was met with silence until I repeated the same question, in which I received a different response. The drive through worker was very short with me and rude for no reason.

Kelly was very spiteful and rude. From the second I walked in I was the only person and line and no one acknowledged me. Thats fine so I wait patiently. I ask for a venti coffee with room to add milk and sugar because I’ve been riding it this way for over 5 years. When I ask Kelly for extra milk because the coffee is frankly too strong, she says she cannot offer extra milk. This is so petty and un reasonable. I do not recommend that anyone go to this Starbucks because the women here not just Kelly but the people she trains are very petty and it’s not worth the expertise to be so belittled. I just went to another Starbucks at 7850 Elk Grove and politely have me a small side of milk so that my coffee is not so strong. They very non empathetic and they have terrible customer service here.

I came in today and the staff was so rude laughing out loud in front of customers talking about customers and making faces to each other . It was very childish . It looked like 10 year olds were working there. Not professional at all . One of the employees told them to be quiet which is the one I was trying to talk to but the other two really unprofessional. Management really needs to teach them customer service skills and what not to do when customers are in front. Even my 10 year old daughter thought it was childish and disrespectful 🤦🏻‍♀️

This Starbucks is horrible. None of the employees knowledge me. A customer warn one of employees that a fly got into milk cartoon. And she didn't do anything. This location is horrible. Then opens up a new milk cartoon puts it next to the nasty one and didn't put a cap back on after using it. To make sure this doesn't happen again.

This probably the SLOWEST Starbucks service store I ever been into😩. It literally took over 18 minutes to get my drinks and they still got my order wrong, they forgot to my banana nut bread🤬🤬🤬. The laid out is terrible design and making ordering and bathroom access difficult and confusing🤔. Will definitely not come back to this store for coffee again.
