Ate at the KFC in Dumas, Texas. Deshaun and his manager Chris are awesome. The service was great. They were very pleasant and funny and really seemed to enjoy their job. The food was nice and hot. I can’t say enough for how they made us feel, like we mattered. A lady that didn’t speak English came in and Chris did everything he could to make sure she got what she wanted. Again we were extremely pleased. Thank you

Ate at the KFC in Dumas, Texas. Deshaun and his manager Chris are awesome. The service was great. They were very pleasant and funny and really seemed to enjoy their job. The food was nice and hot. I can’t say enough for how they made us feel, like we mattered. A lady that didn’t speak English came in and Chris did everything he could to make sure she got what she wanted. Again we were extremely pleased. Thank you

The new girl at the counter was friendly and helpful. The food was fresh. However, the ARL "area regional leader" who was there to train what appeared to be rather new employees was unbelievably condescending and rude. While discussing the how-to's with the employees she made sure to tell them that she was their boss in front of the customers which I thought inappropriate. Despite my arrival just after opening the lobby was extremely dirty. After eating, I thought it necessary to speak to this "trainer" about the condition of the restaurant lobby. I asked her to come to the lobby with me for a second which I feel she thought was offensive. I asked her if she had a boss and if her boss found it necessary to remind her that she was her boss. She replied "all the time". I asked her to look around the lobby and asked her if it should have been clean before opening the doors to which she replied yes. So I told her that if that is true that she isn't doing her job. I told her that I was sorry that her employees have to deal with her speaking to them in such a manner to which she replied that she was sorry she had to deal with me. After I asked what her boss's name was she dismissed me by saying "have a nice day". I asked again for her boss's name and while walking away she told me again to have a nice day and instructed the employees that they didn't have to speak to me. I asked a few more times what the name of her boss was only to be completely ignored. I decided it was best to leave at this point. And they wonder why their reviews rate them at 3.1. customer service is definitely not a priority for this trainer. Enter at your own risk.

The food was fresh and tasty. The manger made a great learning experience for my kids as she stormed around barking at staff. She set the whole mood for the restaurant. No one likes to work in a negative work place. She should be trained better or replaced.

I placed an online order to be picked up at 7:30pm I live 30 minutes away from town when I arrived to pick up my order they pulled me forward to wait 20 more minutes. I order a large 16pc family meal. They only handed me one bag that was heavy I didn’t check the order I should have I was mad at myself for not doing that I drove home to have dinner with my family that’s when we realized there was no chicken only mash potatoes the store was closed by then we ended up skipping dinner . I called the store 13 times the following day (today) before anyone answered and asked if I could get a refund and they said no that I could get the chicken only I drove back to town keep in mind it is a whole hour to get there and back to my house for the manager to tell me that he was only giving me the chicken because he was being nice but he could take it back without a problem they didn’t remake my whole order idk if they were expecting for me to eat the sides from a day before with fresh chicken because they never handed to me. They were trying say as if I was lying if I was they shouldn’t have gave me the chicken idk if they gave it to another car or they simply forgot it I would have appreciated a nice apology that I never got . Never had an issue with this location until today I will not be going back. I know how the restaurant industry works and I know that mistakes happen but they can be fixed he could also have giving me a refund on the order he chose not to and he has not apologetic at all .

Worst KFC ever! No one greets you when you walk in. The lobby is always filthy. Not messy, filthy, even when they are not busy. No one working there is courteous at all. If they are busy, they probably wont have chicken. As soon as I walked in I was told they only had original recipe, than the cashier didn't even know how to ring it up. I waited inside 5 mins. for my to go order, than they told me it would be 9 more mins for biscuits. Every table or seat was dirty, so i had to stand around for 15 minutes for food thats per-cooked. Than, I get home and 8 pieces of my 12 piece bucket we're as small as buffalo wings. What a waste of money!!

My mom (85 years old) ordered a bucket of chicken stating we like dark meat. She brought it home (panhandle of Oklahoma), and there were 6 breast 3 wings and 2 legs. Over cooked and pretty much uneatable. I feel like my mom was totally taken advantage of in order to get rid of chicken that nobody wanted. If I had lived in Dumas I'd of brought it back and left it on your floor. What a way to treat our senior citizens.

First visit- There was only original chicken, NO FRIED CHICKEN AND NO DARK MEAT. I left to another restaurant. Second visit- NO WINGS AND THE MANAGER SAID SHE DECIDED NOT TO MAKE TEA. I left and went to another restaurant. Third visit- I got off work. I thought I would get some chicken... guess what!!! There is no chicken. It's 5pm and the store has no chicken. How do you run a business with no chicken? I asked to speak to a manager and the young man asked me, " What does that have to do with anything?" In my opinion, it's very poor management. This store doesn't value customer service and it's very obvious.

Absolutely filthy. Not a clean table to sit at. Floors hadn't been swept all day. Original chicken was out. No senior discount. No one inside but myself and husband. Workers all just standing around or on their phones rather than cleaning and cooking.

Went in there with my husband and kids and I ordered and my husband ordered then when we was eating our food my chicken wasn't done cooking and my husband's chicken was still bloody and still raw.. When I went up to the counter to tell the manager on duty she said the chicken is fine but if I don't think so she got me a new chicken and biscuits was hard and taste horrible.. The manager was rude to an employee and you can tell she was new and learning and the manager was rude to her.. So I was accepted if I had to pay $20 or more I would get a good dinner or service but I guess not... So please anyone check out your food

This is honestly the worst customer service I’ve had. Not only did they make the order wrong but when call to let them know of the mistake all I got was “people make mistakes” not even a sorry the order was made wrong, nothing! There were not in a rush since at the time we order it’s was only us thru the drive, not excuse to miss a large item of the order. Definitely needs improvement in customer service, and y’all need to check what the order is and make sure EVERY item is in the bag before handing to customer.

BS service, The management here sucks....I was in the drive thru for more than 10min at the speaker, waiting for someone to take my order...I said hello three times and no one ever answered me...when will the owner start reading these reviews and realize he has an issue with this store...If I could rate this lower than a one star I would!! I'm sorry but working fast food is not that hard...I'm sure most people have worked at fast food at one time or another...Like I said poor leadership at this establishment!!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food resturaunt, and I've had some pretty bad ones. First off the staff was absolutely RUDE! The seating area was disgusting, every table was dirty and I had to request a table to be cleaned off, they were pretty hateful about having to wipe down a table. There was a hair ball in the floor. A cup with only God knows what in it was sitting on the toy dispensers. But the staff was the absolute worst part of going there. I can't imagine how it stays open.

If I could I would give them 0 stars ... The manager was super rude and getting on to her employees in front of me and saying one of her workers was “slow” and couldn’t get chicken done fast enough ... they had NO CHICKEN OF ANY .. and we had to wait .. then she comes and tells us they JUST put chicken down after waiting 20 min ... horrible experience. Plus we waited an HOUR !!!!
