Drove through on Saturday around 1:45pm. The two guys working the drive-thru need to be taught how to interact with customers. The one who was taking orders clearly couldn't wait to be done helping people, and when I placed my order he kept saying "What else?" in the most inconvenienced tone ever. When I said nothing else, he didn't say anything and I drove to the window to pay (assuming I was supposed to). I heard him continue to speak to the car at the other station with the same tone of inconvenience. When I got to the window, there was another employee and both of them were giggling. This new guy told me how much I owed, took my card, swiped it, handed it back and slammed the window shut and went back to the ever so important conversation he was having with his coworker. The individual who pulled up behind me seems to have had an even less pleasant interaction, as she was shaking her head after paying. The only reason this place got any stars is because the female who provided me my food was at least courteous. When I tried calling to speak to a manager, I was sent straight to voicemail. Is this what McDonald's trains their employees to be like?

Every time I was adding to my order I was cut off. They didn’t even want to take the code from the app and kept saying it didn’t work. Not only that but didn’t even get the order right.

3 employees in this store including a manager, looked at me and did not ask if I have been helped or what I needed . Everyone was working in the back and I understand times have changed and we are able to order without speaking to an employee. I was here to pick up a door dash but 3 employees including a manager looked at me and acted like I was not there. Customer service could be improved

Went and got a tea and it was super light so ask if they could exchange it out saw that they had the tea containers in the front as I watch them through the window the manager took the tea I complained about to the back and came back with some dark tea me being confused why didn’t they just give it fix it where the tea containers are so I wonder what did they actually give me ?? Look like dark grease with water tasted disgusting I just left do better McDonald don’t get mad because I just want my order right.

Do it really take 14 minutes to make apple pies for a customer? Or was the manager exaggerating? It would be nice to just be able to order what you want when visiting your restaurant!

They can’t do anything right. It’s like they believe it’s easier to mess up an order and not give the correct things than to do it the right way the first time. Why even ask for sauce when you’re not gonna get it. Why even ask me what sauce if I’m not going to get it

How you can screw up an order 3 times is beyond me, Instead of just fixing the order they wanted to argue about the items they missed and say that they were in the bag. The staff is slow and inattentive. Never stopping at this location again. Honestly I wish people would take their jobs seriously instead of acting like they deserve a pay check. Self righteous snobs is probably the best description of the staff at the McDonalds in Dumas TX.

Took 15 minutes to make a single PLAIN double cheeseburger… no workers in sight besides the one sweeping in the dining room for 10 seconds. Sandwich was sloppy and thrown in the bag, almost unwrapped and kitchen staff is screaming “67” and “cheese on your burger” like are they hiring middle schoolers? Fooling around in the back to avoid customers and their doing their jobs..

I forgot to use a coupon after I ordered. The manager didn't want to void the order to allow me to use it. Said she couldn't cause I ordered at the kiosk, and the order had already gone to the back. She could have voided it and redone it. It was a choice to either take care of the customer or be lazy.

Horrible. Bad Management bad customer service. 2 days got the same order triple cheese only mayo ketchup and cheese. Still can't be made right. The manager on duty didn't even address the problem had someone else do it. And the drink station is still down to... not good for this place

Slow service and bad sandwich assembly skills. They are open 24 hours so good place to go if you have no other options.
