When I first came in, the employee did not make a good impression. They were rude and made it seem like they didn’t want to serve us. They were constantly sitting on the counter and on their phones, which made the experience feel unprofessional and unwelcoming. Overall, the service definitely needs improvement.

I keep going to this location due to work and keep getting eye gestures from the lady at the register for just asking a simple question. Please be cordial and kind, people. I can definitely understand why the low ratings.

Called to verify delivery address for my order they could not tell me where it was being delivered so the alleged manager was suppose to cancel my order. The next something told me to call and verify the cancellation because I did receive an email confirmation with the cancellation and they allegedly did not know anything about it and were suppose to reach out to the district manager. I have yet to receive any kind of follow up from them. Maybe this review will prompt someone to reach out with my refund. I was placed on hold for over 30 mins and the people working there were just wasting my time both the day the order was placed and the next day

Judith was nice but the girl with baby bangs and dark hair was super rude. We came in 30 mins till close and she was aggressively telling us to move and to sit down. Mind you all the chairs were up on the table. She was doing chores 30 mins before closing. Really unprofessional. We tipped well and received horrible service. Don't come here unless you want to get rage baited.

I will never get wingstop again I paid $17.98 and the food wasn’t even hot the fries were cold the wings were barely warm what a waste of money they need to be closed down. I gave it one star but it deserved no stars.

The website states that you can get 5 free wings using the code FREEWINGS. The code did not work so I contacted the restaurant. I was told I had to make additional purchases to get the free wings. I read the website to the manager and they refused to honor the deal that was stated in the website. The customer service was poor to say the least

Did a pick up order and arrived earlier than the order was supposed to be ready, my food was already ready to be picked up. I checked my fries and they were cold. Asked for a manager and told them I wanted NEW fries. She didn't do that She went and reheated them and gave me the food back after I asked her i didn't want them reheated. They were hard and hot fries.

Pickup order from July 7th 2025 : My original hot wings that were ordered were indeed old ! My autistic son refused them bc he notices when his food isn’t right. Kinda bummed he couldn’t enjoy his original hot flavored wings but those wings had definitely been sitting out for sometime…..do better bc we couldn’t even come back had to straight trash them smh

I placed an order via Uber Eats and presentation of the food was horrible. The wings were DRY. The chicken sandwich was DRY. So dry to the point that the sandwich was original hot & you could still see the breading of the sandwich because there was little to no sauce on the chicken. The chicken flavor was Cajun & there was PLENTY of the dry rub seasoning but the wet sauce was NONEXISTENT. I've NEVER had Cajun flavor wings & not had wet sauce at the bottom of the container. First time for everything I guess. So I went to the store to speak with the manager Erica and was advised that I needed to contact Uber Eats to resolve the issue. Even though Uber delivers the food it's on the restaurant on how the food is prepared. So then walked to the back to call someone & the answer was still the same. So I asked her the name of the person she spoke with & she refused to let me know the person name that she called on the phone. And then stated that she doesn't give out people name. I then asked for a phone number to call regarding my issue and AGAIN I was reused a phone number and was told to call tomorrow to speak with the General Manager that would be on duty. So I asked the GM name so I can know who to speak with & AGAIN she REFUSED to provide a name & just said to call tomorrow. POOR customer service. Not sure how Erica is even a manager. DEFINITELY needs more training.

By far the worst experience that I have ever had at a wingstop! Placed an order at 7:00 PM and was supposed to be ready at 8:15. Arrived at 8:15 and they told me 20 more minutes. At 9:00 I'm still waiting and they can no longer find my order. Had to ask the manager on duty to turn off the inappropriate music the staff was playing in the food prep area. There appeared to be no manager or leadership in the restaurant. It will be a long time before I will patronize this location again. At the very least they could have offered a drink while I waited. I understand the challenges with the service industry but this level of service is not sustainable for a business.

I ordered online at 12:10 noon and the confirmation email said pick it up at 12:29. I get there at 12:29 to an empty restaurant, no food cooking at all in the kitchen, and 4 employees just standing there playing around. I tell them I'm picking up my order so I see the guy in the kitchen pull out a bag of frozen chicken strips and JUST THEN starts cooking my order. The place was really dirty too. The counters were sticky like they haven't been cleaned in days, and I know from the picture below all of those cup rings aren't from just 1 lunch of an empty restaurant that's been open for an hour or so. Also see below for pics of the times on my email confirmation and the time on my receipt showing when I came in to pay. I had to wait 10 more minutes for my order.
