I was stuck no cash no credit card no cell phone charged . 3hours waiting at a gas station for a Lyft driver named Herb who could not read his phone or read a map .Tow truck driver gave me ride .to hotel walked over to Jack in the box . The female manager came out to talk to me I was asking a employee if I could use my mother's credit card over the phone to get some food .Dominic asked me what would I like to eat and the manager dominic comp me a #2 meal .I was having such a bad day up until this point . That act of kindness almost made me cry . I will never forget Dominic for her kindness Thank you

This Jack in the Box basically makes your food fresh when ordered!! It might take a few more minutes to get your food but it is fresh and hot!!

Great place for a quick stop if you are traveling for the holidays or for whatever reason. The bathrooms are pretty well kept and the place is clean. Seems like a safe and accessible place for a short stop to grab a quick bite. It is located right off the freeway and offers an easy path back onto the road.

Chicken bacon burger with extra cheese and seasoned curly fries. Talk about grub, great food. Service is a little slow, getting better. Used to have to wait about 20--30.min Now 10--15min

This is the best Jack-in-the-Box ever and I'm not a fan of fast food I ordered the tacos are the biggest tacos I've ever gotten from Jack In The Crack we expect something to be so inexpensive done right hello lettuce nice and all managed by only a couple of employees but they're doing a great job good service lady running the counter was a sweetheart despite being under pressure even bring people's food out to them in the parking lot.

It was quick for the kids on the way home to Oregon from California. We don't eat fast food a lot, the cashier was very nice and made sure our order was correct/hot

Coffee price went up. $1.53 for small with senior discount. But they still leave the pot on the counter 😋 And it's excellent coffee. Couple outlets and good wifi for those staying in touch. Chris

I placed my order late at night... usually my fries come out cold but to my surprise my fries were hot. Only complaint ..they forgot to add guacamole to my carne asada fries. Otherwise, food and service was good.

The teriyaki bowl with the egg roll is the best thing they got as far as I'm concerned. Had it through drive-thru and shared it with my grandsons.

Food was good, service good. Biggest complaint, the men's room USED to have 2 toilets and 2 urinals. At some point, those urinals were removed, so only 2 toilets at a restaurant that appears to be popular with truckers.

Drive thru was quick and staff was polite. My order was correct and hot & fresh when I received it. No complaints and I will be stopping for lunch there again soon.

The food was just ok. Egg rolls are always da bomb, but the tacos were way too oily and not cooked long enough at the same time. Other than that, friendly service, fast too. Not bad!

The workers are very nice and make you feel welcome and comfortable. The problem is that when customizing your order they drop the ball... Last time, I made sure to ask if all my stuff was there, I was on a bike and had to ride along way. 1 out of 3 popcorn chick was missing. Before that, asked for no sauce, got no lettuce and tomato, before that, no bacon on my bacon ultimate... It's frustrating to ride a couple miles, only to learn that I'm not eating... Fix that, and it'll be 5 stars

Not so cheap for fattening fast food Come on families, once a week is enough for fast, fattening foods. Take sliced apples, oranges and protein quick packs for children after sports practice or games. A crockpot with your children's fav is better than fast, greasy and fattening foods.

One of the bigger and cleaner Jack in the Box's I've been to. Service here however is pretty slow so be prepared to wait longer than usual for your food.

Jack in the Box in Dunnigan is one of the slowest service Jack in the Box I've ever been to. And I've been going to it on and off forward 10 years only because it's convenient for me on my way to work. Service is terrible horrific, only two workers per shift

The hamburgers were good but the oil for the fries was old. We ordered sweet tea but was given unsweetened tea that tasted gross & old.

Not a healthy place to eat but it does the trick. Fills that empty spot in the old gut. Great for a road trip or just a quick bite to eat. Somewhat better than McDonald's. Unfortunately, they no longer have 19 Cent french fries. Or 21 cent hamburgers

Basic fast food. Since it's a small town they rarely get special orders right. Such as no tomatoes. Light ice in drinks. Charging and serving correct orders. These are things this location lacks. Order basic numbers and keep it the way it is and your food will have a 75% chance of being correct.

I got there around 8pm no one in line but I had to pull around and park it took 10 minute to get my food and they forgot my 2 choc cakes cost me $5 and of course I didn't know until I was home.

The soda machine was broken and we had the hardest time trying to get someone to help resolve our order. I understand the busy drive thru.. that's why we came inside.. but it took too long for a large soda, medium fry and 2 tacos that were supposed to be 4.

drive thru was slow, i ordered something simple asa number 6 plan lucky i checked tbey gave me a number 10 so i walked in to get my order right. told them i ordered a cheeseburger number 6 and they gave me a chicken sandwich. when they gave me my right order they still added toppings when i told them i didn't order any.

I order something and they can't seem to get it right especially the Hispanic that work there, the ladies are rude, the men that work there is very respectful, and it's always something they don't have, I'm not fun of this jack in the box, it's in a rural are, I have to ask for hot fries, hot fish sandwiche,, which they don't claim to have anymore, plus it's of the 5 hwy and most that stop there is off the freeway, so I think they know most will not come back, I really can't stand that jack in the box. And the stars I did give is because the out side is clean, And if people attention to the food they order, before they jump back on the highway then maybe they would pay attention to how you order your food, And the only reason I like jack in the box, is because they cook to order, and I don't mind waiting because I like everything hot and freshly made, but this one love to give you standing French fries 🍟,and 🍔, burgers , I have taken back food because of it just warm. So eat at your own risk and or always check your food before you jump back on the highway 🛣. 5 hwy Dunnigan CA. Hopefully the manger/ owners read this and do better.

Went thru drive thru on Tuesday night a lil after midnight was in drive thru almost 35 min get my order fries were old and cold and sodas wrong, went again next night figured maybe not as busy well I barely understood the lady I got my order to her and proceeded to wait 45 mins in line with others just as frustrated I spent over 30 for my order to be nowhere near right I try calling to notify and phone just rang. I went back thinking 3rd time is a charm no it’s not I gave my visa and she charged it had me pull to front to wait another 20 min she comes out and I asked if she put my sauces and she said no please hold on and went to ho get some mind you she still has my food she comes out empty handed and says ur card no good, I beg to differ I have notifications on my phone it went through. She wanted to argue we was very hungry so I gave her cash she then goes inside and brings my order back out almost 60 min from start to finish and let’s top it off with we received only the tacos we ordered not our hamburgers or my egg rolls. I am extremely upset and want both nights fixed but don’t answer phone

My wife and I were hungry so we stopped t@ this place on our way back to Sacramento and it was bad the kid was friendly but after that it was not great. We didnt get our receipt they parked us and made us wait and when we got our food it was cold and didn't taste good. I'm writing a letter to Corporate. I've never had such a bad experience at a Jack in the box.

I had a bad experience today, I ordered some chicken strips for my young son and they were raw, still cold and raw on the inside. I am glad I tried to rip them up into smaller pieces for him before he started eating! Went over to inform the staff that their chicken is uncooked and in girl on the cashier didn't acknowledge anything just called over another girl who then just nonchalantly said she'd make me some more... I asked if I could have some side salad instead and she happily obliged, so that was nice, unfortunately I am not sure how the salads are made but the one we got was basically just lettuce, handful of carrot shreds and a few tomatoes, no cucumbers in sight. It's a shame because our adult meals were good.

Old grease, you can taste it in the fries, waiting time is way to long had to wait 45 minutes. Order was all screwed up.

Horrible food at this location. Fries are always old and nasty and they can't even get a salad right. I had a manager argue with me that a chicken club salad don't have bacon then refused to replace it. I called district manager who promised to mail me coupon to replace salad at another location but coupon never came.

This Jack in the Box they always come up short with my order is always incomplete I order something from their value meal menu with the coupon and what I had ordered from there menu was not even deducted! I have children who loves to eat at Jack In The Box.

Wow this morning my husband went to get me a breakfast sandwich and one of the cashiers was rude didn't even acknowledged him... when he asked if he could order he was told that he had to wait because they had too many orders to serve and that it was only two of them. So he told her to just take his order that she had served everyone why can't he order. She told him to go to the market if he really wanted something... so he left... that's very disrespectful and disappointing

This Jack in the Box closes whenever they want. It happens WAAAY too often. I ARRIVED 6-10 minutes before 1AM and they were already gone. Actually the website said this Dunnigan CA 95937 location spacifically said 2AM. At the drive thru window management changed it to 1Am. As far as corporate knows, I think they are either turning a blind eye OR corporate has no clue of this. Well no more hiding because I took the time to fill out this highly informative info. There are definitely shenanigans going on at this location I live in Dunnigan I came from Williams I speeded to get here early so I wasted gas and gas is like extremely expensive I'm not made of money something needs to happen it's been going on for too long just tired of it!!!

Went the night before and got a milkshake which was watery considering it was suppose to have extra oreos, but the girl working that night was kind and professional so I wrote it off and drank my weird milk thing. The following morning I went and waited 10 minutes after they opened in the drive through (stayed at the hotel across from there and saw them show up at 5:30 and the sign said they opened at 6 and I was starving). So I give up after 10 minutes and they employees are out smoking in their car. Instead of posting here immediately I wrote to JitB and they said someone would reach out. It hasn't happened. They're reply is to do MORE work when I've ALREADY reached out to corporate. SMH

First of all I ordered like 6 items for the family, and then the lady got mad for no reason. Second it took half an hour just to get 1 item, it took another 20 just to get the other 3 items. Yet I had ordered two Oreo shakes and we did not get neither one or two. And the lady said they would be ready after serving 7 other families and we ordered before all of them. Terrible service on behalf of this particular Jack in the Box. And fries were everywhere on the floor.

Only one person behind counter, who avoided eye contact with me, and called someone's name repeatedly, maybe to serve me. But nobody came forward. The drive up window had two cars in line. I came inside to use restroom, but found it locked closed to public. Note, I was the only person inside the restaurant, and I had my mask on. After three minutes of being ignored, I walked out hungry and uncomfortable. Someone should let Jack know about this.

Service sucks! Everything we ordered was wrong! On top of taking over 10 minutes at the order box trying to explain the order to the poorly trained and dumb cashier, then taking another 10 minutes sitting in line, probably due to the innumerable screw ups they probably already made! Not to mention, seeing two other customers come back into the store to complain about/with their wrong orders.

I've been in the Dunnigan area for a long time, seems like it used to be a descent jack in the box but now it is HORRIBLE. They are putting in cooks and clerk's that can not speak English at all, their for how can they possibly get a simple order correct, not to mention a complex one. It always takes forever to make, and when you finally get your food it's not even cooked, everything will be wrong and the employees will just smile/grin wile saying otay so sorrrrie. Roll them R's because their is no English their, we are in America. Learn at least to speak what most of the customer's will speak and mabey take the job seriously, no wonder their are so many case's of illnesses. I will be reporting them to a health inspector, only because i know that place is very dirty. DON'T GO THEIR, at least until you are able to communicate and have a good sense that your food will be prepared correctly and not under cooked

This was the slowest jack in the box ever. 40 minutes in the drive thru. My jalapeño poppers were over fried that there wasn't any cheese left.

Hey world. Here is a heads up for hungry folk traveling. Do not eat here, unless you have a colonoscopy the next day. Cruising along I-5 feeling like a snack. We stopped for a light lunch. My wife & I ordered a baconater burger & a soda to dine in and before we finished our meal it was bathroom time. Gross. I should have ordered a second Hamburger and had the employees eat it. Hopefully someone reading this will correct unsaintary conditions or just pass this sick food place by.

Went there today- provided no receipt for my order despite asking 3 times! They take your order thru the drivethrough, then make you park and wait for your order, even when there are no customers behind you! They are trying to make their service appear faster then it really is. My son worked there in high school and was told to do this. Go any where else but here! I will NEVER be a customer here again.

If I could put a negative start on this restaurant I would. Do not ever leave you and not check your bags because the cook is horrible. They repeat your order and still get a room also the server is very snappy and they need to fix this speaker.

Indoor dining closed at 1pm on a Tuesday. Been on the road for hours and wanted to sit inside for a bit. Girl wiping down tables didn’t even look up at me when I tried the door. No sign saying the indoor part was closed.

Slow as could be, i was only person there, took about 5 minutes for a staff member to approach the counter... fresh made order took forever. Unfortunately, I have to use this facility for my mid-day snack... they're ALWAYS slow.

They had an order of 60 tacos, so they were not able to assist any customers during that process. Waited for over 15 mins in drive thru, than was asked what I wanted. I placed my order and paid at the window, I was given my drink and told to wait out in the front. My soda was just plain carbonated water, they had my order wrong ,several attempts to correct everything I was back on the road 30 mins or more later. I totally understand the business of fast food, and feel bad that these young people were not trained properly and basically set up to fail. If the company had any concerns for their employees, situations like this would be handled better and more efficient. Shame on you Jack in the box.

I had to order from the kiosk because the (I'm assuming) manager refused to acknowledge me, then it took 25 min to get my food. And it was the employee working the drive thru that apologized for my wait and lack of service. while the employee in the red shirt who ignored me on Saturday around 1030am. Bathroom was filthy, messed up our order several times, attempted to make us leave before completely serving our order, took 25+ minutes to retrieve our order and once we were finally back on the road we noticed they had incorrectly made our food but had no time to turn around and ask for corrections as we are on a 20+hour road trip with a deadline. Drive thru is just silly. Not a busy area yet always 10-15mins to get order being the only car in line. If others are in line 20mins for sure. Tried this place again today after 6yrs. It took 10 minutes just to order, it was just me and my mom and the cashier just started at us and instead of helping us she made a new batch of fries?? Like help us first, it took us another 20 mins just to get out food and in this time 4 other people came in and waited 2 mins and got their food before us, the people in the drive through waited less than 2 mins to order and get their food, i am very disappointed at the service food is great i will say just not very happy with the customer service.

Zero stars would be more accurate in describing our trip to Dunnigan Jack in The Box on Sunday evening. We ordered four tacos from our vehicle in the drive thru and proceeded ten feet forward in about 20 minutes time. Only one car (of four in front of us) and one dine-in customer left with food. At the 25 minute mark we were glad to be driving an all wheel drive SUV so we could escape over the curb since another car had pulled in behind us. The one car and one person inside were still the only customers to have left with their orders. We went to Taco Bell where we were actually able to order, pay for and receive food.

I had stopped by for a late afternoon snack and waited 30 minutes in line to then get only one small bag and no receipt when we got two meals. I park in front to go inside and a worker meets me at the door and hands me a bag. To then realize it’s not even my food. So I go in another time to be told I was charged for two number 7s when I got a 7 and 11. When I was explaining this to the worker all the workers decided to come up listen and put their input in. So I not only felt attacked but I was hungry. Then I asked for my money back and the manager seemed upset and irritated. They are super slow and rude will not be coming back.
