Wow, what a huge surprise, definitely bigger in Texas. Troy’s has everything from good food to live entertainment. We were in a smaller area went to walk around and hound a huge entertainment center. A must go to when in Arlington, located next to Ranger stadium.

I stopped in for dinner at Troy’s at Texas Live on a Tuesday evening in November, and I was really impressed. The restaurant has a clean, modern setup with plenty of energy — two bars with TVs everywhere for watching sports, a spacious dining area that includes a stage for live music, and an inviting outdoor patio area with multiple big screens so you don’t miss any of the action. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the start. I grabbed a seat at the bar and ordered Troy Aikman’s own beer, the Elite Eight, which they have on tap — smooth, refreshing, and a great local touch. For dinner, I went with the classic cheeseburger and fries. The fries were seasoned perfectly and had great texture. The burger itself was a standout — juicy, cooked just right, full of flavor, and a good portion size. Honestly, I’d rank it among the better burgers I’ve had anywhere. With the quality of the food, the service, and the location right across from the home of the Cowboys, Troy’s offers great value at a very reasonable price. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Texas Live or catching a game at AT&T Stadium.

Great food. We sat at the bar snd had dinner and drinks. There was no wait but there was a Rangers' game. I had the Texas Heat Burger and my girlfriend had the bacon and caramelized onion burger, both highly recommended. There was a live band there and the atmosphere was wonderful.

We enjoyed grabbing a couple drinks and a bite to eat before going to the game. Staff was great.

Food, music close to the stadiums. Great choice before or after the games

The oncho burger is the best burger I’ve had in years and I’m a burger fanatic. We also ordered the kale Cesar salad, chicken wings both came with homemade dressing that was amazing! Everything was beyond delicious and the atmosphere was clean and enjoyable. We also loved the live music! I would 100% recommend and will be returning!

We came here to see the Mountain Natives and will definitely be back when they’re back on the schedule. The food was great! I had a crispy chicken salad. Delish! The service was great too. Really friendly people. :)

Troy's was good. Burger 🍔 came out fast and delicious. Demi was our server and she was excellent.. Ask for Demi! The location is super easy to see from the road. It's the corner spot. The whole Texas Live arena is amazing... But Troy's was good. The prices were about what you'd expect, $15 a burger with fries. 🍔 🍟. Drinks were about $12 and beers were around $7-9 depending on size and brand. Overall I enjoyed my visit to Troy's and will absolutely return and enjoy another dining experience. Live band with good music. Check it out! 👍

Great sports bar with lots of seating inside and out. Great music and vibe. Food was a huge disappointment. My phill was very weak. Very little meat and lots of bread. Tater tots were cold and sent back 3 times. Finally gave up up and ate them cold. The chicken wings were best I've ever had Very convenient next to rangers field. We're definitely going back. Hopefully food is better.

Ate at this restaurant during a recent trip to Arlington. It is within walking distance to the Loews hotel, so if you are staying there it is convenient. They also have a couple of bars and live music, if you are into those things. The service was great and our waitress was very nice. I ordered the pork belly for an appetizer and grilled chicken sandwich with fries for my entree. The food was good but the pork belly was a little overcooked and some of the pieces were dry and chewy. Overall, it was a good meal and if somebody wanted to go back I would.

New establishment serving up some big, juicy awesome burgers. The Texas Heat Burger was absolutely amazing. It was hot, fresh, and juicy. I ordered it medium well so I wasn’t expecting it to be so juicy. It was well seasoned and every bite made you more hungry for more Texas Heat. The chipotle garlic ketchup was super tasty and messing but totally worth it. The sweet potato fries were good but not the best I have had. They needed to have more crisp with each bite and a little bit more seasoning. The Southwest Chicken Flatbread appetizer was also good. Enjoy my foodie connoisseurs.

Went a few weeks ago. Can't remember the name of the band, but they were really good. Two women singing. Burgers were good and prices were better than I thought they would be. How a very bizarre service experience though. Similar to other reviews where I sat so long, that I assumed I went to bar to order, but then so the occasional table service. Then went up to the bar to ask if I pick it up at the bar or they bring it back. He said hang on, then brought the food out, but then the plate was so hot, I just had to stand at the bar waiting for 5 minutes waiting for the plate to cool down to take to my table. Otherwise place is cool if they have good music.

Atmosphere and service was great . The food was lacking flavor. There was no salt or seasoning to be found. Paid 98.00 for food that honestly I would've had better at chilis. The entertainment was great though. A live band with great songs. It's more like drunk people food because they wouldn't of known the difference.

Troy’s has great vibes overall. The Texas Heat Burger and the Turkey Burger were both delicious—definitely worth coming back for. The live band kept the energy fun and lively, which made the atmosphere even better. The only downside? The drinks. Unfortunately, they were very low quality—wouldn’t recommend them, which is why I can’t give more than 3 stars. If Troy’s can step up the bar game to match the food and entertainment, this place would be a solid 5/5!

It's Thursday - the place was dead. I was seated at 8 pm, order taken at 8:10. Twenty minutes later, I got my half off margarita. The cauliflower wings appetizer came out at 8:35. The side order of fries came out at 9 pm and I got them to go. It was straight up stupid to continue to wait. Meanwhile I killed 2 bugs on the table.

We made a reservation and when we arrived we were ignored. There must have been some event, but the staff saw us standing there and chose not to acknowledge us. When the server with glasses walked by and I tried to get her attention, she turned away immediately. So we walked out.

I made a reservation for a Christmas Party with friends and they confirmed my reservation at least TWICE. We show up for our dinner and the manager tells us the have 2 private parties and Open Table must have messed up (where we made the reservation). She was very apologetic and accommodated us in a different restaurant in Texas Live. Not the same caliber and not great service. She did slip and say they had 2 large parties bought Troy’s out THAT DAY. So it wasn’t really Open Table at all…it was greed. Who was going to bring in the most money that night…just bump the small reservation and accommodate the larger group…very disappointing…bah humbug!

One of the worst service I have ever experienced. Hardly any guests on a Tuesday evening and three bored staff. It took them 25 minutes to serve our group of four only one flat beer, the other three beers took another 15 minutes with multiple rounds of negotiations what they even had available while most of the time staff was just standing around. I’m a local and love the idea of daily live music, but it was an absolute embarrassment bringing my visitors here and I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Hostess was nice. Sat us down. Waited FOREVER for a waitress to acknowledge us. FIVE servers standing around near the hostess stand. Still waiting. Table of 8 sits down a few minutes after. Waitress walks over to acknowledge them, takes their drink orders, walks by us and away. We left.
