Panda Express Eagle Pass Reviews
Very kind staff delicious food
I don't even like this kind of food... but the broccoli and beef is the best!! 😆
Food is delicious wish they open a second panda it gets pack at times that we end up going to somewhere else.
Great choice for high protein & vegg... can create meal to your specs. Good choice if you HAVE to eat fast food!
Ordering through the app is very convenient! The times we've dined in, it's also a very pleasant experience and the quality of the food never fails. We love Panda Express and appreciate all the hard work from all the employees.
Love the food! You usually could never go wrong with Panda Express. There are healthy options and there are heavier options. A little bit of everything for the family. The only thing, and I'll change to 5 stars if this changes, the workers look like they hate working here. No one is smiling. I wonder if it is just due to how busy it is the first few days after opening.
Food is a hit or a miss. For me consistency in a fast food restaurant is a big selling point. Ate here a few times with my wife because she was craving American Chinese food. Ordered the same dishes, but was one perfectly seasoned and one was under seasoned. I think if the chefs/cooks had a more standardized way for cooking so the food is consistent then it would bump the overall food quality of the restaurant. Purchased 6/27 at night (well seasoned food) and 6/28 in the afternoon (under seasoned food) and the food felt like it was from two completely different restaurants. Got the orders wrong twice as well. Which is not a big deal for me, both times we ordered fried rice and did not get it. If the kitchen is busy I get that things can be missed, but it would be nice to have that quality control factor. Someone at least double or triple checking the order to make sure it is as requested. Service is good and so is the atmosphere. FYI 5 stars is reserved for perfect restaurants and so far only an handful met that criteria. Those restaurants have won awards for either their food or service. Overall decent food, but they have room for improvement. At 3 stars it means it’s good, but it’s not something I would go out of my way and drive more than 30 minutes to eat with the current inconsistent taste and minor order errors.
Don't recommend going drive thru because they give you more cabbage than chow mein. Also I don't know if they give smaller portions when you drive thru or the orange chicken is getting smaller
I order a bigger plate with no Rice Vegetable or Chow Mein i ask for less food but you wanted to change me $ 6,00 more for no side , is this rule throughout the United State? or just to me????
Poor and bad service ,, the bowls with rice and honey sesame chicken it’s just a bunch of rice only no meat at all
09:55 PM on 01/01/2025 - We walked in as a Family of three to order to go, plenty of staff working and about 10 minutes standing in front of employees and nobody offered to help or take our order. Seems they didn't care. We then walked out after being ignored to go somewhere else (Whataburger never fails).
First and last time going to Panda. My husband and I ordered through drive thru. I never eat here so I wanted to try to walnut shrimp. The last said “sorry we stop cooking at 8pm”. Pretty odd.. but I used to work in fast food it’s fine I don’t like to complain. I went with beef broccoli DOUBLE. When I got home the entire plate was just broccoli with 3 pieces of meat. Now I’m upset and hungry. Called to speak to the manager. Manager got on the phone apologized but it followed with.. “I’m so sorry but usually our beef broccoli plates come with 70% broccoli and the rest beef”. That’s great info but I had 3 pieces of beef. And they said no refunds but they can offer another plate for another day. Unfortunately I’ll pass on that offer.
My family and I love Panda Express we eat it in nW Arkansas. I was traveling in the area (Eagle Pass) and spotted Panda Express around 9 pm I asked if the lobby was opened staff said no only drive thru. (Other customers were being let in the lobby) we still ordered through drive thru. A lady named Ivana took our order and I had 6 orders we are a family of six. I told her there will be six orders she said okay. But every time I finished with one individual order she asked is that it and she said pull to the first window. (I was not done with half the order, additionally there was no fried rice and several entrees) we pulled up the first window we paid in cash. She gave us our order. (We had three entrees of teriyaki chicken we did not get out teriyaki sauce) we knocked on the drive thru window and we were sitting in our car for ten minutes then a different lady asked if she can help I told her I was missing teriyaki sauce she gave us two packets. We ate our food in the Panda Express parking lot, I needed to use the restroom and the staff locked the doors. I am disappointed with this location store #3032.
