I like the fact they serve you while your in your vehicle, carhops have all disappeared except sonic as far as I know, I can order my food sit in my own vehicle to eat and not have to listen to screaming, bratty, unruly children that are a byproduct of bad parenting skills. It maybe just burgers and dogs mainly for food but it taste better than McDonald's and no kids kicking my booth and throwing their food around. But if you do want to go dine inside there are booths inside.

Love this sonic! We come on a regular basis & everyone is so attentive & polite! Victoria aka “Tori” is the best & always makes my Half & half perfect! 👍 She always has a smile on her face & is so nice!! Even a few minutes before close!

I really don't eat at Sonic back home but I was in Eastland Tx so I thought I would give it a try. Food hot and fresh the way I prefer it. There may not be a lot of mask wearing or social distancing in this town but the food was always fresh

Largest fast food menu selection! The burgers are always a go to. Ocean water with a splash of vanilla is my favorite drink at Sonic. The cream slush is an amazing treat too

I lived here in 2012 and this is the only sonic that I've seen that had available dine in. You could actually go in, sit in a booth, pick up a phone, and make your order. This sonic was awesome. Not sure if it is like this anymore since it's been 11 years since I've been there. But this is how it was.

This young lady is Hispanic and works her butt off, she works the morning shift and is friendly, prompt, great with the customers and surprisingly swift at managing the Sonic. She really needs a raise and some acknowledgement for going above and beyond, I hope this Sonic appreciates her because she is an outstanding worker.

Always a great place for quick bite to eat. The carhops are always friendly and never have a problem with getting a messed up order.

Sonic is good... as long as they get your order right. Blue Coconut Slush... Cherry Limeade... Root Beer Float... Burgers, tots, onion rings and pretzels. Everything on their menu is good. Go for whatever you like.

I mean, it's a sonic. The food tastes like Sonic. It's not bad but not great for burgers etc. Drinks are solid, ice cream is good, sides like poppers and cheese sticks are great.

This place has problems getting the order correct every time. Seldom come for this reason. The items are standard items on the menu but can't seem to get it together.

Its good but my friends and i think drink prices are crazy high. We only come early morn or happy hour. I love the slushes

Sometimes they are fast and courteous. But when they're not busy and you still have to sit and wait for them to answer the buzzer not good. That has happened more than once

The food is good but they have an issue with not getting orders right. So if you order more than a couple things check to make sure they didn’t forget it. At least they correct it. It’s just a pain to have to wait for them to answer & and then bring it out.

Normally enjoy this place, lately severely disappointed with nighttime service. Kids and I love getting ice cream after work but seems like everytime we come lately their machine is down and being sanitized. I feel if buisness hours are till 10 we should be able to get ice-cream if it's after 9

Decent service for fast food. Great idea to be able to pay for your meal at the order board while u park. I have had trouble on a few occassions where the card reader didnt work and had to give my card to the girl which she just ran it inside. Over all when they get your order right the first time your on your way.

The employees can't hear on the speaker & you have to repeat everything you say so that makes ordering take way longer. Since you take longer to order that makes the line back up. I ordered 4 kids meals, which are over priced. The burgers were fine, but the fries were over salted & corn dogs lack flavor.

Took for ever to give me my order. Not that busy at all. I was first and the other customers came after and they received the food first so I reminded them about me they they decided to come give me my food. 3.2-3.4 stars out of 5 I do recommend giving this sonic a shot.

What an odd set up. Walk in, order from a call box and the woman comes out to clarify what she says cuz.you can't understand them from the horrible call box speaker. Just weird.

Boo. I rarely ever get any food that's better than half warm. Staff is pleasant enough, but it's like taking a 50-50 chance every time. Coffee is too small for the price.

Had to scream and yell almost to get a simple order through at the Drive Thru and then, when I come to the window, they had forgotten 1 drink and 1 hamburger. Luckily, I got it sorted out and caught on to the fact that the order was wrong. But, still shouldn’t have had to have been that way. May be the last time I stop by this Sonic and just go across the street to McDonalds because their workers display a little more competence in the field.

My drink was made wrong, I didn't get the dipping sauce I asked for. Even when it's happy hour and it's a little busy, it's important to listen to your customer and make sure everyone gets exactly what they want.

Ordered 2 corn dogs and a drink. Corn dogs were room temperature at best. Tasted greasy like they had been sitting a while. Car hop was friendly.

Sonic has drastically went down hill it seems. Ppl are nice service is decent at times better at times worse at others. Dont care much anymore for the entire menu. Beef on burgers is very low grade beef for the price. Vegtables are always soggy and at times hot. Just not worth the money especially in this economy

Ordered two chili cheese coneys and tater tots. Welp BOTH had this odd "lump" pretty much center of both of them. Tater tots had bout three of these "lumps" as well. When did coneya start coming with chunks of fried chicken breast on em? When did tater tots start coming with chunks of chicken breast meat in them??? Oh and how bout keeping an eye on how long y'all are cooking the hot dogs for those coneys!! Both of them were well over done and then some PITIFUL PITIFUL were it not that I was hungry and didn't want to have to walk back over there from my hotel room I would've had y'all try em and see how yall like well over done hot dogs. Next time think I will try the golden arches least there I'm not surprised if my order is screwed up in some fashion

Car hops don't listen when ordering, don't cut certain items from food when asked, hamburger patties, corn dogs pre cooked, Either cold, Too Greasy, Not What was ordered...Even when they read it back to you, They Get it Wrong

We ordered and paid for three big breakfast burritos and got on the road for our trip got them out of the bag to eat and we had paid over 11$ for three mini breakfast tacos😠😡☹️ they were awfully small.

I was at this establishment this past week outside eating on the outside tables when a woman across the table from us changes her baby's diaper on the table that's meant for eating on I would think that management would have done something to correct this but they did nothing I will not be back.

My food which was tator tots and chili cheese coney, they were both cold. They took the tattor back tots back and cooked some new ones. My Chili cheese Coney, the bread and winnie were cold. They only had us and one other vehicle.

Honey BBQ Wings (6 piece) 2 Large Cokes. How long? 25 minutes, and she said "Sorry, forgot your drinks". Waited 10 minutes and still not there. Tried pushing the button and it took 5 minutes to answer. We had to go inside to get our drinks. Absolutely the worst service in town. Not going back.

I started ordering my food with one girl, then she didn't say anything so I said hello, and she said she asked me to hold on. Apparently they don't know what they are doing then a guy came on the speaker and asked if he could help me I asked for a 12 piece #12 and they said I would have to get 2 because there isn't a 12 piece #12 (I have ordered it before) then he said hold on and the speaker went silent, I waited then pushed the button again and told them just to cancel my order, I will never stop here again.

If I could give them negative stars or zero Stars I would but I stopped in at 9:30 ordered onion rings with my meal and they were burnt I asked if I could get fresh ones she said no because it is the end of the night and those are our last batch they will all be burnt and didn't even offer a replacement or refund. Poor customer service

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! The food at the Eastland location is a complete joke. The oil they fried the fries, snacks and other things is very old 🤢🤮 the fries they gave me had a bitter after taste and were brown and saggy, my hamburger was smashed and saggy and the lettuce was wilted. If I would’ve been on my way to work already I would have come back and get my money back bc that food was disgusting and not edible. THE EASTLAND LOCATION- FOOD IS DISGUSTING!

Horrible!!! Don't stop here!! My drinks werent even mixed all the syrup was at the top. I ordered a kids meal and they only gave one chicken strip. Ordered the wings and there were pastic and tiny bones in it. My husband got the crunch meal and the ranch in there smelled and tasted horrible. Don't waste your money here.

I ordered a BLT and my husband ordered 2 breakfast croissants. We are traveling so we were already back on the highway when I took the food out of the sack. His was fine. I got a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich instead of a BLT. I dont eat cheese so I get nothing. Thanks Sonic in Eastland TX.

Every time I go through the drive thru. I get down the road only to find my order is wrong. Today I at least caught it before leaving the lot. Turned around to go back to the window. Told them order was wrong. They made me wait in line to take care of it. Now I get a cold burger. Never again will I stop hete for lunch.

I shouldn’t even give this Sonic 1 star. The only thing about this place that is worth it, is a few of the carhops. Whoever the manager is that makes the schedule I hear your employees talking about how they have to quit doing certain things in school because you never give them the time off they need for their school activities. Whoever you are, you deserve to be fired!

This place holds the record for the worse Sonic we've as a family have ever been too. I normally try to stay away from rating because I hate wasting my time. The advertised Philly Cheese steak Footlong was simply a joke. Two six inche buns with no where near the advertisement shows. Maybe I could have put on a tea spoon of Philly Steak that was on this Combo. The best thing about the place was the person that brought the food out. Other than that keep going don't stop at this place.

Lukewarm tator tots. Same for the burger. All of the added jalapeños were slapped on the burger on one side of it. I was beginning to wonder if they had put them on it at all. Bad experience this go around.

This is absolutely the last chance for this sonic. The food is terrible and I'm afraid I'm going to get sick...I have given this place several trays and it never gets better. I threw my ordercawsy wouldn't even give it to my dogs. Sorry about this review but it's the truth. I gave it one star because the help was polite

As I was pulling around to pick a spot, there was an employee IN the restaurant smoking. I know this because the back door was open and I saw the cigarette in his hand. So I just continued to the place next door.

Most of the stalls do not work, we sat there over 10min just to place an order. Droce around to there drive through and asked if they new if the stalls don't work and rhat it might want to be pointed out to the manager to be placed for repair. Associate was @ 1st very nice about the whole thing, which we were as well, but then we get our drinks showed into our hands and my debit card with receipt almost thrown into the car. Once the associate returned with our drinks her mood and demeanor changed drastically. We were just wanting to point out rhat in the time we waited 3 cars that were there before us left without placing an order, 2 of them waited for more the 20min

I have never waited so long for a large drink in all my life. Paid with a card, waited 15 minutes. Pushed the button half way in and took them forever just to re answer the button. Guess that's what I get for pre paying....or I would have left. Pitiful! The carhop that eventually came was nice.

Food cold, car hop was rude, she said are you really going to make me go back in side for change? Like it hurt her. I said I figured you have change on you.she said not this early. Well she should carry change on her if it's a problem. When she brought change back she said the amount was my change and I said thank you. But she just walked away. Didn't say your welcome

Have never had any issues but just recently I started trying to order in the drive thru and the girl wouldn't even let me finish my order then when I tried to finish the order after she had already given me the total she blew her breath through the microphone. I still didn't get the rest of my order because she wouldn't listen. The place wasn't even busy either.

The girl taking the order obviously did not want to be at her job. Lackluster interaction capped off with having to repeat literally everything to the girl. Order delivered, burger wrong. Ordered dry cut onions received plain and dry. Would not be an issue except we discussed this during the order as the girl asked for clarification and still put in the order wrong. My wife likes the food from Sonic, I despise it because they cannot get an order right to save their life. I do not recommend this location to anyone, they could screw up a cup of ice.

Quite possibly the rudest interaction I’ve ever had with a fast food restaurant. I literally just started my order, maybe 5 seconds in when the guy on the other end of the mic told me “we are in a rush, hurry up”. It’s called being busy. When you lose customers that will not be a problem.

We had no idea this location closed so early. None the less we placed our order 9 minutes or so before close. As we placed our order we were rushed and to top it off they shut off the parking lot lights! We were told it would be 10 extra minutes to cook our order, which was fine as I understood it was closing time and they probably were cleaning and shutting down. She came out with half our order. Told us that they had no fries or tots and completely missed an entire meal. They were apologetic but failed miserably. No receipt, no napkins, no sauce missing food!! I would NOT recommend this location at all! Get it together Sonic late night crew!!

Usually not one to waste time leaving a review on a fast food establishment. I get that things get busy and I also understand sometimes things get mixed up, but the service I received from the Eastland Texas sonic drive in tonight was quite possibly the worst I've ever gotten anywhere. Started out when I arrived. Pressed the button at the stall and literally sat there for 15 minutes without an answer. I did notice that the line at the window was moving so I moved into the window line. When I finally made it to the ordering area the lady cut me off before I was able to finish my order. Was told they were out of mozzarella sticks for the night? After which she Gave me the total and continued cutting me off until i finally just gave up and pulled forward to the window. Sat at the window for another 15 minutes for someone to take my payment. Then another good bit for someone to give me my food. Had that been it I might not have gotten as upset as I did. However I then had to wait atleast another 10 minutes for someone to come back to the window so I could ask for the tea that i paid for. I would give this experience a zero or negative rating if I could. Whoever is in charge of running this place should be fired. I haven't ever really been impressed with the service here in the past. It was adequate at best but the experience I had there tonight pretty much made me never want to go back there.
