This is what $17.49 plus tax gets you… 5 piece naked tenders. One maybe one and a half bites each. Dry and paper thin Service was great and so was the atmosphere. My waitress was awesome and quick with drinks and orders. Sad to see the quality of food go down and the prices skyrocket.

I called for a pick up order at 9:20pm arrived at 9:40pm to pick up the order, the order wasn’t ready on top of that they said 2 different stories as to why it wasn’t finished. Didn’t receive my food until 10:20pm and on top of that most of my tater tots are missing.

Walked into the Buffalo Wild Wings in Eastville, CA and headed to the bar area, where I was immediately hit with a smell that can only be described as floors mopped with puke water. Really sets the tone for drinks and wings. Apparently the bar now comes with an immersive sensory experience — sour, stomach-turning, and impossible to ignore. I wasn’t sure if someone had a rough night or if this is just the new “vibe.”

I used to love buffalo wild wings. Recently I don't know what's changed, but their service is terrible and their food is nasty. They served me stale fries and the chicken was cold when it got to me. We waited for more than 30 minutes to get served and our order wasn't complete. They took forever to refill our drinks and that's that it was a slow night. There was barely anyone in there.

I can see how service was lacking a bit, we watched a server clean the table in front of us and used the sanitized towel to just wipe the table, didn't move the menu or anything with all the crumbs landing on the tops of the chairs, did she clean it, NOPE. The size of the burger has gotten smaller and the price has gotten higher.. how did that happen? I want to say this is the second time they have not had carrots or celery in stock, what a coincidence....

Horrible…. Came at 5 it was pretty dead, still took waitress 10 min to stop talking to the manager laughing before we got served. When you get food before sodas it’s a bad sign. Walked in around 1pm... No acknowledgement for more than 5 minutes... They weren't busy at all... One waitress walked by and totally avoided eye contact... Someone else at came by and asked if we had been helped and said she'd get someone to help us. Just then... A couple stood up and walked out. I asked how long they had been waiting and they said a solid 30 minutes and they only had water. I thought it could be a one-off but it appears the long wait and poor service comments are in line with what we saw today.

Disappointed in the experience this afternoon. We have gone to this location for years and the service has always been slow. The last few times it has improved however today after placing and appetizer order and our drinks we sat for 30+ minutes without even getting acknowledged to put our food order in and or the pace of the appetizer. After 7 different occasions of the server walking by and not stopping to address the slowness my husband and I walked out. Bummer that they can’t seem to get it together.

I should have read the reviews before going here. Incredibly slow service at every turn. We were told to find a table in the bar area. We stood there for at least 15 minutes waiting for someone to come by and clean the table. It was next to impossible to flag someone down; no one would even look in our direction. That should have been our first clue. My Blue Moon took at least 30 minutes to arrive and the food took 1.5 hours to arrive. I figured maybe it was an off night for them, but based on the other reviews, it seems like this is how they operate. Would not go back.

Where do I even begin? Such an awful experience, we were in California to visit a friend and decided to have lunch here. First there was a couple waiting before us for who knows how long. When we arrived it was still a good 5 minutes or so before they were helped. The girl then disappeared after sitting them, to have a side conversation with another employee. We then were sat, the waitress took our drink order, and our food order and once that was delivered to the table she disappeared until it was time to give us the check. The food was very mediocre. Definitely not what I remember of buffalo wild wings. Side note the restaurant was not busy, so why we were barely waited on was very odd

Horrible experience with the host. I didn't get her name. It's a Monday at 2:50pm, she wears glasses and 2 ponytails. She was rude and not welcoming at all. This place is small, stuffy and desolate. We will go to rhe chinohills location instead, it's unfortunate because we live across the street. We asked for a booth and she said only tables were available because they weren't clean, the place wasn't even busy, maybe understaffed not sure. But with a bad attitude I rather go somewhere else where I feel welcomed, I want to enjoy a meal that im going to pay for with my family in peace

Pathetic serving of food. DO NO Order their cole slaw. The $30 combo came with a handfull of Cold fries, the wings were dry and the cole slaw was pathetic. When the manager came to the table she said I should be thankful that they gave me the big cole slaw and not the little one they usually give. I did not even touch the cole slaw and didn't even eat all the wings. I do not recommend this location.
