Rayzor's Dawg House Eden Reviews
We happen to be driving by so we stopped in. Actually we drove past the place and turned around. We had 2 adults and 2 teenagers. In total we paid @ $50 for 2 orders of chix fingers, a chicken sandwich, a double cheesburger and drinks. With our order 3 gigantic plates of curly q fries. I mean I never saw so many fries in all my life. My girlfriend loved the fact she could watch them being cut behind the counter. As a family who is always eating on the go it was a fantastic price and fatastic food. Thankyou for making our evening together special. We enjoyed ourselves and will be stopping again to get some ice cream when we are not so full 😉
Good food & service. Wall decorations were awesome, all Buffalo Sabres pic's, jerseys. Tv showed previous games & hockey fights. Served a good variety of foods, and icecream.
Wow. Foot longs are on par with other places I been however.....The Hamburgers. God the Hamburgers. You take one bite and your tastebuds are met with a combo of flavors that shocks them and makes them wonder if that is really a hamburger they are actually tasting. You get that char taste like its a bit overcooked but then your greeted with the juice that proves that it is definitely not overcooked and then the extras you add on. My god. Never had a burger that was more delicious than at Rayzor's. Then you finish it off with a Milkshake. Which that itself is also perfection. Idk why your still reading this review. You should be in the car and on your way to Rayzor's.
If you are a Sabres fan this place is nostalgic. The food is good and the menu looks amazing! Loved my experience!
Amazing food , they use all local meats . The outdoor seating is under a beautiful pergola. There is a playset for the kids and corn hole you can play while you wait for your food.
Always satisfied with options. They have discounted Specials offered all the time
Great place all around! The staff is friendly, the food is fresh and delicious, and the Sabres atmosphere is great. Staff follows covid guidelines and keeps the place very clean. I highly recommend for a great bite to eat and/or ice cream!
Cool atmosphere! Love the condiment bar SEVERAL toppings to choose from to put on top of your burgers etc! Their curly fries are AMAZING!!! Thinner and perfect "crunch" to them. Great value as well!!
My wife and I were there for national hot dog day. The food and atmosphere was great. It was like being with friends and family. We will be back again.
This is just a great place! Delicious hot dogs, home cut fries, ice cream..all the luscious foods! Also serving Nickel City ketchup and Webers Horseradish mustard! The owner comes out and personally asks you how your food is..amazing. Best dogs around, too. Get your fix here!
Come here almost every weekend, awesome food and service. Never had anything bad!
The place is nice and clean. Walk up to counter to order. Even has dog dishes outside. Also something 4 the kids to do! And they sell ice cream also
Great food, always make a detour over when we are East of Eden! Love the Sausage sammies.
AMAZING place to go. Compared to other hot dog places like Teds Texas Hots and Tonys Bayview Drive In, Rayzors beats them all. (Dont even count Louies texas hots, trash. No one wants a non fire grilled hot dog or burger. Yuck) Their footlongs are great and cheaper than other places. Their burgers, although kind of on the well side, are still juicy in the center as youd expect from a burger. Better tasting as well. The Curly-Q's. The friggin Curly-Q's. Best value and taste right there. Not only do you get great tasting Curly Q's, you get a MOUNTAIN of them on a paper plate. Ill have to take a picture next time. (This weekend 3/25 or 3/26/23) Wish they were open all year round but that what makes it 10x better when they reopen for the season.
The Dawg House is awesome! Great summer eatery in Beautiful Eden NY. Ignore the bad BS reviews on here. The staff is friendly, clean and courteous. Great food and condiment bar with fair prices. Videos playing on several TVs of old Sabres footage when hockey was hockey. Nice job Rayzor.....
Nice place out in eden. Nice friendly staff. Was national hotdog day so staff being extremely busy and tired did an outstanding job. Hotdogs cooked to perfection on a charcoal grill. Nice summer treat they even serve ice cream for these exceptional hot days. Nice place moderate prices.
Always love Rayzor's. Best burgers around, great prices and cash discount. Cool place
Its an awesome place for food. Live entertainment and the best customer service in a restaurant. Love it there. The owner helped me with my order right to my car. Who does that ?? She was amazing. Will be back with a lot of friends and family. Well worth the drive from anywhere. Try them and see.
I ordered take out cheese burgers and fries and a milk shake. It was a great fresh burger, the fries were natural skin on fresh cut and delicious. The milkshake was great enough chocolate to satisfy.
Parked here for the festival, only $5! Plus a ticket for one free hot dog; My daughter said it was the best she’d had! I ordered the grilled chicken bowl! Rice, lettuce, black beans, and a nicely real-grilled piece of chicken!!! At the condiment station you’ll find all the fixins for your food; Relish, hot relish, pickles, onions, vinegar!!!, tomatoes (I added them to my chicken bowl), sauerkraut, and your normal ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper. Only thing missing was a “sauce” of some sort in my bowl, so I put a bit of BBQ sauce over the tomaters and salt and pepper. Was super good and recommend to the fullest extent! Staff super friendly too!!!!
This was my first visit to Rayzor's and I was thrilled with what I found there. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, eat in and take out and excellent food and service! The place is clean, bright and airy and practices distancing and hand sanitizers. There are protective plexiglass extensions on the backs of the booth seats. I had the pulled pork sandwich and my friend had the foot long chili dog and we shared curly fries. The pork was very good, her chili dog was amazing and the pile of curly fries we received was unbelievable!!! I wanted a milkshake or at least something from their ice cream selections but there wasn't any room left to have some. I'll return for just dessert someday soon. I was very pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be back!!
I find there’s just one problem with this restaurant .. You’ll want to order 1 of everything ! Hot dogs are great , bacon cheeseburger rocks and the Italian sausage is amazing ! Sweet potato fries are the best ! (And I order sweet potato fries a lot !) One of these days I’m going to leave room for ice cream ! What a hidden gem right there in Eden. 5 stars for sure !
Stopped in here for a couple curly fries and .99 hot dogs. Can't beat feeding 3 for under $20.
Yes, it's just a hot dog stand. (That has ICE-CREAM ❤️) No, it's not just a hot dog stand. Always, Always, Always, CLEAN! We love their patio! Especially the dog bowls for water! (And they have doggie cones) The Cornhole, the kid's playset, AND SOON MINI-GOLF!!! 🥳🥳🥳 Prices are great! Specials get a discount on top of great! Staff is great! Did I mention that it's ALWAYS clean? We love the pickles and relish bar! TOPPINGS GALORE!
Rob Ray has always been my favorite hockey player. My wife and I were out that way. The smoky flavor of hot dogs was great. The ice cream ( upstate) is now my fav. Service great.
I really like it here its not only cool to support rob ray but its a really nice clean fresh place to eat with tons of room to accommodate every rush
Fun place to go with the family. Kids enjoyed playing in the side yard. Both interior and exterior were very clean. We went with about 16 family members and everyone was very satisfied. The staff was very polite. My son has multiple allergies and was able to get a hot dog without the bun. The onion rings and curly fries were everyone's favorite.
First off I’d like to thank Jeff Walker and his wife for being such amazing people. The food was great, the whole restaurant looks amazing and I can tell his staff throughly enjoy working there. It was my 1st time but definitely won’t be my last! #22forever
Place was hopping! The parking lot was full, and a ton of people but the kitchen was rocking. The burger was great, fries were ok, but the best was, as busy as they were, they had 2 workers cleaning tables. Great stop on the bikes!
A family favorite place. The food is always awesome, cooked after ordered so it's fresh, hot and delicious. Great customer service, there's always someone cleaning tables and sweeping.
Came here for lunch wife my wife and kids. They absolutely loved the environment and the food was great at a very reasonable price! Will definitely be a repeat customer. Service was very good and even asked the little ones how they wanted their hotdogs cooked.
I had an amazing experience here! The food was great and the environment was very fun! The employees went above and beyond to make this dining experience exceptional. Even during the dinner rush our food came out quick and the service was great! 10/10 will be coming back all summer long!
we only went for ice cream sundae's very good and good prices. first time there will go back again for a meal. looks all redone, nice place
I love it at Rayzor’s!! I was craving a hotdog, it was perfect! Exactly what I wanted/needed!! The curly-Q fries are amazing!!
Stopped in on a whim last night..now, my absolute new favorite burger place! Food was sooo good, everything was cooked perfect, real milkshakes, curly fries were the best I've ever had, condiment bar had everything you could wish for and was so clean I had NO hesitation (and I can get grossed out pretty easily) I'll be back to work my way through the entire menu :) Staff was AMAZING, place was sparkling clean. I can't say enough good things.. see you again soon!
Hot dog and burgers were really good! Never had curly fries like that before, unseasoned and crisp; very yummy. Also have a really good toppings bar, and really friendly staff. Definitely recommend going :)
Great food and great people.bestcplace for cookout style food in the area
We just stopped for ice cream and the service was outstanding and the atmosphere really nice. We're definitely going to come back again, lunch or dinner
Love the Buffalo Sabres, and Rob Ray did too. Pictures from over the years, players, fights! Very friendly servers and the menu is big.
Good food, enjoy the toppings bar. Prices are below trendy shashburgers but above Wendy's. Kids are running the shift apparently so twice I had to go up and ask for something missing from the order. You need to move that Chex hockey game (which is cool) out of way and add more seats

This was our first visit and I thought the food was excellent, the fries were cooked perfectly, the burgers were thick and tasty. The decor was cool and the playground and corn hole boards were pretty cool. My toddlers tried playing outside but, the 88 degree temp and sun had the plastic super hot. With that said, my kids would've had fun, it was just to hot out. I think we will be returning soon!!
The bacon cheese burger was good. They let you put your own toppings which makes it easy to make the burger exactly how you like it.
Great food! Quick service super friendly staff! Good prices as well. Variety of items to choose from
Rayzor’s Dawg House is hands-down one of my favorite spots! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. Fries are perfectly crispy. The portions are generous for the price, and you can tell they care about quality. The staff is friendly and welcoming every time I come in, and the service is quick even when they’re busy. You can taste the love they put into the food. Definitely worth the visit if you want a great meal worth the prices ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very clean, everything was fresh, and the food was great. Came back the week later and had the same experience. The owner was welcoming and kind, will definitely be back!
Wonderful grilled food and ice cream. Has country feel with close relationships with the sport hockey. Family oriented and casual environment. Definitely worth a visit located right on route 62.
Food was good. Onion rings were fantastic! Young employees have no clue what doing. No customer service but food turned out okay. Took 3 trys to make a baby soft serve cone.
Passing through Eden & came upon this place. I had the daily special (fried Bologna, fries, & drink) for $18. Serving size was perfect. Bologna sandwich was amazing. Lots of toppings to choose from. This is the spot if you’re in the mood for hot dogs, burgers, or fries.
Stopped here after hiking in the area and ordered the turkey burger and curly fries. Turkey burger was one of the best I've ever had and I was not prepared for the amount of fries I got! And I was pleasantly surprised at the prices, it's not often you can get a meal for yourself under $20 these days. Best part was its dog friendly, even indoors!
Charbroiled hotdog$ and burger$! Yes, please, and yum! Omg, the foot long chili cheese dog was terrific! My co-worker and I went there for lunch! We took the scenic route, and it was magnificent! We past balloon style framed homes! We went under two historic bridges, and we seemed to follow part of the 18-mile creek as we winded to our destination! The owner chose to display cool logos and hockey memorabilia to celebrate Rob Rays Stanley Cup career. The new building was a log cabin style that suited its surrounds! Nice place and great experience! JKC
Low key menu with a high quality impact. Awesome tasting food, ample parking and dining space, and lot is big enough to venture around while you enjoy your meal. Very clean and organized. The wait for your meal is okay but with all the sabres gear on the wall and the wide variety of music playing, you wouldn't notice it. Happy to have made it part of my "detour" while working. Best part is price is very reasonable and portions are above average.
Very good food an array of toppings ! And the fries are excellent!
Food was great, service was friendly, except my friend and I were talking, and it seemed as if they were rushing us. I was picking at my fries and a gentleman said I'll take your trays, and took it!! Granted I was almost done, but I found that quite odd. It wasn't packed or near closing time, so I saw no reason for him to take my food and rush us out.
We had burgers which were good. Also had the loaded fries which were absolutely phenomenal. Service was nice although we did go kind of late. Overall... I will be back sooner than later.
We had a family group lunch of about 14, were outside in a nicely covered patio. Food was great and service was good even though they got quite busy.
We really enjoyed it! Good burgers with a toppings bar and a good selection of ice cream. My brother says the hot dogs were good too. A lot of fun memorabilia on the walls, but the pictures were so haphazardly placed I couldn't look at them.
Good food, quick service. I'd give it 5 stars, but I didn't enjoy having a dog watch me eat, even if it was a nice one.
I was there last night around 8:00 pm and ordered the chicken fingers. They do not come sauced up or with blue cheese or carrots or celery. You have to get the hot sauce from the condiment bar and dip them. Not the same as having them tossed in sauce. The fries however were excellent. The employees on duty were young with no one seemingly in charge. The piped music was way too loud and the employees way too boisterous. Two of the boys were kicking around a box like a soccer ball and cavorting around the girl working the grill. This seemed dangerous. I understand that they are young and it was late but I think that a mature adult presence would have been beneficial. Whoever was in charge had to be young and it is unfair to expect a young person to be able to control their peers. UPDATE: I spoke to the owner. He was very pleasant and we had a good discussion regarding my concerns. I am impressed with his handing of the issues I raised. As I told him, everything else I have ever had there is excellent and I now understand why the chicken fingers are served as they are.
Great food and good service. Atmosphere felt a bit weird though. Inside seating was offered but they seem to favor their outdoor seating. Fries were very good though. Probably best part of the food
Good place to stop in for burgers, dogs, fries and ice cream. A little pricey for some items ($12 for 2 hot dog combo with fries and a fountain drink), and they always seem to forget the chili on the hot dogs. Nice outdoor seating area, can pass the time watching TV while they cook your food.
Rayzor’s is great. This place is up there with the Taffy’s and George’s, maybe even better. Love the atmosphere, especially great for the summer. Service is great and staff is super friendly. The hot dogs and burgers are great and a lot of different options to offer. Great for the whole family.
Take a classic roadside hot dog and ice cream stand, bring it inside a pole barn with tables and you have an all-weather excuse to eat your summer favorites no matter what time of year it is. Hot dogs, Angus beef burgers, fresh cut fries are the staples and you can order them as plain or fancy as you like... there's a ton of toppings and extras to choose from to customize your order. When it's sweet corn season, there's local Eden Valley corn to add on to a pretty full menu. They advertise that they use local products and fresh meats - a nice bonus for the producers and suppliers in Western New York. Although I didn't go around back to see it, they've added a new outdoor pavilion for special events like live music. Ample parking, clean facilities and the staff on hand does everything they can to put a cooked to order classic on your tray quickly and accurately.
Awesome cheeseburgers! Condiment bar for personal customization was great. Portions are large, a single order of curly fries is enough to share with a friend or herd of small children. Absolutely will be a repeat customer!
First time here. Food was ok. Cheaper than another local hot doggery. But we found the food at "other" much more flavorful.
It’s a fine place for casual quick dining. The food was average The milkshake excellent. Prices were average. If you need a quick meal and in and out you’ll find it here. As a huge plus. The staff excellent and very friendly. Will definitely visit again.
I was only there ounce last year ,my food was cold , I ordered take out was the first time ordering food from Razors had no idea there was a toppings bar ,got an attitude, when I asked about toppings the food was OK, a little pricey though, I would give it another try .
Hot dog was very good. Wait was kind of long. Was kept entertained by all the bickering among the staff and the one person who appeared to be the manager that couldn’t figure out how to wear a mask properly. Made me glad that he wasn’t the one handling my food.
I like to give a second opinion from my first one. I understand it's hard to get people to work now with covid I think the hot dogs take too long to make milkshakes we're pretty quick I love the onion rings I think the owner just has to tweak it a little better he can't be there 24 hours a day I understand that. And I also understand that he doesn't want to cook hot dogs ahead of time I just think the wait times seem to be too long I've been in there four times now I'll probably keep on coming in it's just some thing the owner we'll have to address I haven't been in Ted's in a while so I don't know how their service is but as I recall they were pretty quick you walked in gave him your order and by the time you paid you had your food the owner did a lot of improvement to the place I hope he's successful
I went there for the first time last night this place is super cool atmosphere was awesome. Food was pretty good nothing fantastic but the ice cream was really good. We went at probably peak rush hour time about 7 and the girl at the counter was clearly not able to handle how busy it was. Even her co workers were making comments about how she was having a bad day which is fine everyone is entitled to a bad however being rude and short with customers like she was with us is never the way to handle your bad day. As a customer service manager I’d have put her in the back and brought someone up to the register that could handle the job a little better. 3 stars for the food service workers being very kind and polite to us and apologizing.
I'll start by saying I enjoyed the hot dogs, and the condiment bar was awesome (sauerkraut and hot relish 😊) it was quite a long wait, which I understand on a Sunday at 1. But I was really disappointed in the fries. They were way overcooked and soaked in oil. Super crunchy. It was like they had been fried multiple times. Prices were great. 2 dogs, huge fries, and a drink under 10$
Leave yourself plenty of time. We have been there twice and it takes over a half hour to get a burger. The grill line in equipped to handle much more volume than they are doing and it would appear they have a large staff. So it leaves one wondering why? That would be the chief complaint. The food is very good quality and the facility is very clean.
Been here numerous times , when it first opened in eden. And now our first time under new management, Food was great and well.cooked. Prices are a little steep for a hot dog place but worth it once you taste the food. New owner was very nice greeting us and asking us if we like the new look and food products. Recommended for a nice lunch or early dinner. Less crowded on weekdays, weekends can get quite busy.
Curly fries were great! Unfortunately all the grill items were quite burnt. I ordered a burger with an egg and the burger was so burnt i couldn't even taste the egg. Edit: to the owner who replied. Thank you for your quick response. We arrived at 12:30 on Sunday Sept 26th. We live in the city and don't get to eden very often. I had heard about this place so we were excited to stop by after apple picking. We didn't say anything because we were pretty hungry and had already waited 24 minutes with a little one who desperately needed a nap. I know the exact time because the cashier couldn't give me the 10% off because I wasn't ordering during the bills game and I joked that I missed it by 24 minutes and our food was ready after the game started.
I actually don’t do reviews often.I don’t believe it’s always fair to business owners. We went for ice cream, 6 people. Friendly staff, all was good. Ate outside. Before we left my son wanted a hot dog to go so he and I went inside and ordered. They were extremely busy so I expected a wait . As we were standing there we were told(not asked) to sit. I said we were fine, We were told to sit anyway rather obnoxiously. So we found an empty table After a short wait the food was ready, we went to the counter picked up the food, the same person was at the counter. At this point I was sort of over it, until we turned our back, and the employee said “whatever” to us. I really don’t need a confrontation over something so ridiculous so we continued to walk out.I’ve been to this place dozens of times since they’ve opened. The staff for the most part has always been decent. This person seemed to be a manager of some sort. I’m actually not sure if we’ll go back at this point. We may. All the other staff we interacted with were great. A bit of advice for someone who has had employees for decades, you can deal with all kinds of things, laziness, reliability…but people who forget that customers pay the bills and find themselves either talking down or being confrontational with customers are a cancer… and you’re not doing them any favors by allowing it.
Wanted this to be way better. If the roll was toasted and the fries were warmer it would be a 4.5 easily. But that roll was just so big and cold it threw off the burger. Toppings bar was a 5/5 for sure.
The food was great . Service was great . Arrived at 7:30 from a long day of traveling. We didn’t know the indoor seating closes at 8pm. The thing that bothered us was the young man mopping around us , literally around our table . ( he was doing a good job , but couldn’t he wait ?) and the young girl trying to get our ketchup while we were using it . I know they were trying to get things done before leaving but the establishment doesn’t close till 8:30. It just made us feel rushed . Then I noticed another customer came in to place a to go order and they were at the condiment station and her little girl slipped on the wet floor . I had to let them know the young man just mopped . They really need to wait to mop . Or figure out a better system to get the dining area done with out bothering customers . Like I said , we are from out of town and got there in enough time to eat inside .
Nothing great. Typical grilled food hotdogs, hamburgers & fries. Prices are on the high side. $7 for the "Texas burger" was about a $4 burger at best. They give a full plate of fries but they were cold.
Not a great visit. Cold fries....sat on tray because they ran out of bacon for the burger. Tried to cook it faster by throwing it in the fryer but it went in the garbage because it was undercooked. Nothing worse than raw bacon.
Not particularly fond of the burgers. The cook needs 2 learn u don't push the juices out with spatula. Nor flip a burger more then once! Very dry and flavor was off.
Over PRICED! I honestly would rather have Sunset grill but due to them being seasonal and it being off season...I went to this place. Food isn't bad but WAY too expensive and the staff is all high school kids who seem to care less. When I was there no one had a mask or hair not and seemed not even customers were required to wear a mask. That was probably the worst part of the whole experience there is the lack of COVID protection worn by staff and required of customers. And for the OWNER to comment and call me a liar when I was literally there TODAY with my family....is pretty messed up! I have been to the competition hence me saying ID RATHER HAVE SUNSET GRILL. None of the kitchen workers at your establishment had masks OR HAIR NETS on. Whether you want to claim they do or not I saw for myself AND I MENTIONED IT TO THE GIRL TAKING MY ORDER as well as had another customer mention it who was standing in line with me. I leave reviews literally EVERY PLACE I go and I am always 100% honest and fair but no...middle of a pandemic and NOT ONE EMPLOYEE HAD A MASK OR HAIR NET and $40 for 2 adults and 1 toddler to eat AT A HOT DOG STAND IS RIDICULOUS! SUNSET GRILL in Irving is hands down WAY BETTER QUALITY AND SERVICE for a much more reasonable price for the food they offer! And the owner doesn't come after ANYONE BASED ON OPINION ...they simply take it in and work on improvements for the customers. I'm also not the first person to make a review on masks not being worn and it seems this owner came after that gentleman as well (who was a local GUIDE BTW)
I wasn’t very impressed. The prices are high considering the lack of service, cleanliness, the time it takes to place an order and time to receive food.
You would think being a hot dog house, they would have several types of dogs, not just pork. I got the blue cheese burger, very plain, just had a few crumbles of blue cheese, and that's it. There's not much flavor at all. They do have a nice sit-down area. And when you don't jump up and run in when they call your number the first time, the speaker sounds kind of hateful the second time. I was alone with my service dog, so it took me a few minutes to go inside.
The fries were hard and had nasty grease taste. Hot dogs were nothing special! Also had a dog walking around inside going to tables for food. Believe it’s the owner who went into an office.
At first everyone was super nice, everyone was working hard but then as I am waiting for my order to be called the owner or seems like the owner/boss was yelling at the employees, I felt awful for witnessing this because I have dealt with this as a young adult working a new job. I would never work for a boss like this. I was then standing waiting for my order and he yelled at everyone standing to take a seat, but there were no seats. He had an underlying tone that no boss should have. He made me feel uncomfortable as a customer and others too since they were saying the exact same thing. I am no way trying to belittle this business but I just hope they can work on their respect for employees and customers.
Over priced mediocre food. PLUS ROB RAY DOES NOT OWN THIS RESTAURANT. As far as this restaurant’s comment below, thank goodness we are able to post our true comments so that people can see real comments and not only have to rely on fake posts. Obviously the owner has issues with hearing the truth. Free speech! Thank goodness for it.
Came in with my grandchildren for the first time , when we got our food 2 of the cheeseburgers did not have cheese on them and we got accused of not ordering cheese on them. I told him I would pay the difference and he got huffy . I replied apparently you don’t want repeat customers and he yelled in a demeaning tone have a nice day . The food was on par but razors is NOT the only hot dog restaurant in town . And as far as the price it’s right up there with the other places . Our bill came to $ 55.00 ( a bit over)
Spend your money elsewhere because this place is not worth it. Food is okay (Connor’s and George’s are better; fresh, consistent, and comparable prices) but customer service is the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. The owner is unprofessional and lacks self-control and his workers follow his lead. It’s clear he thinks he can treat customers however he wants because he is the owner. Upon coming in, the owner came out to inform our family (we have about 20 of us) that we need to make sure to tip when we order our food. We were all paying as individual families. This is not a full-service restaurant. I am not being served at my table so a tip is not expected, but I probably would have tipped anyways. But as someone who served in a restaurant for years, to TELL customers to tip by the owner is crass and wildly unprofessional. When me and my husband and two young kids walked in, we were told rudely to clear the area and wait outside for our orders. I have been here one other time (this was my husband’s first time!), so it started our evening on yet another bad note. There was no need to shoo us out as we had just met up with our extended family, and my daughter ran into a school friend , which is what a dining experience is for: to socialize. We were not rowdy nor rude. For reference, there was one other family in line at the time besides us and another family dining in the inside portion so we were not impeding traffic. I went outside with my infant and saw my cousin walk up. We met roughly in front of the ice cream window but were a distance away by the table. We were talking when the female worker opened the window and asked what we would like. We told her we were just chatting and we’re good, thanks. This prompted her to roll her eyes and slam shut the window. Okay, so we can’t socialize outside either. I ordered a chicken rice bowl (hot, no black beans, with pepper jack cheese). When I received our order, the bowl came with black beans, no sauce or seasoning whatsoever, and zero cheese. I went in to ask for some sort of sauce or “hot” and cheese, and the young girl who had taken my order did not believe me and had to “check my ticket”. Neither of those items were up charges, so to ask for cheese and some sort of “hot” that I ordered (she asked for my preference upon ordering) was reasonable and it was wild that she didn’t believe me and wanted to check. I finally got a slice of pepper jack for my bowl. In addition to these, there were a bunch of other things that occurred to other members of our group. The owner’s responses from the first interaction through the last showed that he has zero emotional or managerial intelligence or knowledge of how customer service impacts your business.
food has never been good and somehow the customer service manages to be worse which is simply baffling
My husband and I went to grab 2 cheeseburgers and a fry.along with 2 drinks. My husband started to eat his dried out burger. With a stale bun.put it down.took a drink of his pop.went to pick it back up. When 3 flies, flew off of his burger.he threw it back on to the serving tray.when more flies flew off the fries.he said I had enough of this 💩.he walked over to the trash can.and dumped all the food into the trash.after we just spent over$30.00 on food and 15% tip.No thank you.🤢🤮
I was meeting someone for dinner here tonight. The corn festival was happening across the street so there was no parking to come in and eat because they were selling their parking spots for $6 for the festival. When I called to talk to someone to tell them there is no parking, for me to eat there, the reply by the employee was, “we are making more money on parking”. He basically told me that he didn’t care that they were losing business on food. Won’t be back. Bad customer service.
