Great environment. Always play upbeat music and service is as great as the food. Very convenient for me as the food never takes too long to hit the table. Ask for Finn, Scout or Jamil... those guys are awesome! Also, order the classic combo. It's the perfect starter for multiple guest

This location was by the airport in El Paso and it was apparent the servers were encouraged to upsale apps and desserts. I ain't mad about that. They were open til midnight which was a welcome stop on a cross country road trip. The server checked on us frequently and made sure everything was good. Ordered a salad and it tasted very fresh. I recommend you try it out if you are in the area.

The food is above average with lots of options. We done there once every two weeks. Help is very polite and they go out of there way to make you feel comfortable. Restaurant was a little chilly but I left my sweater on.

We will be back again. 2023 As far as Applebees go, this is above the norm. We were seated quickly, our server (Kiana) was friendly and courteous. The food arrived very quickly and was quite tasty. We only had the wonton chicken tacos and boneless wings (recommended by Kiana) and they were good enough that we would order again. Although the restaurant was busy, the noise level was average. We will come back on our next trip to El Paso.

Needed a quick bite after a late flight in to El Paso. Super close to the airport and convenient. Food was good had the chicken Caesar salad and tomato basil soup. Both were what you would expect nothing spectacular but very good. Atmosphere is your typical Applebee's good music and good service. Would recommend.

-The food was really good, and the strawberry pina colada was absolutely delicious! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The manager even made rounds to check on customers, which was nice to see and showed they care about their guests. The music was good too, with a great variety of songs playing. Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience.

The food was delicious but the service wasn't 4 stars, the waitress would ask us if we, needed anything and it would take her for ever to bring the items. We waited at the entrance to be seated and then looked around and waited for the staff to come from the back of the kitchen after being gone for some time. Went for an NYE dinner. It took forever for anyone to come take care of us at our table. Waitresses and waiters kept walking by us and looking at us for about 20 minutes, nobody asked us for drinks or anything. We almost left. Finally someone decided to take care of us. The entire restaurant smelled of sewer and dirty toilet. Who wants to sit there and smell that while they're eating? They must have a plumbing problem that nobody cares to fix. We will not be going back.

My Sister and I went to this applebees, to have a galentines day dinner. 25.mins passed no service. A family of three say behind us and was served within 4 mins, a whire couple acrosa from us was tended to twice while my Sister and I waited. We left... talked to manager who was clueless about what was going on, cant say Ive ever felt discrimination quite like that until today. Never had any issues with any Applebees across the U.S. and I do travel.for work, never had this issue. Idk if it just looked like we were a couple or older or whatever but worst service ever.

I went with a group of people and we had a horrible experience. The restaurant was very cold, somebody kept flickering the lights, the waitress did not get our drink orders for about fifteen minutes after we sat down and we waited for our food for fourty five minutes . We all had a meeting to get to, so we had twenty minutes to scarf down our food. I didn't even have enough time to finish my food, let alone enjoy it.
