The Dapper Doughnut El Paso Reviews
Why are these doughnuts so good?! The dough is always the same flavor but you can pick from a variety of flavors and each one seemed to be better than the last. Fruity pebbles and Nutella french toast were clear winners. We also got a milkshake which wasn't bad but the doughnuts are definitely why you come here.
First time and it was so amazing!! Definitely try it if you have the opportunity.
Excellent service. Rushed my order when I needed it most. Thank you!
We came in when they should already have been closed. They still graciously served us and the coffee and shake were still really good! Thought I’d do this place a solid by leaving them a review and a good tip for my transgression😂👍🏽 But for real, their shakes come in a bunch of really creative flavors, are really good and even come with a little doughnut on top!
Accidentally ran into this place and we were pleasantly surprised. It's actually nice not to have to commit to one regular sized donut. Instead, I can have different mini flavors. It's a mini Christmas party for my mouth. Super yummy. Definitely will be returning. Food: Everything was excellent and on point. Service: 10/10 Approximate Cost: (didn't get a receipt, sorry) $16ish Iced black coffee - around $3.50 Hot chocolate - around $3.50 Dozen donuts - chocolate cherry, blueberry lemon, chocolate, sopapilla flavors. Around $9
My first time visiting and it was amazing! The workers here are outgoing and very helpful in explaining how the menu works! The prices are reasonable since the doughnuts are made fresh and decorated by hand for every order! 🥳 This isn’t your conventional doughnut shop like Krispy Kreme’s where the doughnuts sit out all day! I just wanted to give a shout out to the worker Cristina since she helped me every step of the way in completing my order , and she even offered me a flavor not on the menu!! Be nice and expect kindness back especially since all of these workers are hard working!! 😊😊
A unique and fun way to experience donuts! Awesome service beautiful location, different shops , very eclectic!
Saw The Dapper Donut on TikTok and I had to pull up 😍 Located right here in El Paso, this spot is a whole vibe! From fresh-made mini donuts cooked right in front of you 🍩 to their iconic ice cream creations—I had to try the Homer and YES, it was giving full Simpsons movie nostalgia 💗🍦 (remember when Homer went wild over that donut shop? Yeah, that!) They’ve got tons of donut flavors to pick from—fruity, chocolatey, cinnamony—you name it. You can also grab drinks, mix-and-match ice cream flavors, and chill with a fountain view. Super affordable, super cute, and the customer service? 10/10. Whether you’re out solo, with your boo, or bringing the fam, this place is totally worth it. Donut miss it! 😉
Our family loved Dapper Donuts in the Fountains. The 10-minute wait for custom-made flavors was worthwhile. They also offer the option to turn donut flavors into milkshakes. My daughter and I enjoyed sharing the Apple Pie donut milkshake!!
Quality. Pleasant staff. Lovely building. Fresh to order morsels of doughnut sweetness. Beautifully made and crafted, presentation is spectacular. The doughnuts alone are worth the visit. Held their warmth and goodness for a long while. The type of doughnut you can keep on eating without the guilt. Bar none amazing.

All I have to say is WOW!!! I was NOT expecting these mini donuts to be so damn good! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. Maraih in the front was really friendly and extremely courteous. She did an amazing job at making out donuts. Again, yall seriously need to give them a try! SO DELICIOUS!
This place was suuuper cute, the donuts were incredible and beautiful, the guy working did a great job and was very helpful in suggesting flavors for us as we had a hard time making up our minds. Will definitely stop by again!

First the shop, it's small and kind of dark. Also do not expect normal donut sizes, it is great if you crave for donuts but are on a diet. A large selection of flavors for a small shop and provides decent coffee.
I really enjoyed the place and experience. The donuts are really good. Service was awesome! However, I don't see myself coming back due the prices. I can't justify paying $6 for a 6 pack of bite-sized donuts (smaller than the hostess mini donuts). I compare this store to the Mini Cupcake store, Baked by Melissa from New York. However, even for it being in New York, you get more for your money. The funnel cake & chocolate glazed donuts were the ones I picked. I just wish they would give you the option to pick each one individually instead of only allowing 2 flavors in the 6 pack. Especially since they're just opening.
Ordered the 24 count today thru UberEATS. They are tiny donuts. They are good donuts. They are fresh donuts. Very good flavor, moist, and delicious. A bit pricey but they don't have the cost control a national chain does so overall I was satisfied and will order again in the future.
1st time ever. Chocolate shake was really good just wish it had ice to make it colder. Glad they enforce wearing a mask to enter. The doughnuts were made to order and were so good and fluffy not chewy like others. My favorite was the churro doughnut, MUST TRY! Other flavors were kinda bland.
Nice little spot in the fountains, didn’t expect the donuts to be so small at least they’re fresh. The website photos threw me off but still yummy.
Yummy! I think 6 a piece is too much but then I eat all of them in one seating lol. 3 should be an option. Good thing I go to the gym most days to work it off lol. Flavorful options.
Cute place! Donuts are like funnel cake. Not real donuts. If you are trying to watch your sweets intake, this is good. Service Girl 1- took our order, which included a hot coffee Girl 2 is making donuts Girl 1 goes on to fix donuts Girl 2 starts making coffee, makes my husband an ice coffee on accident Girl 1 gives us our order, and my husband reminds her it was supposed to be hot Girl 1 dumps the ice and adds hot water. We are watching her do this. The husband tells her this tastes like water. She then turns around and tries to blame Girl 2. My husband then tells her to walk me through how you fixed it. She freezes, and my husband tells her you threw away the ice and added water. She said yes. Then, he goes to remake it. What a disaster. At the end of the day, the mini funnel cake donuts great the service is terrible.
Went twice already and both times it was delicious! Not crazy expensive either. It's a neat, affordable and delicious gimmick. Nice for a night cap with the wife after a nice lunch or early dinner out.
I'm giving it a 4 star rating not because of the service, but in my opinion it's a bit overpriced. Yes, the doughnuts are delicious, freshly baked and the toppings are good. The doughnuts are as small as a hostess doughnut, I've provided a picture below of both. I got the combo of 12 mini doughnuts and coffe, I believe it was around 22 dlls for two combos. They do offer military discount. The service was great and TBH eventhough they are overpriced I will be going back...
What a cool place to stop and get a little snack. These donuts are so airy and flavorful. All the staff were super nice.

I tried Dapper Doughnut literally because of social media. It was just ok to me. We got a 12 count and 3 drinks. The donuts dough itself is really airy but comes out greasy. I will say I loved the toppings used on the flavors. My coffee was incredibly strong but overall it was good. Also I'm pretty sure they blend donuts into your drink which we couldn't really say we liked or hated. Overall it was decent. The shop itself is nice. The atmosphere is chill. It's a small location but they are efficient. Great photo ops for social media though.
Donuts were okay but nothing I would go out of my way for. They are super messy compared to standard donuts as the frosting doesn’t set up. Since they are fresh and come out hot and directly put into the box they are soggy. None of ours looked like the display and they were decorated sloppy. The store was busy so maybe they were hurrying? The best was the Nutella Dream, but again, it was different from the display and not what I was expecting. Great concept, not as great execution, and overpriced. Nothing horrible but nothing amazing.

The experience was nice. I ordered a coffee and 6 pack. The doughnuts were meh, regardless of the price. The fact that they were made in front of me and hand delivered was nice, but for the price I would go to any other doughnut place. As a product, I would not purchase them again, or even have them if bought for me. The coffee was really good. I drink it black; even so, not bitter at all and had good body... Still not worth 3.50$ though. The staff was quite nice and professional. All in all, glad I went, probs not going again.
I payed $16 through Ubereats for 12 tiny little doughnuts. I was expecting at least medium sized donuts, not tiny. 🙄The flavors are good but for that price and size it's not worth it for me. That donut size is a joke.
Ordered a latte. Your receipt reads just as what I expected: "full bodied rich espresso mixed with creamy steamed milk". You guys gave me powdered coffee for $4.25. Either you change the name of what you're serving, or invest in a coffee machine.
Came from out of town and wanted to try something new. Smelled like funnel cake in there. Not properly ventilated. Donuts were appealing to the eye and the taste was okay but I wasn’t wowed. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone else and wouldn’t go back. Not bad just wasn’t impressed. I wish I could personalize my box with more options than just two flavors.
To be honest, we were excited to see the huge variety after humble donuts on the west side downsized their menu and were kind of hopeful for something similar but they tried to over compensate for their really bad batter and overly fried donuts by putting too much toppings on the donuts. Even when humble had a huge variety, their donuts were really good and consistent. Sometimes simple is better if you can't even get the donut itself right.

I had been wanting to try this place for the longest time & when I do, it's a flop. I walked in & wasn't greeted. I was the girl behind counter & 2 other guys & myself. Later I learned 1 of guys was an employee. I mentioned to girl behind counter it was my 1st time there. Gave me a look like she could careless. I asked questions & seemed lost & bothered. I asked are you new & she said fairly. I told her it shows. After I placed my order she started making order. She still seemed lost. After a but the kid that was sitting at table decided to get up & told her something on my order & sat down. Very disappointed with my order. Felt it was just slooped together. Ice cream, donut & twix candy didn't taste fresh. Had a stale taste
Gave us the runaround about a delivery order and they eventually canceled it. Wish we would have just ordered from somewhere else.
I had heard the donuts were amazing. I read it takes about 15 minutes for them to be ready since they are made to order. So I placed an order to pick up at 430pm. It was for a small event and on my way over there I received a phone call at 426 pm that they were not going to be able to make my order. You would think that my order would have had been ready since I was to pick up at 430. You don't get a second chance to make a first impression. I will not be returning to that establishment. I would have given a no star if allowed but had to give a 1 star.
Workers were in a terrible mood and did not create a good atmosphere. The donuts were a bit sloppy compared to other times. Also they do not have curbside pickup even though the option is given when ordering online. When they first started out this place was great but it’s slowly declining, hopefully they pick it up and don’t end up closing down. Came in 11/02/2024 around 5ish.
ordered a 6 count crepe doughnuts which come with a banana on top, waited 22 minutes for them to give it to us and told us they didn’t have bananas till after they made them.
Was supposed to pick up these donuts for a gender reveal on Friday at 8:30pm. When I arrived, the two employees were sitting in a table and the girl was massaging the guy..I was told they weren’t ready yet and it would be 15 minutes.. donuts weren’t ready till about 9:40ish. These pictures are from the next morning. Donuts were incredibly soggy, color was seeping through.. were not edible AT ALL.. I called to complain Saturday afternoon, spoke to a Julissa about the situation, she said they don’t offer refunds or store credit, as they have “never had this happen before”. Quality was awful. On top of that, I was told there would be an up charge for the blue as it would be “custom blue”. Don’t recommend this place, at all.
Employees were completely uninterested in providing any sort of assistance or even acknowledging our presence. It was as if we were inconveniencing them by being there. The lack of professionalism was evident in their disheveled appearances and careless attitudes. Not only was the service terrible, but the overall atmosphere was unpleasant. Furthermore, the absence of any on-site management was glaringly obvious. It felt like a ship without a captain, with employees left to their own devices. There was no one to address our concerns or complaints, leaving us feeling frustrated and unheard. It's truly disheartening to witness such a lack of care and dedication in a business. As customers, we expect to be treated with respect and receive quality service. Unfortunately, this place failed on both accounts. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration. There are plenty of other places that value their customers and take pride in providing exceptional service.

The 2 employees seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Ordered donuts and a latte & one of the girls was just on their phone the entire time, the other was making the coffee and then disappeared. We asked the one on her phone where the coffee was, she said “it’s missing” and seemed confused. We then saw the other appeared to be putting it in the microwave. We said we no longer wanted the coffee and would like a refund. They had to make a phone call, said something in Spanish, & then told us it would be back on our card used in 1-2 days. We asked can we just get cash back, they said “it doesn’t work like that”. We will be coming back if that refund is not there. Other than that, donuts are overpriced for the tiny size (donut hole size) & odd that you can only get 2 flavors in a 6-pack.
