I strongly recommend to come and visit Haley the manager here at Freddy’s steakburgers,. She was fast, friendly and awesome service by her staff and. my meal was very delicious. Make sure to try your fries with the jalapeño fries sauce. Thank you Haley for taking your time, you sure know how to run the business.I will sure come back plenty of times. Haley I hope there’s a promotion coming up for you, you sure well deserve it.

Great place to eat. Sebastian came over to the table when he found out it's her first time here. To check on how we liked our meal. it was very tasty. Only sorry I just got the single should have gotten the double.👍😁🍟. Don't know what Paula was talking about the prices are very reasonable.OMG, just had the chili dog sooooo good. Hint have them grill the onions 👍

Tried it first in Austin and loved the seasoning they use on the burgers. The shoestring fries are crispy and the sauces they serve are great! We went on a Sunday around 3p and it was packed. They do serve pretty quick. Onto the custard ice cream. We had ordered the Hawaiian Delight. I don't think I would order any other one. It was so delicious 😋.

Well finally got the chance to try this place. I got to give it to them the burgers are good. People are right the patties are thin, but not paper thin. The seasoning they put is good and on point. The fries are not your typical fries but man are they good. The reason for the 4 stars is the fries were room temperature near being cold. I can see myself ordering again from here again. The wait was rather long and there were like 5 cars in front. Hopefully with time they will get things right.

Hamburger was weird, thin & crunchy on the edges. They had my order at a different counter than I ordered from. It was NOISY inside, with not many people. Don't understand the hype, not that great. Don't think I'll be back.

First time trying Freddy’s! My go to is whataburger! Once I got there, no greeting just “order when you’re ready”! No enthusiasm or empathy! Finally got to the window. Very plain and basic interaction. Once I got home and saw what I got $11.14!!! The burger was good, but not worth the price! Honestly ima stick with my whataburger! I’m not going back there unless I want try something new, or customer service is better!

Food laying out in the cold. When checking to make sure order was correct was side eyed. When found out there were missing items. No apologies or care for the situation. Seemed bothered that I checked my order. Finally all the burgers were incorrect.

The worst food delivery we’ve ever experienced. Patties were burnt, and falling apart. Missing food items, chili cheese fries had minimal cheese/chili. Hope others have a better experience.

Just left this place and the service was TERRIBLE. Whoever the male i “manager” is told us “I don’t have to give you my name” while I was trying to resolve my order issues and get a refund. He also was being very sarcastic and said “thank you for coming, have a good night” right after arguing with us about OUR order for 5-10minutes. You can tell this guy just wanted to start confrontation with us. He told me “I don’t want to argue with you” and I wasn’t arguing, I wanted what I ordered. Stay far away from this freddys.

Clowns only have 1 person in drive thru line but force delivery drivers to go inside and they don’t even have food ready either. You’re gonna take your time making the persons order at the window either way 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Burgers are always five stars!!! when it comes to the french fries it depends on who's cooking them. These guys have a tendency to overdo it on the seasoning making it extremely salty!!!

Me and my family ate inside the restaurant, as we ordered the cashier was literally on his phone texting while I was waiting to place my order, I usually never give bad reviews but for a place that actually serves great food the customer service is just NOT THERE! All the employees are just on there phones standing in the back while the customers are in the front waiting to be helped. Freddys DO BETTER!

It seems that the quality of this fast-food restaurant has declined recently. When it first opened, they served warm fries, but that is no longer the case. I ordered a combo today, and the fries were cold. The California Burger was also not as good as it used to be. I am unsure what has changed, but the experience is not the same.

When I go into a restaurant, especially one of my favorites, it's got to be clean. Just all the time. Full stop. Not optional. If things are dirty, what's going on in the kitchen. Employees need to have some self respect and take some pride in themselves. They have to be clean and have haircuts and shaves or wear those stupid nets. It's my food! Even after I told the woman there how disappointed I was that the custard machine looked gross, she didn't clean it or get anyone to clean it. So I didn't get my custard. I wish I didn't get my burger either. It was covered in salt and the bacon was barely cooked. The bathroom paper towel dispenser literally dispenser the towels into a full trashcan. So you clean your hands an dry them with a filthy towel. Yuk.
