PanPan El Paso Reviews
I recently visited PanPan and I truly loved the place. The atmosphere is very cozy, ideal for sitting down and enjoying a leisurely bread. The service from the staff was excellent: everyone was very friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in until I left. I ordered a chocolate concha and some baguette-style pieces or mini pizzas (I don't remember the exact name). To be honest, the mini pizzas weren't my favorite, perhaps because the flavor was very homemade and I'm more used to pizzas from fast food chains, so it may be an unfair comparison. But even so, the bread itself was very, very delicious, with a good texture and flavor. I also ordered a glass of milk, because honestly, I can't eat bread without dipping it. The milk was fresh, well-served, and gave the concha a perfect touch, which, by the way, was delicious—soft, fluffy, and with a chocolate flavor that wasn't too overwhelming. PanPan is definitely a place I'd return to for a sweet treat or to try more of their artisan bread. Highly recommended.
Amazing premium conchas and overall everything is delicious. My favorite bakery so far. The best pan de muerto if the city
The best bread I've tried in Juárez. The service is very good, everyone is very friendly, and the place is nice and cozy. But the best of all is the quality and flavor of the bread. It looks and tastes like it's freshly made, not hard at all, and very soft. They have very original flavors. The only drawback is the variety. I would add more "common" options, haha.
Love all bread!!!
Great little place for a good coffee, great bread and excellent service!
Fantastic bread, atmosphere and customer service!
Great bread, great food, overall good service, but I do think the drinks are subpar most of the time, just get a simple coffee and enjoy the bread
They have excellent bread, the coffee is okay, but sometimes the service is slow and it gets very busy.
So good sweet bread
This is my first time at PanPan, and I pre-ordered a Rosca de Reyes online. When I arrived to pick it up, it took 20 minutes to arrive. I thought it would be a quick delivery experience since I had pre-ordered, but no, they grabbed one and took 20 minutes to hand it over. The place is nice but very small, the line formed very quickly, and there was no order. The Rosca tastes okay, but it's nothing special.
Breads aren’t labeled so unless you are a regular you’ll have to ask employee to explain each bread, ordered a cajeta frappe it’s very subtly flavored and the mint chocolate frappe as well both were underwhelming, smallest amount of cheese on the cheese and chocolate chip muffin and small amount of hazelnut/nutella in the strudel as well, employees were very kind and inside did have nice seating, parking was a bit difficult
The service is friendly and courteous. But as for the bread, I didn't find it to have an exceptional flavor; the gourmet aspect was only reflected in the price.
