The restroom are so nice that you can wipe your butt tocks like a baby, and also yogo berry is so good they have this hot Asian dude that comes out in karate kid.

Maybe that has to do with the change in service. I’ll adjust my star rating from 1 to 4. See original review below. This is the worst Sbarro location I’ve ever seen. The manager needs to be fired. On multiple occasions they have zero pizza cooked. It’s always a new excuse. This last time it’s something about the oven not working. There is usually nobody at the front counter. Sometimes it’s one single employee in the back and you wait 5 minutes for them to come out. The Sbarro across town is miles better and always has fresh pizza ready to go. This location is a joke.

Drove out of my way and there’s no spaghetti for 20 minutes?! :( sadly it took them a while to get to me for me to find out too.

This location is TERRIBLE and every day keeps going down and down. Pizza burnt, kids working there have ZERO customer service skills, zero hygene, they have their girlfriends and boyfriends kissing in front of customers and they are straight up rude. I have no idea why sbarro have no managers or supervisors checking this location.

Super bad service. The boys working had no idea what they were doing. The pizza was burnt and had 20 minute wait after they sold more than they had. The kids didn't even wash their hands or switch out gloves between handling food and register.

First time trying to eat here and the service was horrible they didn't have any pastas or pizza just about 5 slices of random mixes. He also gave me huge attitude for not ordering from their selection. Will not eat here or try to give them another chance.

Worse service ever. I don't even know why this place is still operating. This is my second visit and both times they were out of spaghetti and zitti... The line is always long but there never seems to be any sense of urgency to speed up service or make the missing items. Very poorly managed.

Wilted greens. Also stating one breadstick with the combo when the board literally says breadstickS. For salad it doesn't say saladS right? Okay. The other sbarro knows what they're doing.. This one's needs to get it together.
