The place is dirty. Trash cans overflow. Tables are greasy. Music is crazy loud. Air conditioning is blasting too much. I do not recommend this KFC.

Worst delivery ever. Cold and missing items. You try to call them and they don't answer the phone. Never again!!!!

Hope there were a no star review. I made an order for 113.00 today. I’ve been trying to contact them because when I got home they gave me all the chicken regular and it was half crispy and half regular. So the I left it like that since no one answered the phone. When my kids got home from work they started eating and found hair in the chicken. This is really disappointing and disgusting. I will not recommend this kfc ever. The fries looked and tasted like they were fried in 100 years old oil. Wish I haven’t got there in the first place. 113.00 dollars in the garbage.

Everytime I come here my order is wrong. I clearly say mac n cheese but will get Coleslaw. Shouldnt employ people to take orders who cannot speak english.

Salty ,salty,salty. Gravy for mashed potatoes very salty. Crust on chicken very salty. I believe KFC has smallest chicken compared to other chicken chains. Just not worth it. Service was quick.

I ordered a Tender Big Box meal. They told me I couldn’t get fries because “they stopped making them early”… yet the mobile app still let me choose them. I waited over 32 minutes for the food, and when I finally got it? No sauces. No apology. No urgency. And let’s be clear: this wasn’t a one-time fluke. This is how this location runs. I’ve seen it before, and I’ve given them chances to do better. They don’t. I even reached out to corporate — nothing. Total silence, unless you go digging through backdoor email addresses like I had to. I’m a Google Local Guide. I give honest reviews. I try to support places, even when they slip. But this? This is beyond slipping — this is falling flat and refusing to get back up. Don’t waste your time or your money here. This location needs serious management change or it’s gonna keep circling the same drain.

One of the worst KFC I’ve ever been too. Rarely do I have chicken from here that is actually good. My 69 year old father goes here for nostalgia and honestly the people who work here are incredibly rude. They always give him chicken that is greasy af, has the skin falling off or super soggy. Had to post this because I’m tired of the staff doing a terrible job.this place use to be great a decade ago Update: Still trash just close already…

While I typically enjoy KFC, my experience at this particular location was disappointing. The staff exhibited consistently poor attitudes, which appeared to stem from management. The quality of the chicken seemed subpar, suggesting a lapse in adherence to quality standards. Additionally, the drive-thru service lacked hospitality and interpersonal skills. I am writing this reviewed after four negative interactions with this location staff. I hope the owner reads this message to get his/her store in order. It is very sad when you go to a place and the environment is not welcoming, or show any skills of good customer service.

Order 8pcs meal..got 2 breast..the rest of it are tiny wings and a tiny pieces of drumstick that looks like pigeon legs rather than from a chicken. Plus their skins are almost half off like someone already picked tru them. This place is ratchet..plus the girl taking orders from drive thru sounds agitated and rushing you to place ur order..also made us wait for 10 mins to bring out our food..this is on 08/05/23 @ 10pm..BAD Experience.

I ordered KFC through doordash and got the large chicken popcorn. It was literally inedible. It’s so hard to tell from the photos but they were rock hard. I don’t even think there was any chicken in really any of them, it was like just fried nothing. They were like nasty rock hard croutons. I broke apart the biggest one and you can see how disgusting it looks. I wondered how they could serve this to someone, but I realized it’s because it was Doordash and they think they wouldn’t have to deal with my reaction. I didn’t even know what to do it was so disgusting. Keep driving to the next KFC or go somewhere else. These people don’t value your money or care if you can even eat their food.
