I enjoyed the El Pollo Chicken Burrito rollers for the 1st time w/dipping sauce. The cook and cashier both very friendly and provided good customer 😉 I have always loved the slow cooked seasoned Chicken here Tostada bowl is my all-time favorite 😋 many thanks!

When me and my family went to this store for their delicious 8 piece festive family meal everything was perfectly cooked and the proportions were on point with the price! For the sides we got the Mac n cheese, the pinto beans, and the seasoned rice which were all amazing and fresh! not to mention their customer service as we went to the drive through and the customer service was still amazing as they would help recommend sides for us and which ones they liked and then even asking for salsas before we payed and then had everything ready but 5 minutes or less with freshly cooked and cut chicken and freshly packed sides with my favorite their avocado salsa! Overall 10/10 amazing store amazing customer service, and will be definitely coming back to try the rest of their menu!

It’s been some time since I’ve gotten pollo loco but I’m sure glad I did. I got the chicken burrito and it was very nice sized and full of flavor, very well priced so I will be returning without a doubt

I ordered through door dash, but some options weren’t available to add to my order. I just got off the phone and spoke with an employee by the name Isaac at the Elk Grove florin location. Without hesitation, he added the option I wasn’t able to add and left me feeling like my order was handled. Needless to say, he deserves 100 stars on this review for outstanding customer service, that is rare to come across now a days. I appreciate and acknowledge you sir. I hope this gets to your manager and you receive some kind of recognition for your service. Thank you again!

Overall for my first time at el pollo loco after leaving the gym was very welcoming and I was greeted as soon as i walked in! and then was served by a cashier who seemed to enjoy working there and by the looks of it was not dirty at all and the lobby and kitchen area was very clean. After I ordered the double chicken avocado salad I watched them prepare my order with a clean station and clean hands and then after bagging up my food after waiting for 4 minutes or less was kindly asked if I wanted any salsa/dressing! Very happy with my first time and will be coming back to this store!

I came in on one of these recent well over 105* days. I was exhausted and grumpy from the heat. All I needed to do was bring home the family some delicious El Pollo. The staff put up with me, gave me a cup of ice water and let me sit on the bench to figure their app on my phone. I thanked them for that. I cooled down, bought the big daddy family pack with all my favorite side dishes and was the hero who surprised everyone with the food. Thanks El Pollo and especially my local branch here in Elk Grove.

First time trying the double chicken tostada and was very surprised by how good it was especially with the creamy cilantro dressing! I saw the chicken cook give out fresh breast meat that they made my tostada with and just all of it came together very nicely as well when I walked in was greeted by most if not all of the workers there which made me feel very welcome as well as the great customer service when they were taking my order and they even recommended me the 2 churros for 1.99 which I got and was very pleased with as they are freshly fried and very crunchy warm and such a delicious treat. Very clean aswell as great customer service as there are worker actively wiping the tables and sweeping to make sure the dining area is very clean and welcoming to customers! overall amazing store! and will be coming back even for the churros alone!

I live and go to school right nearby this location, and recently tried it for the first time. I’m very pleased with the level of service and helpfulness I received from the enthusiastic staff working there and the leg and thigh chicken I ordered was delicious. I will be returning very soon! Very good place to get a healthy meal after the gym or school!

You know it looks like they have a whole new crew it is so much better. I saw a manager in there I have never seen and she had everything under control. And I also loved that there was no flies flying around in the dining area. My husband called about this last year cause it was disgusting. I am really happy things are changed and with the customer service as well. Me and my husband love this chicken and the salads.

The pollo bowls, guac and chips are the BEST to get for lunch here. Churros are good for a little treat too. Mateo took my order at the drive-in the service was quick. Definitely coming back here next week for my lunch break.

The food is fantastic but the lobby/dine in music is super loud, I couldn't hear my wife sitting across the table. Also the constant chopping of the chicken on a metal table made a huge racket all the way to the dining area. It seemed like the kitchen was fighting live chicken 🐔 to slaughter.

I have visited this El Pollo Loco location numerous times and finally can share a thorough review. Food—consistently fresh, tastes great, healthier grilled version instead of fried. Service—professional, polite, friendly, reasonably fast.

Food was super good for fast food and although it was my first time, the cashier named Mateo kindly helped me through what was good and his recommendations. Overall he was very nice through the process and I wish to thank him through this review.

Brother, the food is genuinely so amazing, it's actually crazy. The service was pretty quick only a couple minutes after ordering we were served. Also it wasn't very busy and the whole place was very clean and modern.

Came in Saturday night wasn’t sure what to get the employee was extremely helpful and the food was delicious. I will definitely be back.

I had to go to THIS El Pollo Loco TO GET NOT ONLY GOOD SERVICE BUT DAMN GOOD FOOD! The chicken was nice and hot and fresh and tender!!!! They need to send these workers from Folsom Blvd to the one on Stockton Blvd (South Sacramento) to show them how it’s done right! They even gave me coupons for my next visit! This is my new place to eat! Yummy! Fresh and hot!

I went for my nephew and his wifes wedding reception. It's a beautiful place (the event area). It's a crazy drive from Elk Grove, but a beautiful neighborhood to drive through. I didn't get to go the gift shop and cafe on the other side, but mabey next time

Food tasted great and good service. We went to drive thru and got the 14 piece mixed meal but was only given 23 pieces. Make sure you count your chicken pieces before driving off.

Service is great and food gets done quickly. Great salsa bar. Of course, the chicken is on point. However the chips don't ever seem to be fresh. Other then that I love the crazy chicken!

I've always liked El Pollo Loco - the chicken is great as well as the salsas that are available. My one critique is that the Mango Avocado salad was pretty skimpy on the avocado and the mango was near nonexistent!

When my husband and I arrived we were the only customers in the store. Another couple arrived after us. Shortly afterwards the other couple received their order and we had not yet received ours. When I inquired about our order noone knew anything about it. I had my receipt which was a good thing. Crazy... How do you lose or forget an order? We did eventually get our meals which were tasty, but the chicken was over cooked and very dry.

The food is really good here but the service was not so great. I forgot to order a soup and was told I had to go around again through the drive thru to order it. There was nobody behind me and it's the first time a drive thru told me I could not add something to my order. But hey, the food is great 👍

Not the same quality as other locations. Stuffed quesadilla barely had meat. Cheese wasn't melted. Drive thru took a long time but it was just me. Not worth it.

Food was alright for their price. It's mostly charbroiled chicken, with a salad bar of pressure prepped salsa Verde, chopped onions, guacamole and lemon slices. Could have been a better top offfed. It was only 1pm when we ate there.

Food was good but atmosphere was dirty. Floor was sticky throughout indoor dinning area. Dining area was empty (around 2pm) as we looked for a place to sit. Many tables still covered in food. Tea dispenser was leaking into counter next to soda machine. Also clerk at counter stuck is thumb inside one of our cups as he handed them too us. I didn't have the heart to ask for another cup as I was worried it might insult him so I just rinsed in several times with water at the soda machine. But had I seen the condition of the dining room before ordering I would have or just not ordered at all as it appears cleanliness is not on the minds of the employees.

Ok, the food is great. The chicken is too hot to eat off the grill, that's not a complaint, it's great to get it that way. But in this restaurant it's a necessity because the dining room is so cold my unborn children have goosebumps. Take a jacket or eat outside, it's warmer there in January.

The front person was nice and patient but the food was very mediocre and lacking flavor. I’ve eaten many times at another one on Auburn Blvd. in Sacramento over the past 19 years and always had a delicious experience, but was very disappointed here.

Food was delicious and flavorful. The lack of stars is due to having to wait 35 minutes for a 16 piece chicken order. There was a long line of people waiting ahead of us and behind us. With the dinner rush, one would think that they would have more chicken ready to go for their customers.

The chicken was dry and not well seasoned. I don't know if the cook just a bad day or what. The cashier messed up my order. So when I got home and called them to verify what I was being charged for. The manager was very professional and wanted to rectify the problem. But I was across town and didn't feel like driving back to the store. But I thanked him for his understanding. Yes it's been a while since I've been to El Pollo Loco on Elk Grove Florin Road. I remember back when it first opened up this place was busy and the food was really good. You couldn't fine a parking space or fine a seat inside The food was very tasty and well seasoned. I know this is a tough review but I want you guys to get back on track. Because I love chicken.

This location is just not good every time I come which is at least 2 times a month. The order is almost always incorrect/missing items and the customer service is really poor at the pickup counter. Curbside service also takes a long time and when I've gone inside to receive the order I'm usually ignored at the counter or given attitude.

We have noticed a decline in this location since it has opened. Catering orders haven't been the greatest experience... something always seems to go wrong amd the staff really could care less. Restaurant and salsa bar not the cleanest. We are likely second guessing future visits.

Ordered our tostado salads. Asked for no beans, double rice. Get home, there are beans. Checked the receipt...it had the instructions for no beans. We had to go around front to wait. Ok...I can see that on a special order. But, no, it wasn't done right. It is a ridiculous! There is a reason people ask for things to be omitted.

Went there for dinner tonight, the chicken was hard, the rice was burnt, gave us too many uncooked tortitas and kept finding random vegetables in my mashed potatoes. Learn how to properly heat your tortitas. and worst of all, they didn't have Mac and cheese... Not very happy

I love El Pollo Loco♥️♥️but on Saturday, January 5, 2019 it was not the best.. I arrived around 11:30am and sadly the restaurant was a mess. The floor was dirty and you could tell it was not swept or moped the day before the counters and tables were dirty and had food on them.. and the salsa bar was also a mess food all over and the 35min I was there not one cleaned it. It was very disappointing. I Ordered the tacos al carbon they were great but the nachos and specially the ones featured with white cheese where ver mediocre if it had 6 little pieces of chicken was a lot. I think my tacos had more chicken and were more fulfilling than the nachos.

Had to wait forever for my food. They usually are never quick and I dont mind a small wait because the food is usually prepared when you order it and is fresh! However, they shouldn't give u a buzzer that goes off and when you go to pick your food up its not ready. (I wasn't the only one they did this too and the others didn't look happy!) Why have a buzzer??? Not to mention they were out of a few things, vitamin water, salsa bar was sparse (and messy) and when another customer asked for something (at the salsa bar) I heard the gal say or no, we don't have anymore. My son really likes this place and I do too but I don't know how many chances I'm willing to give them if they don't step it up. (So, far we eat here at least once a week). There have also been issues at the drive thru along with the long wait time, I've gotten home on 2 separate times with the wrong food or no salsa!! I hope they get it together soon!!

Not very verbal stood in the lobby for about 10 minutes Before being acknowledged only one other person was already help waiting on their food Notice things falling on the floor the workers picked them up, put them back where they were. Cashiering not washing their hands before or after my food came out. It was a hot mess. We'll never go back there, ever.

Dining area Dirty, forgot our food order, prepared other people food who arrived well after we did for lunch. Staff attire was sloppy & unprofessional. Very, very, very short staffed. Several of us had to wait an extended amount of time for chicken they grill on a regular basis. For the record...I had a salad which still took as long. Horrible service

This restaurant has good food. Unfortunately their customer service was not good at all. We had our meal delivered through Door Dash and they messed up our order a lot. Many missing items in the SEALED bag when we got our order. They also didn’t let the customer or our Door Dasher know they didn’t have a working soda machine and we ordered 5 drinks and they gave us 2 waters as replacement. Called them to let know missing items were a problem and they said they wouldn’t refund or anything that it wasn’t their problem. So sad as their food is really good.

I have always loved El pollo Loco but honestly the quality at this location is always subpar. I've tried it many times over the last 2 years and the food is generally meh at best. Sometimes the meat is overcooked, the cilantro dressing was super watered down, there's just something always amiss at this location. The lobby being open is also hit and miss. I walked to this location for lunch on 2 occasions to find the lobby locked and no way for me to order food. I wish they'd do some QC at here and get it up to the standards El pollo Loco usually has.

This place has, sadly, really gone downhill. Quality and service have both diminished noticeably. Today I got two "crispy" tacos. El Pollo Loco does a lot of things well. Crispy tacos are not one of them. For one thing, it took almost 10 minutes to get my order. I noticed that while I was waiting, an employee hit the "completed" button that cleared my order from the screen, so that the time to complete my order wouldn't look bad to management, but I then waited several more minutes to actually get my food. When I finally got it, I went straight out to my car and unwrapped it... and the shell was already soggy and the bottom of both tacos had disintegrated. Not to mention that there was almost nothing inside it except lettuce. A tiny bit of chicken, a tiny bit of cheese, and a bunch of lettuce. Very disappointing.

They can never get my order right. Ordered a side of rice, got to my destination, had cold Mac and cheese. No utensils, lemonade tasted like water, a side of pinto beans was completely dry. No sauce. I spent $21.14. Tacos were dry and flour tortillas fell apart. Tried calling the number on the receipt.. number was not in service. Terrible experience.

Normally I have a good experience here, but today they were out of the mango salsa for the fit bowl I wanted. No big deal, so I ordered a different fit bowl, then ordered a bowl for my boyfriend. I asked if it was possible to add spinach to it, and was told that they were out of spinach... Which is a key ingredient of the bowl I ordered, but the order taker didn't mention. We got our order without forks or napkins (in the drive thru!), which would have been pretty problematic if we hadn't been heading home. My bowl was pretty substandard - there was, of course, no spinach on my bowl either; just a bunch of iceberg lettuce, and some of that was pretty soft. Neither of our bowls seemed to have been made with care, and we both felt that they tasted substandard. I'm not sure why our visit last night seemed so off from what I usually expect, but I hope that things will be better the next time I go, because the bowls really are good when made properly!

So I just went there & I am very disappointed with this location. I love El Pollo Loco normally, but this time not so much. The avocados in my wrap were brown. The red salsa taste bad & the lettuce that comes with the wrap was wilted, slimy, & brown.. Gross! 🤢 I ate most of it, but it wasn't very good.. 😕

Food is good. This time we went it took 45 minutes to get our food. The staff didn't look like they were in any hurry. Not pleased at all about that. I hope that was a one time thing and the staff learns that they work at a FAST food restaurant.

I'm posting one star for this locations inability to honor their own store hours. October 26, 2017. I arrived in the drive thru at 10:25pm per my iPhone time. Store hours are 10:30pm I waited a couple of minutes to no response, or reply to my verbal calls. I honked my horn. I proceeded to the drive-in window and knocked to no reply. I could see people in the lobby and came around to park. I attempted to enter the building at 10:28pm but the front door was locked. A male employee came and opened the door. The employee was about to tell me that they were closed, but then checked the time. He looked to his friends in the lobby, and they all collectively laughed. One of them said that only the drive thru was open at this time. I informed them that I had been in the drive thru since 10:25pm, and my varied attempts to contact them. They all laughed and said sorry. Then said they were closed now and shut the door. This was at 10:29pm. I'm a critical care nurse at the local Kaiser hospital. I have used this location many times as a source for my contributions to our potlucks. This was my goto place for these events. Well no longer, thanks for sharing the last laugh with me.

Just Went to el pollo loco on calvine and elk grove florin 🤨. Ordered the new shredded beef taco combo and was not worth the trip at all. I got two table spoons of what was supposed to be the sauce/ gravy in the cup and what little meet was in the tacos was burnt and dry and the they were cold.👎I am extremely disappointed in this location

Sat in the drive thru for longer than 10 minutes. Ordered a 12 pcs family meal with mashed potatoes, corn, and mac Nd cheese. Followed by the double chicken tostada. In the picture of the tostada on the menu board, there was suppose to be slices of avocado and pico de Gallo. After being told that my total would be given at the window and rushed off the speaker box, I waited at least 15 minutes before my food was ready. 15 minutes later, this heavyset Caucasian lady gave me my food, told me everything was in there. I asked for plates, hot sauce, peppers, and cilantro. She tells me they were sold out, insisting that I leave the drive thru. So I pull up and walked inside. The place was overly messy, for there to be 6 associates working the kitchen. Any who, I asked a different cashier for the same condiments. He asked his team to help him, but instead they were looking all mad as if they hated their jobs. So he washed his hands, and threw on some gloves, just to do the one thing they apparently couldn’t. So I’m home, I checked the tostada, there was no avocado or pico de gallo. There was mashed potatoes, and no gravy. Like wasn’t that lady who rushed me out of the drive thru suppose to check every customers order to make sure it was correct?🙄🙄🙄 Overall, for my first experience at this El Pollo Loco on Elk Grove-Florin Rd, I could say was absolutely terrible. The only thing good out of it was the grilled chicken itself. Other than that, that place sucks, and of course I am not going back👎🏾

Very bad the rice and the cole slaw. It seems that the food already has time saved. that makes it very disgusting to eat it. the tortillas are always cold, they never serve hot food. all the time the cold food. I do not recommend this place

Should have gone to McDonald's. The chicken was dry. Under marinated. Corn tortillas cold with in a few minutes. Will not go back. $28 for two. . salsa was great. Beans are canned .. Del taco also may be a better choice. I will grill my owen...

I ordered 2 overstuffed chickenquesadilla at this El Pollo Loco and there was nothing over stuffed about it. The quesadilla was really flat with barely anything inside and was served cold. There must have been maybe about 5 very small pieces of chicken in it with other fixings. When I ordered mash and gravy they said they dont have it. And they left their working food glove inside the bag of my quesadilla. Very dissapointing.

They "ran out" of rice, and they "ran out" of corn. And only told customers after a few of us had already ordered and paid. I ended up having to substitute the sides with something I didn't particularly want. If they'd told me they had no rice or corn while I was ordering, I would have left. I would have cancelled my order and asked for my money back if the line in front of the one cash register that was open wasn't so long. Forget "Pollo", this place is just "Loco"

They got my order wrong two days in a row! I payed for avocado n sour cream but didn't get it! And the girl that took my order didn't even know what was in the blow I ordered! She told me it had beans n it didn't! Smh!

Been here couple times and every time they have forgotten to put something in my food in bag. Very irritating to get home to find out you have to turn around and go back. And when I tried calling them the phone just rang and asked for an access pass code. Great food but maybe the staff should be trained better.

This particular location needs assistance with customer service. The individuals taking the orders aren’t the friendliest and there’s forever issues with getting the order correct. I’ve gone here twice and have had to exchange my food because the chicken was burnt.

I went through the drive-thru and the employee refused to scan my app for points and denied me my receipt. When I spoke with the GM Sonia, she promised to rectify the situation and never did anything. Horrible customer service!! I will never eat here again.

This company is the worst. My husband eats here 1-2x per week. If I EVER ask him to get me a bowl or cheese quesadilla, literally every. single. time. they mess it up. Once it had cooked guacamole (gross). Another had meat in it. Another time it had raw onions. It's become a running joke in my family to see how they messed up my order this time. I have written into the company not once, not twice, but four times just asking them if they could get their drive thru ordering up to par and I've yet to hear back from this company, so kinda' obvious they do not care about their customers.

I had a TERRIBLE experience on June 25th around 5:30ish. I ordered two bowls with extra chicken and a cup of mac n cheese. I checked the bag when I received it and the bowls had no extra chicken it literally just had five little pieces of chicken. I would mine but I was charged for extra chicken so it would have been nice to get what I paid for. When I told them about it they seemed irritated so they gave me chicken in a little container on the side. After that I just went home and we’re eating and then I notice the mac n cheese was little ALL cheese NO macaroni. I don’t know if it was a joke but it was frustrating not getting what I paid for. NEVER again will I go to that location. The service and food quality is 2/10 and I’m being generous. I wish I can show you a picture of my Mac n Cheese🤬. I would have went to go back and show them the food but I was already so furious I didn’t want to deal with them anymore. If you do want pollo loco go to the one on Stockton!!! Not here!

The worst service ever. I ordered a double chicken salad with no corn or sour cream with avocados on the side. I get home salad covered with corn and sour cream and no avocados at all. Looked at my receipt it stated exactly what I ordered. In addition the counter was nasty with spills from condiments. Went back with the salad and the manager had one of the crew person to speak with me instead of coming over to handle the problem. She was really unprofessional and not helpful.

Terrible, rude service both times we tried this location. Both take out orders of a tostada salad were stuffed into an inappropriate container and were totally smashed. The service employees were unconcerned and unapologetic about their performance. Will drive to the Folsom Blvd location for their great service and friendliness.

This is the worst location in Sacramento. They are always out of Chicken, mac&cheese. I go there a few times a week to be disappointed each time. I have know choice to go here because it's nearby my house. If I want quality service and food I have to travel to South Sac. I just left there and the soup was broth. Ugh! At this point the district office should step in and do some quality control. I'm not sure how this location is still operating.

My wife sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting for our food. Once she got home no receipt was given and of course the most expensive item we ordered was missing from our order. No napkins or utinsels were provided either. Won't be going back for a while.

I placed an order online this is my third order in a row that I get everything wrong. I decided to pick up today myself. My order was already wrong I was able to get my things right. When I got home the side orders were half way down. Tortillas cold and all broken in pieces, chicken dry and burn. I try to call the restaurant but nobody ever pick up the phone. How disappointing 😞 worse chicken ever, dirty place and bad customer service.

At 12:03 (noon) lunch time, not enough chicken was cooked to fill two three piece orders and only about 6 or 7 people in the dining area. The person behind us in line also left. It would have about 30 minutes before more chicken was finished cooking. Prior visit they substituted a thigh for a breast on both my three piece orders and didn't tell us.

It is 7:30 pm hours say they close at 10 pm we go to the drive through and the guys says we are not taking orders anymore we are closing we are only taking online orders. So my husband asked are you guys close? No you can order chicken 🤔. So you didn’t want to cook anymore or is there something wrong why can’t we order he says because we are about to close at 7:30 pm. Horrible customer service.

Very bad service to begin with. I was told order when ready and when I started to order, they said they weren't ready. I got one of the new fit bowls and it was sloppily put together. It was the wrong type of salad as advertised, missing ingredients like the cheese and pico, and had old dry chicken. I wish I could get my money back for this terrible meal. Do not go to this location.

Don't you hate when you are craving something and when you get it you are disappointed? Well that was my visit. I don't live near an El pollo loco but I was in the neighborhood so I got my nachos. I was waiting for those delicious chips drenched in cheese and beans. I needed a magnify glass to see the cheese and I don't remember saying no beans. The only good thing is that they now shred the chicken instead of chunks. I felt like I ordered nachos extra chicken ( which was good) no beans and very little cheese. So disappointing. and as I stated before I don't live near by so when I got to my destination of course I was upset. I will not be returning 🙁

Ordered through the drive-thru and they told me to wait for my food on the curbside. Waited for almost 20mins. I had a few orders two burritos, chips and salsa/guacamole, and two tacos. I had to pick up my order inside myself because it took too long. When I got home opened up the birria burrito it had literally a piece of meat in there. The rest was just beans, rice, and little bit of cheese. Do not recommend this El Pollo Loco to others!!!! So disappointed.

The only affordable item was 2 crispy tacos chips and beans with small soda $8.95 got a side of beans $4.95 spent $15 dollars on garbage. The taco was dried out double shell stale wilted lettuce it was garbage. The place was empty should have turned around. People do not visit elk grove el pollo loco unless you want a garbage special. Can't wait for your out of business sign to go up good riddance.

I observed an employee go into the bathroom wearing gloves and emerge from the bathroom 2 or 3 minutes later wearing the same nasty oily gloves and go straight back to work. What is going on at this location!?!? I cant bring myself to eat here ever again!!!!

I ordered the original Pollo bowl with shrimp instead of chicken. Unfortunately, it was incredibly salty, almost like eating a salt lick, and I couldn't finish it. I ended up having to throw it away. On a positive note, the service was friendly. The restaurant's atmosphere was somewhat tucked away from the street, surrounded by trees in the front, making it feel quite dark.

Good customer service, and the employees are respectful, but lazy , also they don’t listen to the customers while customers placing their orders which is really makes hard for customers to receive the right order without any mistakes. They are located in Elk Grove Florin Rd, Elk Grove, CA. This location of El Pollo Loco is decent in size, also the cleanliness is fine, but they need to take it seriously because it is a Restaurant. The bathrooms are not super clean, and they need a little bit of more attention, especially the soap, and toilet paper. DO NOT call them because they will never pick up your call, and actually you can’t leave a voicemail because the system will not let you , so don’t waste your time. They prices are high equivalent to other restaurants , but for so small portions of food plus the quality is poor not good by quality I mean the ingredients are not fresh enough for consuming.The food here doesn’t taste like other locations of El Pollo Loco maybe it is because of the ingredients or maybe because they use to much of canned food, especially beans which is why they don’t have that much of customers, so not crowded at all. They do have a drive thru, but don’t use it for placing your orders because most likely you will receive a wrong order, so place your order in person instead. They do offer different kinds of services like delivery, drive thru, dine in , and takeout, so it depends on the customer which option she/he wants. Yes ! They are wheelchair accessible, but the seats inside the restaurant are not comfortable at all, so hard for disabled individuals to enjoy their meals. The parking lot is huge , and you can’t leave find parking spaces easily including the handicapped spots. My experience was not as expected because I was handed wrong order not only that they were not acknowledging that that is their fault not me, so I should not be blamed for it, also no apologies were offered that is why I’m not recommending this location of El Pollo Loco to anyone because I don’t want anyone go through what I went through, so saving you guys money plus time, and most importantly the gas , and miles on your vehicles. I’m not coming back either.👎👎😡😡

Dry and uncooked tortillas! They sont carry lime, lemon or hot sauce. So whats the point?! Will not be returning!

Last time I'll eat at this location. I love their wraps along with a side guacamole and chips. I've been to this location about 5 times and all but one has been horrible with the guacamole. The guacamole they give me is about 3 large chunks of avocado shoved into a bowl. Do these idiots realize that avocado is NOT guacamole? That avocado is only one of the ingredients? Absolutely horrible service to actually give this out, especially with what they are charging for GUACAMOLE. Well I went back again, and go figure... They did the same thing to me again!!!!! Got the guac and chips and the guac is nothing but a huge piece of avocado. This place is horrible, waste of money. 6/10/2022

Show up today at 7:00 pm o'clock they didn't have cheese,lettuce, pico de gallo raspberry iced tea and no even dr pepper order a classic salad and this was what I got. Worst pollo loco ever!
