Stopped by last night in search of a good fast food restaurant and I am glad the reviews brought me here. Burger was so delicious and fries were so addicting. Friendly staff and they patiently waited for me to decide what to pick off the menu. Would definitely stop by again.

Mila was awesome! Super sweet and friendly and helpful. Smash fries would be better if hot and crispier. Everything else was great.

Customer service 5⭐️ Mila is very sweet and helpful. Food could have been better. Crispy chicken sandwich has no sauce on it and its 2 piece tenders 😒 jalapeño fries was ok the jalapeños were dried out and had tasted bad.

Ordered the Brisket Double, Smashtots, and Sweet Potato fries. Food was good overall. 4 stars because it’s on the pricey side of fast food, $15-20 per person for burger, fries, and drink.

Very good juicy burgers. Staff super friendly. Can have lines but worth it. Once ordered, food comes quick. Smash fries are the bomb with garlic and rosemary. Sign up for free membership, it's worth earning the free burgers.

We waited over 30 minutes just for 2 burgers. The people ahead of us also waited at least 30 minutes for their food. The burgers themselves were pretty good albeit expensive but I can't imagine I'll be coming back to this location for a very long time. There was also no apology or explanation of why the wait was so long. All around an unpleasant experience.

I'll never return to this place again. Took 40 min to get my order. The kids working have no desire to quickly cook to get the burgers out. And obviously don't pay attention on how to cook the patties... when I got my burger, double, the meats were way over cooked. It was almost burnt, so it was crunchy. Meat should not be crunchy. It was the worst burger experience ever!! Was it a fluke my one time there? Don't understand how this place as good reviews. For a place to be called Smash Burger, I expected a great burger like shake shack. But was highly disappointed.

I had the worst fast food experience ever! I placed an online order at 7:46pm and received a confirmation that it would be ready at 8:06pm. However, when I went to collect my order at 8:07pm, it wasn't ready. I had to go back to the counter to pick it up at 8:09pm, only to find out they had forgotten my milkshake. The staff member, Tiffany, told me it would take another 5 minutes. After finishing my burger, I followed up on my milkshake at 8:25pm, but the two ladies discussing it didn't hand it over to me. I noticed they were handing out seven other milkshake orders before mine, so I went to the counter again. This time, they said it still wasn't ready, even though they had just handed a vanilla milkshake to another DoorDash order. Frustrated after waiting 30 minutes for my milkshake, I asked for a refund, but they refused since it was a mobile order. When I asked if I could get a gift card of the same amount instead, they declined that too. I'm extremely disappointed and my daughter is heartbroken because the establishment failed to deliver her milkshake due to their incompetence. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Feels like a food truck leveled up! The fries were DRIPPING OIL!!! At least they tasted good. But the amount of oil was too much. The burger wasn't good at all, the chili bowl... Firstly, a bunch of ground beef and 1/2 a cup of generic "chili" seasoning for every cup of cooked meat is NOT chili and really? $6 bucks for HALF of a tiny cup of "chili"??? They serve about 3 OUNCES of "chili" for $6 bucks! And then there was the shake... i've never had a completely melted milk shake handed to me from a server... I got my order to go and when I got home (2 minutes away) I tried the shake and it was completely liquidfied... nothing solid to it. $31 dollars for this "meal". What a joke! I hope this review changes the minds of people wanting to give "smash burger" a try... don't waste your time. What a joke!

I came in for pickup and the cashier decided to serve the person who came after me. She blew this off as a nothingburger and tried to gaslight me about it and so did the manager. I'd have been written up for this kind of service when I worked in fast food.

Took over 35 mins to get our food. We ordered two burgers and one side of fries. I won't be back. Spoke to the worker she said they were in a rush, it’s a Sunday night and literally only 2 tables of customers! I go a fine dine in restaurant I wouldn’t wait half hour for my food. Not sure what the issue was but over 30 mins for burgers is just Ridiculous！

DISRESPECTFUL! I’ve gone a handful of times and every time they act busy but aren’t actually doing anything, the wait is ridiculous and they always mess up the order. The last straw for me is my sister went to get her daughter (who cannot eat gluten for serious medical reasons) food, because they claim to offer gluten free. The woman at the counter was very disrespectful. She informed my sister that the products advertised as gluten free are used on contaminated grills, oil etc. the server went as far as to tell my sister, who’s baby would have a serious reaction to any gluten, that the contamination “didn’t matter”. The location is ran and operated my immature children without any adult supervision. There’s even a kid with long hair, who flips his hair around while handling the food without it tied up or a hair net. The restaurant is disgusting and horribly managed, no quality of food would make it acceptable. The restaurant has been reported to the proper agencies for aforementioned violations.
