Anda Elmhurst Reviews
Great food and bubble tea! I got the two sushi roll combo with bubble tea for $13.90 and it was delicious and cheap for great quality. Definitely recommend.
Great spot for bubble tea and ramen. The tea was fresh, perfectly sweet, and the boba had a nice chewy texture. The ramen was flavorful, comforting, and served hot. Friendly staff and a relaxed vibe make it a place I’d happily return to.
Tried Anda Café after seeing good reviews and it didn’t disappoint! We’ve passed by many times but stopped in for my kid’s small birthday hangout — perfect spot for that. They’ve got ramen, sushi, snacks (fried Oreos and takoyaki!), plus milk teas and boba. Prices are super reasonable. The food’s average but good for the price. Loved their Tuesday Ramen Lovers deal — 50% off all ramen! Tried the tonkatsu and beef — same broth, different toppings, but still tasty. Two full bowls for around $15 is hard to beat. On regular days, ramen comes with a free medium boba, and the large drinks are huge! Taste is similar to other boba places, but great value overall. Affordable, fun, and perfect for casual hangouts or student budgets. Just manage expectations and enjoy the deals!
Really chill and fun spot. It smelled delicious in the store, I could smell the fresh brewed tea and boba before I even opened the door. (I have no idea why people are saying there was a “ bad odor.” It’s disingenuous and untrue.) I got the large taro smoothie with jelly lychee, and it was sooooo good! Creamy, smooth, and sweet. The lychee jelly was fresh and cold too. And the lady making my drink was helpful and kind. She made my drink in about 4-5 minutes total. That’s not bad at all. You won’t regret eating here!
When you first step inside, you may wonder what kind of experience awaits you in such a modest little spot. But the moment you’re greeted by the staff, savor the flavors, sip on the bubble tea, and allow yourself to relax, it becomes clear—this place radiates a charm and atmosphere all its own. The authentic Burmese street food here is a true delight. The Tea Leaf Salad was incredibly refreshing, bursting with flavor, and left me feeling energized and uplifted. Paired with a Strawberry Lemonade Jasmine Tea—an absolute standout—I couldn’t have asked for a better combination. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the people. One of the co-owners, Aye, went out of her way to generously share some of their in-house chili crisps when I asked about them—a gesture that perfectly captured the warmth and kindness that defines this eatery. The entire team exudes hospitality, creating an inviting, uplifting vibe that makes you want to linger just a little longer. In short, this is more than just a place to eat—it’s an experience worth savoring. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick bubble tea, grabbing a light snack, or indulging in a full meal, one thing is certain: you won’t leave disappointed.
Love this place so much, huge variety of drinks and food, worker are super nice and the waiting is not that long! The Sushi is amazing and the decor/interior is so cute! A great place to hang out and eat with friends or family!
my and my husband went into this cafe looking for something to full our tummys 😋 and we found a PERFECT spot for our favorite drinks: taro and passion fruit bubble tea 🧋each drink was PACKED with so much flavor and the balls were so soft and yammy to eat ✨ ADDITIONALLY the pork gyoza 🥟 was a very DELICIOUS bite, and we will DEFINITELY be coming back
the bucket cups are so unique and totally worth the money. the bucket cups are huge and it took me about 3 hours to finish it 🤣. you can also choose a free topping (tapioca, pudding, mango star jelly, aloe, herbal jelly, and a few more!!) — when you get the large bucket cup, they put a huge amount of toppings inside and fill the cup to the brim. i would definitely come back to try their other drinks, and maybe even their sushi and other snacks too! i got the lychee refresher with green tea, 50% sugar, less ice, and mango star jelly and it was perfectly sweet without being watery. there is also seating available. it’s definitely worth a visit! :)
I recently visited Anda Boba Tea in Elmhurst, and I must say, I’m thoroughly impressed! I’ve been on the hunt for a consistent boba spot that serves amazing Thai tea, and I think I’ve finally found it. The Thai tea I ordered was absolutely delicious and perfectly balanced in sweetness and flavor, with a creamy texture that paired wonderfully with the chewy, fresh tapioca pearls. The quality was evident in every sip. I opted for the large size, and it was worth every penny. The portion was generous, and at such a reasonable price, it felt like a steal for the quality and quantity you get. Overall, Anda Boba Tea exceeded my expectations, and I’m excited to return soon. If you’re a boba lover, especially a fan of Thai tea, this spot is a must-try in Elmhurst!
I’ve been going here non stop for the past 3 weeks. This place has the best smoothies and boba compared to the other competitors around. I get the rose coconut smoothie and sometimes the brown sugar milk tea. Some places make their drinks way too sweet or have no flavor, I’ve never been disappointed with the flavor and sweetness of the drinks at this place! 10/10 highly recommend.
It’s been 9 years since I been going to this place, they renovated the place and it’s so clean and cute! They have good boba drinks with big big size as well!! they also have food and also bathroom to use thankfully cause some boba place don’t can it can be annoying. But I would def recommend you to try this place, you can also self order checkout!!!
Their food and small snacks is always fresh and tastes amazing. Service is fast considering the amount of people in the store during busy times. The owners Li and Michael are always very nice and welcoming!! My favorite drink is their Lychee refresher which is very good as a pick me up during hot weathers; I tried the avocado smoothie for the first time today and it was way better than my expectations. I also really like that there is sushi and boba and other foods like ramen which makes the store very convenient. Overall a very nice and friendly experience!
Anda Cafe is one of our favorite spots when we were dating in the beginning and finally got a chance to revisit. We had their Brown Sugar Boba Milk and Watermelon Yakult. It was overall great with reasonable price and portion. Zensen Beef Raman was not authentic Japanese ramen but I personally loved it so much since it’s flavorful with chewy noodles and various ingredients. My roommate loves sushi roll and sashimi with reasonable price. His favorite was imitation crab meat and shrimp tempura.
Went for Ramen and with Sushi as appetizer for lunch. Very clean and crispy air flow so we decided to dine-in. We just wanted to try the quality of their sushi and were quite satisfied. Where else can you get 4 pieces of fresh Sushi for $5? I’d like that the ordering process is self serve and efficient. Also like the music while waiting for the food. Went back the same evening and ordered a party platter. Bravo!!! Good quality and excellent value. $45 for 10/11 rolls. Rather than giving you big chunks of fish sloppily wrapped in rice, the Chef did a good job in designing the platter. Each pieces were evenly cut and well put together. We ordered popcorn chicken also which was okay. I suggest they check their website as it is hard to find the correct location and menu. Bonus: I believe they have a loyalty system based on spends. We got a free bubble tea. Nice!!! Our new go to place for Sushi 😀
I had a good experience here. Vegan ramen and shrimp ramen were flavorful and duchess rose and taro oreo boba teas were flavorful & yummy too . I wish there were soy milk or non-dairy only option for the boba drinks though ! Dairy milk irritates lining of human stomach and it clogs up the arteries proven . The artwork on the wall of cats with their drinks = also one of my favorites things! Ramen, boba, and cat decor pic 🤗! Thank you 🫶🍲🍜🧋🧋🐱🐈⬛
The food here is really good, especially the sushi rolls. Haven’t tried the drinks yet. I think it would be nicer if they put pictures on the menu. The place has a nice cutesy aesthetic, but honestly, they should put more effort into cleaning as the floor and walls are kinda dirty, and it feels unappetizing to eat when you can see that. On the brighter side, their customer service is good. Staff are friendly and accommodating.
I went there because i saw from Google reviews that their ramen 50% off on Tuesday.... but in reality is NO MORE 50% off .... this promotion is no longer valid .... and they don't take it off from the menu. So overall the ramen is bland not that good compared with another ramen restaurant. The server is very nice and friendly.
Was excited to get the bucket sized bubble tea here after seeing the pics. They have a stack of menus by the cashier so I took one to look and the menu options. I order 2 large (which is their bucket size) passion fruit grapefruit iced tea. The paper menu said $7.50 each. 1. The wait time was extremely long to get my 2 drinks. There was one girl behind the register and a guy standing next to her but he didn’t do anything. She was the one taking orders and making the drinks while he just stood there as more orders got placed. 2. When I got home and checked the receipt, I saw I was charged a higher price instead of $7.50 each it was $8.25. If the prices changed then you need to update the menu prices. And since she saw me pick up the menu and then order she should have mentioned the prices are different if that’s the case.
