I’ve been to many kung fu teas and this location has the best service, and tasting drinks. I had a couple of questions which were answered very nicely and detailed by a very kind cashier, she was patient with me and made sure to accommodate my request when asking for no ice and kindly explaining the menu to me. The drinks were made in under 5 mins and tastes great! For the people that claimed there were “rude staff” might have gotten the wrong person as the one I was helped by was wonderful!

One of my favorite bubble tea franchises but it was my first time to this location. The drinks were good and the service was fairly fast given they had a crowd. I love their variety of toppings especially custard and herbal jelly. I generally get taro milk tea but this one just tasted more milky than creamy taro.

the taro bubble tea was very delicious! my friend got the Cocoa Cream Wow milk tea (think: brown sugar boba lol). it was also very flavorsome. the worker Jason was extremely courteous & friendly too :)! overall, i would definitely recommend Kung Fu to anyone looking for valid bubble tea. Kung fu is hands down the best boba tea chain (tiger sugar too but their menu is v limited). n this is def one of their good locations too!

I love how this store does not allow people to go inside due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Instead, customers are encouraged to order via the Kung Fu Tea App or call a phone number listed on the window to place their order. The menu is on the window for convenience, and basically they have a table with plastic wrap that creates a transparent barrier between customers and the employees, with a hole to allow stuff to pass back and forth (i.e., drinks, cash, etc.)

My boyfriend and I came here around 9:45 PM on a Tuesday night. We ordered a Chai milk tea (hot) with bubbles and a yogurt grapefruit drink with mango popping bubbles. He liked my drink and I liked the drink he chose so overall, we both enjoyed what the other person got. The drinks were smooth and you just know these people know what they are doing. The service was lovely. I've never had a problem here. There are also a few spots to sit at where you can enjoy your drink.

Amazing selection of bubble tea. Close your eyes and point at a picture! They are all amazing. Nice staff as well.

This is one of the best go-to bubble tea places. Always great taste, consistency, super friendly and pretty fast. I haven't tried anything that is mind-blowing so it's more 4.5 stars but I'm not going to ding this ship for that. Their creations are pretty bomb.

I got a Cocoa Cream Wow. The boba/bubbles were amazing, but the drink doesn’t have the best flavor. It feels like it’s missing something flavor-wise. The service though, was very quick.

Nice little spot to get various blends of tea. They add different ingredients and "bubbles" to change the look and texture of the liquid, usually for the better. They also serve quick food and snacks.

Customer service was nice and fast. Most drinks here are average, but the one green matcha milk tea was awful, it was powdered and not even mixed well making the drink have gritty pieces at the bottom.

Nice little spot. Lots of deserts to choose from. Only downfall is that there is a $10.00 card minimum and the kid at the register is not approachable and looked annoyed. Crêpe was good though

Cocoa cream wow literally just milk and tapioca. It does not have the coca cream flavor as every other Kung fu branches that I've tried.

A clean place that serves great bubble tea quickly. Prices are like any other Kung Fu Tea, but the atmosphere is much more roomy in comparison to others. During the day, the quality of the drinks is average, but at night, the quality just isn't the same. I recently ordered a Mango Green Tea, and it came out tasting like water, not to mention how clear it looked, compared to orange/yellow if I ordered the same drink during the day. If you don't like it when places skimp on ingredients at night, this isn't the place for you.

Found multiple pieces of short hair (from the gentleman who made my drink).

Don’t go to this store, every time I’ve been and tried to give it a go, the drinks just don’t taste that good at all. I’ve tried diff flavors to try to find atleast smth I like but no. Even the regular milk tea doesn’t even taste good, it’s so bitter. I’m not sure if it’s like this for every kungfu location but this one it takes so long for them to make your drink compared to other places and there’s barely any flavor. I would say to jsut go to coco near the subway but they have closed up recently unfortunately. Better to go to Quickly’s which is a 10-15 min walk away.

The tea has a bitter after taste and watered down. Barely any tea flavor and the pudding was not good, I’ve been to other Kung fu tea shops and had no issue, im so upset, such a waste of my money, I wish I knew how to get a refund. Should’ve just gone to coco around the corner. Also I found a long strand of hair in my drink. Would’ve gone back if I wasn’t already driving home Also the amount of creamer that’s in this drink is crazy, it coats the straw, I’ve never seen this ever at other locations and the drink is so foamy the top due to amount of creamer inside this drink

Kind of disappointed with this location. This is the closest bubble tea place to me, but they serve the worst quality of Kung Fu Tea, and only this location. I have ordered from this location so many times, and I should have stopped. Their Taro Milk Tea taste mostly like milk, their Thai Milk Tea is not sweet but very bitter, and even their Kung Fu Green Milk Tea is not even green! Instead it was white and it tasted more like milk and barely tasted the tea. And I have tried bubble tea from other Kung Fu Tea locations, ordering my usual picks, and they have better taste than this location. Could be because the employees or how much work they actually put into MAKING the bubble tea compared to other locations. All I see them do is put the ingredients in a cup and let the machine do the rest. Hopefully they can improve their way of making bubble tea in the future.

Extremely disappointed in this place. We haven't been to this location in a while. I picked up two drinks here on Sunday and the bobas were tough and hard to chew. It was a waste of money. The drinks didn't even taste good. We had to throw it out. The place also looks really run down with boxes everywhere. Doesn't feel welcoming at all. This was a bad experience.

As always, Kung Fu tea never fails to disappoint 🤦🏻 Their tea has no flavor and tastes like syrupy sugar water. I had to dump it after one sip. I have tried many times to give it a chance and ordering different flavors, but I'd rather walk further to the Vivi down the street. It's way better quality AND cheaper!
