"DOUGHNUT" so stale needed 2 hands to break it in half, almost cracked a tooth when i took a bite. Asked for a easy cream regular sugar coffee. Got an easy cream, easy sugar coffee. Attendad was hard to understand, she rarely spoke english. The Multi-grain egg and bacon bagel was very good. Because of the bagel is the only reason im giving 3 stars. The men's bathroom was out of order so i had to ise the women's bathroom

First and last time I will stop at this Dunkin donuts location. Bought regular medium coffee with cream and sugar. Cost $3.15 All the other location are $2.50 -$2.60 Coffee is good but price is bad.

How hard is it to get a coffee order correct? Literally word for word with simplicity. NO cream or sugar means NO cream or sugar! You are in a business with food and drink and customer service. You need to look the customer in the face, open your ears and listen to their orders and input it correctly into the computer/register. If the people in the back can’t read and follow directions then they should not be working in a customer base business where orders are made.

I just ordered a $7 sandwich and I couldn't even eat it it was so burnt the food here is always so disgusting I don't know why I ever give them another chance not to mention their staff is always with an attitude

I came by today around 1:57pm. I ALWAYS come to this location because you guys still do the Medium Coffee for $2 from 2pm-6pm. Unfortunately, today the lady that was taking orders through the drive-thru told me I couldn’t order my coffee with the deal because it was exactly 2pm yet. I told her I was aware of what the time was but there was so many cars in front of me, by the time I got to the window it was going to be 2pm! She still refused to take my order so I waited behind the 2 cars in front of me. When it was my turn at the window she started to argue with me saying how it’s 1:59 and 31 seconds! When she said that I lost it, she was looking for a reaction! After she was done arguing with me she finally asked me what I wanted to order!!! I’ve actually came into this store before and seen a customer order right at 1:50pm for the $2 coffee deal! So I don’t know why it was so hard to place my order when it was on 2 minutes until 2pm. UNBELIEVABLE & RUDE!! If I could give 0/10 stars I would!

Terrible experience at this location today. The manager or owner ( Indian guy) was rude, dismissive, and made comments that felt racially motivated toward me and my group. If you care about decent service, avoid this place at any cost until management changes. Not to mention while we were still waiting for our orders, everyone inside could hear how disrespectfully the manager or owner ( same Indian guy ) spoke to employees. One young woman even began crying and left the counter. It was shocking to witness and completely unprofessional. I’ve already reported this to Dunkin’ corporate for investigation.

Update: I started coming back and they were fine for a while. Then they started making you park behind the building if you ordered hot food and sometimes it would come out right away and sometimes it would be a min. I started just getting coffee and donuts to avoid this. This morning I ordered my coffee and donuts and I had to park in the back. Waited 15 mins and nothing. Wasn’t going to be late for work over this so I drove off and got coffee at a different Dunkin When going to work at 545am on Sunday morning I usually treat myself to Dunkin. I ordered a coffee black and two egg and cheese wakeup wraps and it seemed to inconvenience the employee taking the order. There was no one else in line. I don’t appreciate the attitude. Drove off and went to a different dunkin. Will not be coming here again

Bad drive thru experience again! After months of avoiding this DD I gave it a try again and only ordered 1 item (medium dunkalatte hot) They can’t even give you that at the window! They care more about getting everyone out of the drive thru line that they send everyone to wait for their items in the small parking lot. This morning the parking lot was full of people waiting and they couldn’t even get my simple order right. They came out with iced latte instead of hot. I hope they can get some training on how to properly work the drive thru line

Asked for a Medium Carmel Cappuccino Blast. As you can see from the picture no caramel on top or in the cup like it’s supposed to. When I asked the boy working if it was caramel he said “yup” and slammed the drive thru window shut. Drove to my destination and took a sip and it definitely was not caramel. 👎👎 super disappointing especially the kids attitude

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had Drive thru, and the employee an Indian man, was extremely rude and had a bad attitude. His behavior was unacceptable. At other Dunkin’ locations, the service is usually great, but this one was disappointing.
