I went last week and the staff was super friendly. I was hesitant on what I should get and the cashier gave me great suggestions. I ordered a ace of spades as a drink and a spam rice ball. Both were really good! Definitely looking forward to going back!! Very cute spot and super clean !

I found this place thanks to my daughter's best friend. I really love the rice balls they prepare. The bubble tea also has different and new flavors.

I recently discovered Yaya Tea and I'm happy I did. I absolutely love onigiri, and you can get so many different variations here. The great thing is, each onigiri is made to order, so everything tastes fresh and delicious. The people who work there are friendly. I plan on trying some of their teas, and Japanese eats.

Everything from Yaya-Tea is always fresh! I love their rice balls so much. I especially love that there are plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. Their drinks are also 💣 My fav is the strawberry matcha. I also enjoy their rotation of seasonal drinks. Love this place!

Ever since they closed the Yaya Tea near me this has been my go to place for fruit teas. The staffs are very frindly and the rice balls are just as good. I also love that they have a small seating area I can stay at when I need to do school work.

Yaya Tea Elmhurst – So Worth It! Just went to this place and honestly, I’m so glad I did! as an asian like me who likes rice balls and milk tea and flavored teas, their rice balls were so good—fresh, flavorful, and just the right size. You can tell they really put care into making them. I got one and immediately ordered more. They also have a huge selection of teas, which I love. Whether it’s hot or cold out, there’s something on the menu that fits the vibe. Super customizable too, which is always a plus. What really stood out to me was how friendly the staff were. Everyone was super welcoming and helpful, and it just made the whole experience even better. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back—not just for the food and drinks, but for the overall vibe. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. It’s one of those spots you kind of want to keep to yourself, but also can’t help telling everyone about.

Absolutely loved our experience at Yaya Tea in Queens! My partner and I indulged in their delightful Thai milk tea and the refreshing Better Life fruit tea, a perfect blend of strawberry, lychee, and pineapple green tea. Both drinks were incredibly flavorful and satisfying. The atmosphere was cozy, and the service was excellent. We highly recommend Yaya Tea to all bubble tea enthusiasts and can't wait to return for more delicious treats in the future!

Tried 3 small onigiri's; spam, vegan chicken with seaweed, and takoyaki and they were all delicious. They cost around $3.50 for small and $5 for large. Cute tea shop serving small snacks. Will be back to try other things.

We like the rice balls or onigiri but their milk tea can be a hit or miss. Yaya is affordable and convenient if you want a quick snack/meal.

It’s alright kinda lacking in mayo and the bubble tea I got ( matcha and strawberries) tasted like dirty and the popping bubbles were deflated 😭😭😭.

it was okay! was pretty excited to get the food but it was more rice than the filling (i got the spicy tuna and spam). the matcha was also okay, more watered down. but overall 3 stars.

Came here for the third time, and shouldn't have. Fruit teas are basically watered down, like you can barely taste any tea or "distinct" fruit flavors. Saw they were doing a seasonal Hojicha latte, so decided to give it a chance since I love hojicha. Although color was darker than most hojicha bubble tea spots, the flavor couldn't be any more bland. Latte was not sweet enough and didn't have that hojicha nuttiness/ toastiness that other spots are able to achieve. It also came out tasting starchy/chalky? Never had a matcha/ hojicha drink have that kind of unpleasant texture. Don't know if it's happening just in this location or others, but I wouldn't go out of my way to spend the extra $2 here again.

when i ordered on the ipad screen they can’t even spell lychee right “lyhee” and there was no pictures for the fruity drinks and neither can they place the top tape on our drinks properly. and the tax is so expensive and don’t forget about the tipping, there was no option for no tip like you have to custom tip for it to be 0. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME/ MONEY ON THIS PLACE!! Go to the chinatown yaya tea in grand street at this point its so worth it there and you can earn points and 5$ off just by placing your number

On Monday We went to buy 2milk tea and other bubble cup on online machine in shop. After that we paid USD19 but we just notice they have promotion buy one get one free. Then we asking for other free. But the do not give us free. Because their reason that we bought online. But promotion is promotion. So we will never go this shop again what unfair selling to customer.

January 2, 2022 Update---the only reason this place even gets my business(Not anymore - today was the last time) is because their teas and rice balls are phemonal! That being said their customer service is the worst and each time I've gone there its gets worst. The workers are seriously beyond rude. I am not going there to make friends or a conversation but I do expect common courtesy and respect. Not doing me any favor. Rather spend my $$ money elsewhere. Since this location opened I probably spent at least over $400 bucks and usually place orders around $50-$60 each time. One star for the teas! Original review from February 2020. Luv their teas...customer service is blah/okay! Rice balls are superb! Mind blowing addicting.
