Plenty of screens, relaxed vibe, and fresh made to order food. I usually go for the wings or a burger, and they never disappoint. Nice beer selection too.

This bar/restaurant has been a staple for us since we moved here. We had the Chicken Wing Pizza that was recommended by Missy. Jimmy and his team make their own dough and we can tell you that they knocked it out of the park. We've tried so many pizza places in Elmira, but never did at R3 until this night. It's a family affair at R3 and they really do a great job with service and food. Support local and enjoy. We sure do and did! #Homerun #M&B

The wings were terrific... the staff were polite. Although her masters degree didn't help her with her ability to have 4 orders of wings a cooked for me rather than 4 wings. They made up for it. With kindness. Sense of humor and a few free drinks. Will definitelybe a return customer. .

Go here frequently enough on dates, the food is good, the staff is friendly and the joint is as clean as I'd expect it to be. I recommend getting the wings or wraps. Salads are relatively basic but when. You eat at a bar don't expect 5 star quality. We love coming here for an affordable easy going date.

Other than when you walk in all of the regulars at the bar turning to stare at you, it's a good place. Lol I've had several variations of their wings and have yet to be let down. I really like the garlic parm.

Great Friday Fish Fry! The portions are enormous! The fish was perfectly coated and had a wonderful crispy bite while the fish itself was flaky and tasty. The sweet potato fries are essential! Try the honey cutter dipping sauce--- wow! The side of coleslaw was quite a surprise being crunchy with just enough zing. This has definitely more of a bar atmosphere where watching sports is popular. I would think bringing the family to dinner here would be acceptable as it's pretty low-key and fun. Bathrooms are clean and stocked. The wait staff was friendly and prompt to refill drinks, etc. All these things fit my 5 rating!

One of the best fish fries I’ve ever had. Consistently perfect. Tartar sauce is next level. I don’t know what they put in it, but it’s amazing. Exceptional service every time I’ve been there. Nothing I’ve ordered has ever been less than exceptional, but the fish fry slams.
