As you drive by you can smell flesh searing on the flames! Fast, courteous service. The food is served HOT and SMOKING! Makes me wonder what happened with the other Burger Kings!

All Burger King should be like this one, or better, clean,the staff friendly and respectful.

Good BK. Lines seem to always move pretty quickly. It's also really nice that the drive thru is opened 24 hours. The late night crew is the best.

Place was clean. The food is standard Burger King. The customer service was quick and efficient though I only picked up after placing an order on the app. Can't complain though.

Clean and conveniently located. Open 24/7 using the drive thru. 12am the building is closed to the public, drive thru only. A handy spot to freshen up, make an ice coffee and get fresh water for the pooch. Nice element and friendly staff.

I like this Burger King better than the rest in Westchester. For some reason their Whoppers taste better. Don't know why and can't explain it but they do. Service is always nice and friendly.

The Best Burger King in Westchster, the food is fresh, staff is very polite abd professional (very rare nowadays in thre food service industry) even with COVID-19 they still maintain professionalism unparalleled by any other Burger King I've seen. Excellent presentation, food neatly packed not just tossed into the bag carelessly. Eventhough I normally diet , on my cheat day this is the spot without question. Stop in for lunch and see for yourself.

This Burger King has truly mastered the art of fast food while preserving quality and taste. My recent visit was an absolute breeze, the outstanding staff had me in and out in no time. The true star of the show, however, was the Whopper. What a delight! Juicy, scrumptious, and absolutely spot-on, it was just what I needed at the moment. I've got to tell you, Burger King is more than just fast food, it's an experience that hits the spot.

Exactly what you want from a fast food restaurant, clean, quick, friendly. This location is in a fairly convenient location. Food is what you expect. Staff is surprisingly great on the few occasions I have been here. One time I came for lunch, there was a child with some sort of disability trying to order, the staff was very patient and accommodating to the child while still being able to handle a long lunch line with out much delay.

Their coffee is very good!

Just ordered through the drive through here and the service was excellent. Although I ordered a complicated meal, Charles was more than accommodating and the guy pouring French fries (I wish I asked for his name) had a welcoming smile and seemed very hardworking, even at 1:30 AM!! Will absolutely be coming back!

This is probably the best BK location I’ve had for both quality and efficiency. When you do order in or drive thru the order is dead on. Wednesday Whopper? Several weeks into the promotion they still had the purple buns. We ordered after 11pm and it was put together beautifully. Whoever manages this store does a great job. The only slight flaw is if you order delivery they almost always forget the sauce. I just ask for extra when I go through the drive thru.

Tried their new plant based "Impossible Whopper." Get passed the first 2 bites and it's actually quite good. The place was busy and the dining area was a mess so we ate in the car. Not the staffs fault as they were hopping.

Food is good. Burgers are well made, but their nuggets could be done much better. Prices are fair compared to food quantity. Employees are helpful and facilities are mostly clean. My go-to when I'm hungry.

The food here was delicious, as I ordered a whopper, fries and soda. The service was excellent, the only downfall was the person at the counter wasnt sure of himself and wasnt too good at his job (somebody else should of taken my order). It took him awhile to get my order straight, but the good tasting food bailed him out of a possible problem, it was well worth it.

It’s a fine Burger King. What do you expect anyway? However, the order kiosks were out of order today (6/18/24), so I had to go to the front desk to get my chicken nuggets. No big deal, but still.

Staff were nice and helpful. My fries were warm and crispy. Service was quick once I got past making my order using their app and slow wifi.. The restaurant has a lovely setup and a good and quiet atmosphere. A quiet place to relax and have your meal.

The onions did me in that afternoon. But the burgers were satisfactory for a quick pick me up. Interestingly, there appears to be more BK establishments outside of NYC as stand alone locations. The 2 for 8 burgers was a decent deal.

This is a great 24/7 Burger King, it's a fast food chain so there isn't much to say about quality of food, it really is exactly what you would expect. Only complaint I have is that SOMETIMES even when my order is not complex and is clearly stated to the drive through attendant, they still somehow mess it up, like giving me the jalapeno popper thing instead of the mozzarella sticks I very clearly ordered.

I've been using this Burger King for years. I mainly come here late at night on my way home from a late night's work. The staff is very friendly and the food is always good. You can even enjoy a great place to sit down inside. I often used it to take out food. For a fast food restaurant, it's always dependable. Enjoy.

Looking at all these negative comments I'm glad I have something positive to say..Went to the drive-thru today, in the mid afternoon and both people I encountered were very pleasant. The food was hot and my order was correct. I rarely ever go to BK, but if I chose to go again, I'd definitely go back to this location.

Clean, busy. Remember to ask for your way to get food made to order or ask for no ketchup and add it later. Had the Impossible Whopper. Not a part of the mix & match at this location. It was tasty but a little dry. It's made from soy and soy bean oil. The meal was over $ 10 and not a bargain in my opinion.

They were very professional and courteous. The food hit the spot. It's what I was in the mood for today. Everyone wore a mask and safe distances were kept. Parking lot was full and drivethru line was long, so business is good. I did not wait long by going inside.

I have been going around 2 am. The place is clean and mostly empty except for Grubhub and Uber eat's delivery driver and those like me who want a quick snack on the late night early a.m tip.

I love their Burgers! Their quality of the food is very good. What brang the stars down to a 3 was that the guy that was cleaning up picked up a random drink and started to drink it, and was kinda disturbing. Recommend going there but sit near the window.

Can anybody find the brisket in my barbecue brisket whopper? It's a standard BK. OK food. Clean inside. Not sure why they rebuilt the building recently and added a 2nd drive thru order kiosk, but never use it. The drive thru lines are pretty long sometimes.

I spent $56 for a family of 5 to order myself thru a kiosk and they can't even be bothered to clean the tables. There were six people behind the counter and the manager must have looked at that dirty Table 5 to 10 times while being in the front

1st of all I can my son dear father son time just love their family time together very very disappointed the cashier had no clue on what she was doing training the place was a train wreck it was a little busy but the cleaning us of those stablishment itself I would say poor that's how would rate it the food was cold the ice cream was melting the milkshake was like milk on I got the whopper big Box the whopper was called the meat though it's made all look like it and tasted like it was sit now since 11 o'clock the overall presentation of this establishment I would rated at AFA failure yes we will visit it again and see if it improves otherwise I will write another review and we'll see what happens again I say eat at your own risk right now my summit is turning

My second experience at this BK was like Starbucks across the street; no one at the register, Hispanic staff speaking Spanish, to which there were only about three, man of colour walking around with a broom and dustpan oblivious that several people wanted to order and couldn't be bothered to tell those behind the line counter that help was needed to take orders. This was two weeks ago. Both of my visits, which were in the am, was quiet, yet most acted like they couldn't be bothered. Wanted Sausage egg biscuit, Hispanic woman stated no biscuits, biscuits were being made, so I settled for a croissant. The closest McDonald's is in Tarrytown, I would sooner patronise them if service continues to be horrendous.

I believe the window drive thru cashier over charge me $1 more for the BK $5 meal. When I ask her "why you charged me 6 bucks for a $5 meal" She told me straight up I'm not lying. "It went up a buck more for the meal." I don't if she was telling me the truth or not. Wasn't pleased at all.(This is the BK on Tarrytown Road Rt 119) NY

I haven't had Burger King in more than 10 years, and now I know why. The coffee was literally watered down milk, and it was cold. The wraps and fries were trash. Wow, huge mistake. How are they still in business is insane.

I had the Italian chicken sandwich what's look right on the commercial but it was terrible. There was no tomato sauce on it and the chicken was dry as well as the bread. I also had a Whopper on the two for six and that was very disappointing as well. I see why I haven't been here in a long time and won't be back

During the day this place isn’t bad but I mainly come at night and I must say the overnight guy who works around 2-6am on Saturday night should be fired. He is pretty rude and has gotten my order wrong on multiple occasions.

I am very disappointed that I did not receive my extra long cheeseburger. I am appalled because my day passed and it consisted of the thought of consuming an extra long cheeseburger, and what was not included in my Order? An extra long cheeseburger. My day is ruined as I sit here in my home unucompanyed by my extra long cheeseburger. Tonight my heart will frown upon the absence of my extra long cheeseburger in which it was not given in my order as I had paid and requested for.

Ever since they re-opened, not one order of mine has been done right. I've actually been given "burgers" that were just the bun, some lettuce and mayo (even after I specifically asked for no mayo) with no patty what so ever when I ordered the veggie burger (I guess they don't know they have veggie patties that make it a veggie burger?). When I asked repeatedly if they understood my order, they would say "Yes, we have it," and then completely mess up my order to the point it almost was if they just made up a different order to give me instead of what I've wanted. I've seen them hand someone a vanilla shake when said patron ordered a chocolate shake, and then the staff member had the nerve to tell them, "no, that's what you ordered" when corrected on their mistake. The staff have reeked of drugs and had bloodshot eyes when I went one evening (and the last time I will ever deal with that place). You don't have to be a rocket scientist to work here, but you also can't have the IQ of mud either, which it seems some of these people have. The sad thing is, when I was a teenager, I used to go here religiously. Now, it pains me to say that I highly recommend you stay very far away from this place

Here late at night to get a Junior whopper and it smelled so bad and I paid four dollars for it mind you prices went up and as soon as I smelled the burger I thought it was the lettuce so I took out the lettuce but it was actually the whole burger smelled horrible. This place is disappointing even for a Burger King. You can't expect good service or good food at Burger King but this place came under even those expectations. My fries seemed stale and cold even though I went through the drive-thru. Go to the Popeye's nearby. Even if they spit on your food there it'll taste better than this trash.

Awful service, they don't care about the customers request. I ordered my food using the kiosk, but when the order was almost ready, one of the cashier tells me they don't have one of the items, so I asked for a refund, she claims she couldn't refund because I ordered using kiosk, then she exclaimed "I don't even know why they still have those machines here!" I wouldn't go back...

Worst fast food service of my life. Tried to use a breakfast sandwich voucher but the manager refused to honor the voucher because the back of the receipt did not include a code. I tried to explain that I, as the customer, have no control over whether or not the restaurant's printer is printing the correct code on the back of the voucher. Explained that I followed the instructions and copied down the necessary code to redeem my offer. The manager then said, "You bought this at Scarsdale, go to Scarsdale" and returned to her phone call (side note: I did not purchase the item at the Scarsdale location). Spent 20 minutes driving to another BK location, where the manager honored my voucher.

This is now the second time from this location, I became violently sick after eating here. Yesterday 01/31 I stopped to get dinner as I didn’t eat anything else the whole day. I’m the middle of the night and up getting sick for hours. I will never eat at burger kind again

I placed an order through the BK app, WHILE IN THEIR PARKINGLOT, because even though I filled out the order, before my wife can hit submit, and pay through their app, we are already in the store's parking lot. On this day, the order was placed, as I was parking, and then I walked in while wife waited in the car. The store was not busy at all, around 8:39 pm, on Saturday. I saw a lady behind the counter, filling orders. She filled what looked like it could be my order, and then she took the recipe, and then called out in a long sentence in Spanish. I do not speak Spanish, so I didn't understand what she said, but I tried to listen to see if she said the words, "seventy-three" in English. Hearing nothing, I waited. 5 minutes later, and many other orders later, I asked her, giving my order number. Shelooked over to the overhead screen, and then said something in Spanish. I did not know if she was saying something to me or if she was talking out loud to herself. She then just walked away. 7 minutes later, I am noticing employees behind the counter walked by, completely ignoring the Asian person standing at the order pickup counter. The same lady that spoke only Spanish to everyone, who ignored my inquiry about, "order seventy-three", making me assume that she must not understand English, picks up a tray and says, "seventy-seven" in English. I then asked again, "can someone please check if order seventy-three?" the lady grabs the bag that she packed and left on the shelf and hands it to me. I ask her, "Was i supposed to stop someone and ask them about my order, or do you guys call out orders? Because I have been standing here forever and no one called out my number". She said in broken but completely understandable English that order is called out. When I said, "I was here and no one ever paid attention to me or called out my order number, what should I have done properly?" another worker then tells me what I had to do, which is exactly what I had been doing. I then asked a bald black gentleman in a sweater (shift manager?), "what was I supposed to do to get get my order and not get ignored, should I have called out an employee and get their attention?" He said, "no. You see, this is a mobile order, so when we called your name, you weren't here so that's why the food was on the shelf". I told him, "I placed the order IN YOUR PARKINGLOT, and I SAW the woman pack the very bag, which turned out to be my order, but she never looked at me, never asked me what my order was, and only spoke Spanish to the other customers, while seemingly inquiring about my order that she packed, so am I asking, should I flag someone down when I come in, because this is the third time in a ROW that this has happened to me." He said that I should just come in and wait by the pick up area and someone will ask. i said, "Y'all just walked right on by completely ignoring me standing at the counter, while my food was packed and then the packer asked people something in Spanish, and then when I asked for the THIRD TIME, she grabbed the bag that was sitting on the shelf the entire time." He then started to give me some other excuse on why it happened (never an apology). This was when i decided to just walk out of the store. Wife saw what was happening in the store from the car, and when I told her everything, she wonders if it was because I was an Asian American who does not speak Spanish, and I was being discriminated or ignored. If it happened once, I would be skeptical, but this was three times in a row, so I wonder if the worker(s) are discriminating against me for being Asian or non-Spanish speaking (or both), or if they don't speak English comfortably enough that they do not want to talk to me, assuming (correctly) that I do not speak Spanish. Either way, I will do my very best to avoid this, "restaurant", and if I need to pick up a quick meal for my kid, I will have to take the extra time to drive down to Wendy's. I would like to know if other Asian (or non Spanish speaking) customers are being treated the same way.

I literally hate the service here. It is so slow, the order has been mixed up multiple times, and they never give any napkins. I ordered the two whoppers for six bucks deal and was about to swipe my card and noticed that it rang at 11 bucks. I questioned the cashier on this and he said you have to request the deal. What crappy customer service. Then again, I guess it's a blessing because I don't need to be eating fast food!

I love the food, but the employees are rude and don't like to listen to customers. When you ask for help. The white elderly cashier completely ignored me and the young Hispanic male ignored me too. I had to yell so they could listen to me. That's not how you treat customers.

I went in to pick up and I watched one of the employees scoop my fries and then grab the top of them with her bare hands and bag them up. Had to request a new set of fries because I have no idea when you last washed your hands. I work food service, so I get it but geez. Everyone else was wearing gloves. Please practice better cleanliness habits!

I️ went inside to order food yesterday , the cashier christina was very helpful and it wasn’t busy … and they have someone who is just for cleaning that I️ observed . As i’m waiting for my food the kitchen floor being dirty caught my attention . The food production all the woman on sandwiches were eating food with the same gloves they prepare the costumers food with which is nasty. my food comes out within 5 minutes . I️ asked for 1 sweet and sour the assistant manager fatima gives me 2 ok cool. The person i’m with then asks can I️ get a honey mustard and she’s saying no and starts saying our food doesn’t need sauce . we got 2 large whopper meals with 2 honey mustard wraps. Some I️ used to work at a burger king 3 years ago and I️ currently work in fast food service . I️ said well can you charge me for the sauces ? she goes no you can’t get anymore … very rude . This is the same woman who maybe 2/3 weeks ago I️ had a mobile order and checked my food the fries were cold so I️ asked if I️ could get new fries: I️ literally touched all the fries and she takes them out the bag and throws them back into the fry dump instead of the garbage . not to mention the front of burger king, they’re bagging food with no gloves, they’re making fries and chicken nuggets with no gloves. Now i’m sitting down eating my food and the wrong wasn’t fully closed so I️ went to fix it and the chicken was extremely old . and the tomatoes were disgusting by the look of them. I️ went back and showed them she’s asking me what the issue is . I️ told her the chicken isn’t edible and from experience the hold time for chicken is 30 minutes . This chicken looks older than an hour. I️ asked the manager what was their hold time for the chicken and she didn’t know. I️ had to answer it for her. The managers food safety awareness is horrible, so of course the crews food safety awareness is going to be even worse . Someone can and will get sick. They’re priority is how many sauces to give out not the quality of food they serve . absolutely disgusting. this is my second bad encounter in a row with fatima . I️ do not recommend going to this location unless you want to get sick!!! she’s lucky I️ didn’t take pictures of everything else . on top of that the large cup they served me had old lettuce on it and crumbs . everything is filthy .
