The greatest sandwich dude works here - makes everything with an enthusiastic attitude and a huge smile. I would suggest this restaurant to anyone and I used to really dislike subway.... But that was because I was in a bad neighborhood for them. Please give the person making sandwiches with long hair and a visor a raise - I will tip every time for this person[hero] (>°_°)>

I know all subways serve thr same subs, but this one the young lady just added the perfect amount of toppings and the perfect amount of honey mustard. There is a difference, you can have to much of one of the dressings or not enough, mine were perfect.

I'm not sure why, but Subway sandwiches taste a whole lot better than homemade. The coupons saved us money on 2 foot longs, which is plenty for 2 meals. I can not say I have ever had a bad Subway sandwich. Great place for a grab and go.

I made an order online and when I arrived there was about 4 people in front of me. Only 1 person working. I am not complaining only suggesting that you shouldn't be able to order online if you are short handed. This young woman was amazing though, she worked efficiently and even though I know she had to be stressed she was still smiling and still very pleasant and friendly. She was very apologetic as well. The reason for my review is just to commend her and to let Subway in Emory, Texas know that she deserves a raise or a bonus for what a great job she was doing today!! I am bad with names but pretty sure she told me her name was Cassidy if it wasn't her name I am sorry. If I'm wrong it she was working 3/6/2023 at 1:00 pm Please give her the credit that is due!!

My wife and I came in 20min before closing on a Friday night to find Ariana behind the counter. Big smile and amazing customer service as if they had just opened! She took care with our food and was so nice and outgoing. I go to subways all over the country and I just go to get food quick and out the door. This was enjoyable for real! The food was good. It was presented fresh and tasted the same. If I’m coming back thru during meal time, as I usually am when I pass thru Emery, TX, I will stop here!

She took care with our food and was so nice and outgoing. I go to subways all over the country and I just go to get food quick and out the door. This was enjoyable for real! The food was good. Bought 2 sandwiches today. Meat and veggies fine. Bread was hard as a brick, several days old. So inconsistent.

Don't order online. Consistency bad sandwiches unless you watch them make it. This time it was completely burnt and poorly made. Hella disappointing

Asked for fork for salad, they gave me spoon and said they have no forks. Asked for pepperoni, was told they were out, other employee offered to cut some. Asked for cup of water they said they would have to charge me soda price. Employee never smiled I felt I was putting her out and she couldn't figure out what she was doing on register. Maybe training? Not a good subway visit.

Ordered online. Went in 10m after it was supposed to be complete and it hadn't been started. Apparently they were short handed but the guy that came in to help was super nice and apologetic but I missed lunch with my son. 😕

So I try to avoid Subway as much as possible. And here I sit hungry and I think one more try. Wow big mistake. Subway just cannot produce a good sandwich or even a mediocre one. Sparse of much meat, wilted vegetables, sauce that is mostly sugar. Ended up throwing it away. Why oh why can’t they make a decent sandwich. Not to mention it’s dirty. And the locations in my town are always out of things. Buyer beware just not a good experience all the way around. Oh and with 5 cameras you would think they would serve you quickly. Nope.

I work in emory during the week, I come here probably 3-4 times a week, usually it's decent I know the staff they know who I am, I order the same thing everytime... not sure who is working today/ never have a had such a bad experience, asked for it toasted and it was definitely a 1/10.. steak ice cold and cheese not melted. She said we can microwave it will all the veggies and I could help not laughing... like obviously make it correctly or offer me a new one... common sense, clearer she doesnt care about making a sandwich, go work somewhere else if you dont care...I'm officially don't with subway in Emory... save your money and don't come here

I pulled up to Subway in Emory at 9.38pm. Online closing time says 10 pm, the attached picture shows the door sign that says 10pm however the 2 employees ignored me at the Locked door and continued to take the food to the back. This place is really a joke. I came 3 days ago. Had ordered 2 steak and chz sub. I got 2 bacon subs!! Like who even orders that. The owner needs to take swift action as staff is destroying his business.

Horrible sandwich spot! We have been to this place 3 times and each time there was always a long line and took forever. The second time the burnt the sandwiches We figured 3rd times a charm.... smh nope, This last time I did it online to avoid the long line. We got Philly steak and a chicken protein bowls, get home and BOTH bowls had cold meats. Like just came out of the icebox cold. We call and ask why they were cold and the kid who answered was talking to some girl who refused to get on the phone and I could hear every word and she was sooooo rude. They blamed it on us!! Said we should have put it in the special instructions. I was floored. I told them when you are in the store ordering you aren't asked if you want the meat heated. Just if you want the bread toasted and if you don't then you automatically heat the meat! They argued with me. She not one time offered to replace the bowls. I did not even let them finish with the conversion at that point. I told the young man that I was about to head back to them to make it right. We got there and she had already made them but as we walked in she still had the attitude and continued to tell me how to place it in the special instruction place. I was over it at this point. I told her to not waste her time because I will not be back , your customer service is horrible

This is the slowest Subway to ever exist Ally to always get the wrong order. You will save your time by going to the next nearest Subway, even if it is 20 min away. Even if you order on the app and wait 10 min before leaving to drive 15 min to the store. For a turkey and cheese sandwich?! Not to mention, half the time the order is wrong. I don’t know why I give this place a chance anymore. Today they just handed me a SALAD with my receipt order that is a SANDWHICH. When they redid the sandwhich, IT WAS STILL COMPLETELY WRONG. I just spent an hour of my time and my money to get something I won’t eat. I confronted the server and she gave me a thumbs up. The workers just don’t care. I cannot stand this place. Only the one in Emory. Ope! Just found out they gave another customer the wrong order too!! Would love for a manger to reach out to me. I NEVER leave reviews, but I’m sick of this place.

This place only gets 1 star because they have a tip jar on the register that the employees don't get. Id love to know where it goes! Misrepresentation should get 0 stars but that's not an option. Do better for your employees, Subway.

6:30 pm, went in to grab dinner, was going to order a meatball sub, girl behind the count said she wouldn't suggest it bc the meatballs were very old. I don't know if she just didn't want to bring out fresh product or what the issue was. So, decided on a turkey sub. Bread was super hard, lettuce was warm and turning brown and the turkey tasted a bit sour. 2nd sub was a tuna sub. Again, lettuce was a bit warm and brown, mayo tasted old and the bread on that one was hard as well. This is only the 2nd time I've eaten at this particular subway and the 2nd time ive had a bad experience. The other employee that was working was complaining about having to keep the store open until 10pm. 3.5 hours remaining open and no fresh ingredients on the line.... I'm confused. Hope they were just having a bad day and it's not normally like this here. Update, went in and again, 2 weeks later, at lunch time, no meatballs, again. Asked for owners number, was given the wrong number, called back, no answer

Lady had an attitude and was being hateful so I walked out. Called back to speak to the manager and was treated rudely and to call back in an hour they were too busy and then hung up on so I thing the manager is part of the problem at this location. I actually had people in line gasp at the server's attitude. I just had to walk out of your busy restaurant because of poor treatment and wanted to share it with the manager so they could coach the server on how to properly respect a customer especially when they treated you with respect. The hang up and not willing to speak to me was enough to actually have me contact corporate. Looking at the amount of recent bad reviews they have I think they will find that enough to do something about it let us hope. I then went to the Mineola Subway and they were Absolutely fantastic. Treated with respect and was well managed. They need to send the manager and rotate staff through Mineola location so they can learn how to properly run a restaurant.

I wish I could give 0 stars. If you must use this location, don’t order through the app. This subway stole 36 dollars after we placed an order through the app and were charged for it but I guess they did not get the order? They are refusing to make it even if we are able to show proof of the purchase through the transaction. The employee (possibly named Brittany) working is very rude, she spoke with my husband first telling him it’s not their app, it’s through a 3rd party so basically not their problem. I called back to figure out what we need to do next to get this resolved because it’s not right and she didn’t even let me finish explaining or get to my question, she very rudely and full of attitude cut me off and told me “like I told your husband there’s nothing we can do blah blah blah” so I returned the attitude and she hung up on me. I called back and my call was ignored twice before she answered again, I asked for her name and her supervisors name because at this point, the lack of care and straight disrespect was mind blowing and she told me the supervisor is about to call me…. Still waiting? I get that technical issues can happen sometimes but where is the customer service? The customer assistance? They do not care that their system just stole 36 dollars from us.

I did an online order. Pay $12 for a Mexi Cali and didn't get avocado on it. Two sandwiches and they made them both wrong. When I got there, there was no one there. No idea how how they messed up so bad when they have the order printed out and not in a rush.
