They were nicer today thank you I appreciate them now They seem a lot nicer. The girls here are sweet. I appreciate that more than you know. The food here is pretty good. I would rather come here than terrible Taco Bell or yucky McDonald’s. They definitely pass in my book now. keep it up and y’all will be four stars before you know it thank you very much Sonic

Rude employees almost everytime I go. Have repeatedly ignored me while trying to order from the parking lot. HAVE to almost always use use the parking lot to order because they routinely shut down the drive through. Recently went though and was hung up on before I was finished ordering, then had the nerve to charge for cherry flavoring in my drink even though they added no syrup flavor and instead added a single cherry. Dog-water staff and service, should probably avoid.
Unfortunately the service wasn't good. And the food was hot but it wasn't good either maybe the service put a bad taste in my mouth.. or I don't like Sonic 🤷🏿♀️. First I called because i tried to order online and it said it wasn't available so I called to make sure the place was open. The employee said it was open. that was at 3:23. I arrived at 3:27. the lady said she can't take any.orders she's on break for 10 more minutes... I waited the 10 minutes. Mind you the lady seems aggressive and I'm not sure why maybe because it's 3am and she tired idk. But I was polite anyway because she wasn't ruining my night. I had an order online it says I can order 5 sauces for free.. so I gave her the same thing that I ordered online and they told me they can't do the wraps only Fried things. So I changed my order I was really trying to be positive because it seems the associate was in a bad mood .. she tells me that if I want more than one sauce I have to pay for it. I informed her what it says to the app and she says she can't do that.. and has to charge me . on the receipt she charged me for pickles because the sauce came up as free... if the system is giving them too me as fee why go out of your way to charge me? Lady was just rude in her responses and had no customer service skills. I hope she gets that together. I felt bad because I know I'd be annoyed serving food at 3 a.m. but customer service is your job so that's what you should be doing...
One way in and out. Ordered onion rings and drink. Onion rings were dark and hard. Drinks were half off thur app. There were only 6 rings. She had to go back for ketchup even tho I requested 6. Everything done on mobile.
I ask for a lemonade and it has like 80 percent ice and almost no lemonade

Made a simple order and they got it wrong. When I asked them to correct it they took my order back and refused to give me a refund. This was all handled by the “manager”. I asked for the owner’s phone number and they gave me the corporate voicemail. STILL HAVEN’T SPOKEN TO AN OWNER OR GOT MY MONEY BACK. WORSE STORE IN TOWN
Honestly I don't know where to begin. Went to the Sonic in Sulphur Springs, TX, ordered through the app, and waited probably 40 minutes before a carhop finally came out to tell us that the ice cream machine was broken and offered us slushes instead. We didn't want slushes, plus there is a significant price difference, so we declined, another 10 minutes go buy and they cannot issue a refund for our ice cream so I suggested a giftcard instead to try to make it easier. Another 10 minutes goes by and they cannot issue a giftcard because their machine is down, but offer us milkshakes instead. Seeing that was our only option and we have already sat there for an hour, we accepted despite the still large price difference. Finally we get home and they have forgotten items from our order, as well as got our other drinks wrongs.
We went there today about 10:03am and I found a long black hair in my food. They aren't wearing hair nets like they are supposed too
Consistently every time we come here the service is bad. No attention to detail. My order was wrong and they forgot about our drinks and when we told them we still sat for another 10 min. They had maybe 3 other vehicles ordering so definitely not busy enough for the bad service. Every time I have been the service gets worse. Unsure if it’s the age of the employees or just flat out not caring and taking pride in what you do. For how long we waited it was almost worth driving to a different sonic.
Ordered a Reese’s blast that only had only had Reese’s chunks on the top so basically got a cup of ice cream. If they were busy I would understand but there were 4 cars there.
Ordered premium chicken bites fries and 2 cherry limeade with a shot of vanilla both drinks were not made right the chicken bites were Burnt and fries were cooked in old oil
Stay away from this sonic if you value your time and money! I made a mobile order and it charged my card but it gave me an error and didn’t “show my order” the manager wouldn’t even attempt to make things right or even look on the charge on my account and told me to “just go somewhere else” this place is a joke! Ended up leaving with nothing but a bad mood and money out of my bank account
Went there at 5:10 on march 20th, the lady working the drive thru argued with me saying the #7 comes on toast with tomatoes and ketchup which it doesn't. Got irritated and left, wataburger is getting my business tonight. They at least know their menu.
I'm sitting here waiting on my food for 45 mins. I had 2 mobile orders. The app tells you to push the button to let them know that u have multiple orders. I did that and got told "I'm the only one here doing everything " I tried to tell his rude ssa that I wasn't rushing him and the app told me to let them know that I had multiple orders but he j7st disconnected the headset. If your employees can't handle it alone, then you need to hire more people. This if ridiculous and very poor management to say the least. This is also the 2nd time in the last week that there has been 1 employee trying to run this store alone. DO BETTER SONIC.
First drive through was closed, second ordered my food, drive 30 minutes home get it out the bag. Was supposed to have a bacon chz burger meal that comes on toast and two chicken wraps and route 44 sweet tea...I got a breakfast burrito , 2 chicken wraps and nasty tasting sweet tea...3 rd can not get anyone to answer the phone...worst experience
Pulled in for a mobile order for me and my fiancé. My fiancé received her order really quickly, but the car hop was rude and just absolutely disgusting to us. For my order, it took 30 minutes and multiple times of talking to the personnel that was there. Every time that we would look up into the window. Personnel where talking and just Joking around and goofing off my food was cold. Ruined my night. I love sonic. But be better (management please reach out)
Ordered online. Drive thru was closed. It appears it's always closed as other reviews from months ago also say it was closed. Pressed button, it took 20 minutes to hear anything from them. Another 20 minutes to recieve the food that was supposed to be ready (per the app) when I originally pulled in. Very disappointing experience. From all of the (ONLY) negative reviews, it seems as if management needs retraining or to close this location.
