I would give it a 5 with exception of to many homeless wondering around. The store is clean the guys working there are nice and polite the sandwich was great
Great shop. Counter woman all by herself on Saturday night, but worked quickly and efficiently. Never lost her cool or manners. Management should have 2 people on weekends during promotion sales. Not fair to the staff at all.

One of the best Subways I have gone to. Food is good and fresh. Service is friendly.

Once upon a time, in Bridgeport, Connecticut, high school graduate, 17 year old Fred DeLuca, opened "Pete's Super Submarine." In thirty years it has grown to become 42,000 eateries called SUBWAY. For years, when I was traveling, Subway was an easy place to get a vegan meal. While this is still true, they have downplayed the healthy vegan options. The employees, I've spoken with, have no idea what is vegan on their menu. However, the internet does. Their selection of sandwiches and salads has grown. Each is custom-made, in front of you, using the vegetables and proteins the customer requests. I ordered the vegan Italian roll with a selection of veggies, peppers, olives, vinegar, and olive oil. It's a sandwich I have enjoyed for years. Prices are inexpensive. Service is quick. While the selection has been limited, this is still a good place to get a vegan sandwich. Everything's wheelchair accessible. Limited inside seating. Masks are recommended when not seated. Parking is free.
It's hard to order because no one speaks English. I find myself getting easy sandwiches that I don't really want because they don't understand

This was my second time buying lunch here. Never going back again. Spent $15 on 1 salad without meat and half a sandwich with 2 bottled waters. Salad had only 1 slice of cheese cut into half and two tiny pieces of nearly spoiled avocado. Owners are really skimping. My Latino worker with poor English picked it up. So he couldn't make complaint. I'm going to Mc Donald's next times. Much better value than these guys.

Very disappointed with this place. I place my order at 11:30 am said it would be ready by 12pm. When I arrived at 12:10pm my subway wasn't ready and didn't even bother to tell me until I notice to let me now they did not have my subway ready. Its very frustrating had to go back from my lunch with no food. I hope they can update their system soon.
Worst Subway. Tables, DIRTY. Floor, DIRTY. Seems as if they don't wipe anything down. Tried the watermelon drink, and tasted like water unlike other locations. I was discusted. Corporate, heck, or even the health department need to make a surprise visit. Very sad
Worst subway i have ever been to. The WORST service, with (all but 1 nice person) the most rude employees. They are constantly running out of breads, or ingredients (or too lazy to restock)
2 girls working have attitudes, no customer service what so ever. Never once they said please or thank you. No smile. Overall just not a good experience.
I PLACED AN ORDER 05/31/22 AT 1:00 PM SPICY ITALIAN SANDWHICH. I PICKED UP THE ORDER, I GOT BREAD WITH ONLY MAYO AND MUSTARD ON IT. I RETURNED TO GET IT FIXED.... NOT ONLY WAS I HUMILATED BY THE GUY THAT IS WORKING THERE YELLING AT ME TO GET MY SANDWHICH ON MY OWN NEXT TIME BUT TO TRY AND CHARGE ME FOR A WHOLE NEW SANDWHICH. THE TOMATO IS SUPER OLD THERE WAS FLIES EVERYWHERE IN THE STORE. WORT CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DISGUSTING LOCATION.
Can you please hire people who can understand and speak English currently, I always have hard time making my sandwich with Paola cause she doesn’t understand any of my questions. Also the manager on Wednesday morning was very rude, this is the only subway that asks for tips! and also 90% of the staff doesn’t know English. The manager keeps hiring her own people who doesn’t even know English, somebody needs to check on this manager she was there Wednesday morning on December 3th. This is the worst subway ever.
On May 1st I ordered a 12 inch sub on app. So because it is in the app mistakes should not be made, right? It is all on a receipt. It was a toasted bread and cheese. Did not get either. I guess these cheap bastards are saving on the cheese. So I complained to Subway corporation. No response. Today I received an email asking for a feedback on their response. So I gave them feedback I don't think they are going to like.
I've enjoyed Subway for *decades* but for the first time ever I received a sandwich that was just nowhere near the Subway standards from the store at 16226 Ventura Blvd, Encino, CA 91436. The bread was shockingly old, dry, and stale and they should not have sold it. On top of that, the cashier, who had substantial difficulty with communication, tried to overcharge my wife... twice! First by double the correct amount and then by $5.00 over the correct amount. In all fairness, she asked her coworker for help but he ignored her. There's another Subway a couple of miles west at 17261 Ventura Blvd, Encino, CA 91316. It's probably worth the drive up the street to a Subway location where they always seem to care about what they serve. I'll still eat at Subway but definitely not from the store at 16226 Ventura Blvd.
