This is the cleanest place coffee place I have ever been to. Everyone is friendly. As for the below comment, if there was ever a problem with my drink they GLADLY offered to remake it. I can't imagine there's any validity to the last users comment. Jitter bean is amazing.

Great drive through coffee shop! They did have baked goods available if you needed something to eat with your drinks. Service was very kind and quick.

This is a drive-through coffee place. My wife and I didn't know that, and walked to it. The young ladies who worked there were very cheerful and friendly. They took our walk-up order and took great pains to get it right. The coffee was great. We would recommend this place VERY highly!

Haley helped hook me up with some gift cards. I called in advance and she had them ready for me when I arrived. No waiting. Amazing service. And great coffee.

These Jitter Bean hubs are great! Most of the locations are well staffed and keep the line moving quickly without compromising service or quality. Prices are average for the drinks and food items. Friendly staff. New faces all the time so to get good customer service and friendly attitude consistently is a good mark on the organization. Hours are good and the menu is clear and visible as you get to the window.

I routinely come here and they are so nice and honestly underrated. They have really good everything and they are seldom crowded while other coffee places are a 15 minute wait. They have two windows. Look for the less crowded one because some people miss this.

While visiting my brother I walked up to this place on 04/27 and the associates. Took notice immediately while attending to a vehicle which I found impressive immediately as how well aware they were of their Surroundings considering the environment Upon approaching the counter I asked if they took walk ups and the associate smiled and greeted me warmly and answered I have some physical challenges and the associates were absolutely amazingly accommodating Truly blessed and grateful for this place and Strongly recommend this location for awesome service and fresh Java Take note owners of your reading this and be sure to remember this post the next time the associates needs mercy.

Top notch mochas. Most locations, including this one, are a drive through. There is a walk in shop in Arcata. The staff is always super nice, and they're quick.

The staff is very friendly. Although they see hundreds of people every day, they remember all the regulars drinks, and make them with perfection. They really care how accurately they make your drink and that you are satifisfied. I will not go anywhere else :-)

Amazing service, delicious offerings. Nailing the balance of flavors. Locally roasted/operated. Every employee brings their best. Well worth the time to stop by. Small batch cold brew along with ice cream based blended drinks for the summer, along with all your classic hot espresso-based drinks--delicious. Also, if coffee/tea aren't your thing, they legitimately make the best vanilla milkshake ever.

This is seriously the best coffee in town. No one doeso a better espresso pour! I usually order a triple Americano breve, in an 8oz cup...no sugary garbage. That way they can't put too much water, or half n half in it.

I had an Angie's chai tea. Which is a mix between a sweet an spice chai. Had never had a combination. It was very good. Love the mints that these always give. The service was friendly and quick.

I ordered white chocolate mocha and got something completely different was very yucky im very upset they definitely picked up wrong flavor and got a small and got charged over 5 dollars WOW I can get a med at dutch bros for that and definitely always yummy there but I know people make mistakes si maybe someday I will try again

It's a jitterbean, their service is ok, it's pretty quick when you go at the right time. Their coffee is always good tho, and the ones that I go to have some pretty girls working there so that is a bonus

Even large chains like Starbucks manage to offer rewards, so it’s disappointing to see a local business move in the opposite direction. I could have looked past that, but the quality has also gone downhill. My espresso tastes burnt far too often, and on multiple occasions my drinks were like half full before I had even taken a sip. When you’re paying $7.25 for a 20oz drink, plus a $1.25 tip, you expect to actually receive what you paid for. With hundreds of customers a day, shorting drinks may save product, but it definitely costs customer trust. Sadly, this place has lost mine. Thankfully, Shotz Coffee has come to Eureka, they’re more affordable and the quality is noticeably better.
