Good service looks nice and clean, the gentleman was very friendly make my sandwich just like I wanted.
The nice gentleman helped me out using a drink and show me how to use the drink machine and he gave me extra meat on my sandwich. Extra lettuce. He made it look so neat and perfect. I love you thank you.

I have to thank Cindy from lunch shift on Monday Oct 23 for insuring my order was placed to perfection via third party order through Uber Eats, from a 3 year Chemo/AIDS patient at Parkland Hospital, you are deeply appreciated. Cindy- You Freaking ROCK!!!!!

Service here is usually Quick and painless. I go in get what I want and get out. The Subway staff is not a people to go out of their way for customer service at least they have good food.

The sandwich was not worth $10. It was dry as ever. The lady was too stingy with the sauce. The sauce and ingredients make the sandwich not just the ingredients cause the bread wasn't moist. It would have easily been a 5 if she would have fixed it with passion. Too bad I don't have a pic. The only reason I didn't take it back is cause my family and I were on the road , and we didn't have time.

Worst customer service ever ..manager is so rude...don't fallow instructions to make the sandwich like you want ...vegetables looks dried and old ...not a fresh sandwich like they promote 👎
I placed an order that was not even started! The time says they close at 10, I got there (the right address) and told the lady I had a pick up order and she was rude! My order was not even started and she argued saying she didn’t have any orders! And I can’t even cancel cause it says pick up complete when I didn’t get anything! Apparently she closed at 6:50 which if this is the case fix your google info and refund me my money! Yea it’s just 20 some dollars, but if you would have even took a second to be shown that I was correct and admit you failed to provide for the customer I wouldn’t care, but the rudeness and horrible customer service is unacceptable I paid already and I can’t get it back because you failed! I’ll never come here or use postmates again.

As a Subway manager myself I was horrified the service was poor, the store smelled & I added back paid to add bacon & was given an half a slice, but what took me out was when getting my veggies I asked for heavy olives & was told I’m only allowed 6 olives, I just didn’t know what to say store needs new staff & to learn how to keep the veggies fresh just looked nasty & sad, to say I was disgusted would be an understatement
Older Gentleman was Rude and they do not wear mask. I asked and it was said that they're not required to wear them. He also has a problem with making sandwiches the way you ask!!! Toppings are unlimited right?? Also he had a conversation with coworker in Spanish about me while fixing my order. Unaware that I speak/understand a little Spanish.
The one on IRVING BLVD IN DALLAS IS HORRIBLE IN EVERY ASPECT OF THE WORD!!! WORKER RUDE AS HELL THEN DOESN'T WANT TO SERVE YOU WHEN YOU ASK QUESTIONS!!! REALLY

Terrible Rude employees, they will not acknowledge you , leaving you there waiting for a long time then and turn around with an angry face saying that there’s no staff to prepare you’re sandwich ! I made the mistake of stopping here to get a quick to go lunch and I will never do this again .
This subway is at the gas station, it’s so so dirty, one could smell the toilets in all the corners of convenience store and subway. When I got my subs they smelled so so bad and I threw all of them in the dustbin. Please avoid this place at any cost if you don’t want to get diarrhea.
It’s so dirty in here I wish I would give 0 stars but no option my problem is that I placed my order on line and when i came in on the exact time it said it would be ready they said that they haven’t received it and I got to pay for my order again I showed them everything and still didn’t get any good service ZERO STARS DONT GO HERE JUST GO TO A REGULAR SUBWAY
In Dallas for appointments from out of town, almost dinner time and we are all hungry. Place a mobile order for this location. From the moment we went in to pick up the food was just ridiculous. The app let us know the food was ready. Went in to get it, the food wasn’t ready, then was informed that they don’t have the ONLY topping we asked for on the sandwich. The maker was extremely rude the entire time. Didn’t offer any kind of discount or a refund. Didn’t offer an apology. Didn’t offer any kind of resolution. Just smug and rude the entire time. And as everyone knows driving in Dallas at dinner time is not the place be. Took over 30 more minutes to find and drive to a grocery store to buy the topping for our sandwich. Very unsatisfied. Will never visit this location again.
Workers didn’t prepare orders correctly. Paid for double meat and heated meat. Got regular cold meat. So the took my money and shorted the sub. Requested other subs be toss and they didn’t. Wow.
The owner or whatever Suleman was being sooooo disrespectful I placed an order and they “didn’t” have it they didn’t want to give a refund either so they are stealing my money they are doing Fraud here don’t come to this one no kind of professionalism what’s so ever I just hope they learn how to talk to customers and treat us like people and not just dollar signs
