Having been to all of them, this is the best Panda location in north Dallas. They seem to be high-volume so the food is always hot and freshly prepared (unlike most stores). Sometimes there’s a line, but service is pretty quick.

Gets busy at lunch, but that's a good thing. They usually compensate you (with a free drink) for menu items that aren't ready when you are. Food is always fresh. Have yet to have a bad experience here.

I’m never impressed with any of pandas food. I don’t even consider it real Chinese food. But I’m making an exception today, because this panda was really really good from the freshness, and texture and taste of the chow-mien. To all the meats that I had. It was just really good. Very flavorful, and not over cooked. Even the portion size was above average. 5 ⭐️ all day. I’m such a good critic, but this place Got it right. Good chef. Good Job!

The food is good and they are always fast. Whether you go through the drive thru or inside it doesn’t matter, the service is quick. Staff is friendly and fast-paced. They’re following the CDC guidelines properly and without slowing up the turn around time for the food.

Hit or miss, some days are ridiculously phenomenal and fresh, sauces dripping from each piece, rice fully cooked with visible vegetables and egg, semi-flat noodle chow mein thats so good and fresh and tastes like chow mein... but other days the food is dry and definitely isn't fresh. Some hard grains of rice, some dry chicken, dry chow mein that tastes just like dry ramen noodles, you have to search for the "fried" in the fried rice...1 tiny fleck of scrambled egg and 3 peas, 2 tiny flecks of carrots in a whole cup of rice that's it. At least three times myself and my husband have had 1 whisper of beef (2 tiny pieces, I mean quarter size) with a whole 1 cup of broccoli ("beef" and brocolli). Not cool. Orange chicken sometimes is missing the orange flavor, other times it totally on point. Idk why. I've strongly considered asking who cooks there/works during the times it's bomb so I can get their schedule and only go when they're there... but it seems that there's just days when they have to cook everything fresh and then reheat during the week. Not sure. I'm going to test Thursdays for a pattern, last Thursday was awesome, so fingers crossed that Thursdays are the time to Panda your day. Portions are always solid, always generous with condiment packets, egg rolls + spring rolls always good, cream cheese Rangoons are always a miss sadly

Of Panda Express' in the area that have been to, this seems to be the best. They seem to be on getting orders through even toward closing and getting fresh needed dishes out. Only complaint is straw size and not having ice in the lobby soda machine, but they were able to get some behind the counter.

Customer Service is almost a foreign concept to these emploees. The food is almost always great, but I would NOT recommend going through their drive-thru within two hours of closing time. They invariably run out of dishes and only tell you when at the window to pay after they take your order. They will offer alternatives rather than cooking more of your requested entree unless you insist on waiting for it. In fact, the last two times I had to convince them that I would wait for my food. Cashier was very put out that I wouldn't change my order just because it would have been easier for her. It took 30 mins, but finally received what I had ordered and paid for.

I went through the drive thru and it was automated which was odd, but a person soon helped me and it got better. Guy was friendly enough and helped get my order corrected My main issue is I asked for 3 egg rolls, was charged with 3 egg rolls, but when I got back home I was missing 3 egg rolls. Didn't put me in a good mood because of that

It is actually no good. The food quality was really poor, cold, it looked it has been sitting for a while already. I came still one hour before they close and they didn’t have half of the pots with food. Plus the fried rice was actually plain rice with a sketchy look. Plus they should be a bit more polite, looking less weird at you. It really need a lot of improvement.

Drive thru times were fast and the food tasted great, nice and warm it was well presented and not sloppy. My only complaint is that the sweet tea tasted very bland like it was made in the Northern states it was not sweet like it was made in the South at all 🙅🏽‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️ for that I docked you 2 stars good sweet tea is a must have in Texas

The reasturanbt was clean and well maintained. Went around 11:30, several of the entrees were depleted and had 5 to 10 minute waits till refills were available. The fried rice was underseasoned, but not bad. Figured they must have had a decent rush shortly before I got there, so I'm willing to give them a second chance in the future.

This location has some of the rudest associates. I wouldn’t even say rude because they don’t even speak to you when you come in. In order from here frequently for takeout on my lunch break and 8 out of 10 times not one person speaks to you other than “what’s the name” when asking about the order. They all look absolutely miserable working here. Katia (I think that’s her name) never looks up from whatever she is doing and if you ask her something it’s like she is bothered. She walks around like she is mad at the world. I am writing this sitting here in store as we speak and not one person has acknowledged that I’m here and there is absolutely no other customers in the store. There is one group of employees that is absolutely amazing and I wish I had their names. The employee here now finally just asked my name handed me my bag and walked off with nothing else said. The order is never ready when it says it will be and I have to always ask for extras i put on my order. I don’t typically write reviews on places and I’ve contemplated writing this one but something has got to change. After 20 minutes i finally got my order with not a thank you screw you or anything.

Out of all my years living here, this portion of food I got is Unacceptable. Super disappointed. Not happy at all, can’t go back at this point, I got my food though the drive through and had already made it home by the time I noticed. I can literally count how many pieces of the beef I revived. Was told that they were out of forks rather rudely, said alright and sat down with chopsticks. Get up 10 minutes later to refill my drink and there was a restocked container of forks by the machine. Food was decent but horrible customer service.

Never go late at night. We went at 9pm (they don't close until 10) & the staff was disorganized & starting to close up. The food was old & had been sitting out for a while. The front register had been closed out all ready which meant the cashier took my money & went to the drive thru. We waited a few minutes & had started to seat ourselves, get our drinks etc, our food was still sitting on the counter where we could not reach it, and the cashier finally came & called me to the counter to give me just the dollar bill part of my change. I had to point out that she still owed me my change, she turned & went back to the drive thru. Finally one of the other employees handed us our food (stone cold in to go containers even though we were eating in) & a young man who was holding the change dispenser handed me my change. Usually Panda Express is fairly consistent with food quality & good customer service however this location is an exception. If I go to Panda Express again, it will definitely not be to this location.

Took 15 minutes for order to be ready. Got a Sprite and it taste like water. Finally got home only to find out we didn't get out order correct. I call the restaurant , explained to cashier what happened and she goes n complains about me in Spanish without realizing I can hear her and understand perfect Spanish. I'll hate to think what they say about customers that don't speak Spanish. If u speak Spanish then it's good since odds are you will be able to defend yourself if not.... I'm sorry for you.

This is a place I have picked up lunch for years. It is at Webb Chapel and Valley View. The last 3 times I have been there, they did not have their basic ingredient brown rice or steamed rice-only fried rice. I was told it would have to be after 12 noon. They open at 10:30. The order has been wrong at the drive through several times. And, because I come early, I’m usually their only customer. Not sure how they can get the order wrong with no one else’s order to work on at the same time. But, they manage to do it. I may go back in 6 months to a year and see if the help has improved. This is not the only location I visit. Most locations have been fine. Right now, service at this location is lacking pretty badly.

I've been coming here since this location opened and have never had a problem until today. I placed an online order for 3 plates and it's a good thing I checked before leaving because they forgot to give me a whole entire plate. No big deal, I let them know and they apologized and got me my food. After double checking again I noticed that they gave me beef when I asked for black pepper chicken. I let them know again that they messed up my order and one of the female employees had an attitude and told me "well maybe you didn't specify enough" Umm.. the receipt said black pepper CHICKEN on it. I think I specified enough when I placed the order ONLINE. I completely understand that mistakes happen and working in food service isn't easy, but do NOT blame the customer when it was YOUR fault that my order was incorrect. Completely rude and unprofessional.

I came here just right now with the family, to order food with some confusion VANESSA was doing our plates with another guy I didn't get his name but he was awsome. But the VANESSA girl should not be working there. She looked annoyed already. And she even rolled her eyes as well. Terrible service, showed up 30 minutes before close with only 3 cars in front of me and they took 10 minutes to take orders for each car by the time I got a chance to order it was 9:30 and they told me they were closed. They need to put a cone on the drive through because there where still 5 cars behind me. Ridiculous.

Awful service, worse food. Show up at 10:55 am, hoping for a meal, door is locked. Sign on door states they open at 10:30am on weekdays. After waiting several minutes, someone opens the door and informs me that only the drive through is available, and they're still prepping... That's great, except I walked here... Needs better MGMT, and definitely a new owner.

They are consistently out of teriyaki chicken, will occasionally leave out the teriyaki sauce, and tonight I waited 40 MINUTES for two entrees. The employees were rude, unapologetic for the delay, and I just had a terrible experience (again) overall. They need some serious help from management.

I like Panda Express. But the food at this location was bad. The Chow Mien noodles were undercooked and hard, and their signature Mandarin Chicken didn't have chicken in it. It was all fried batter and the sauce. Extremely disappointed. If I didn't take the food to go, I would have asked for money back or exchange for a different dish.

Worst panda meal ever eaten. Protein was old and soggy and the had the guts to still serve it. The veggies tasted like 2 day old soaked in soy sauce but the bad kind of soy. The chicken egg roll was so bad i could not even finish a quarter.

I been to several Panda Express throughtout DFW and honestly this is the worst service, I've had from a PE drive through. Even after repeating my order more then 3 times. I still got the wrong food and she still had the aduacity to ask if they repeated my order. When she was the one who made my order and charged me. And it hasnt been the first time. Only cauze the other locations are to far to drive at night.

One of the worst Panda Express. Manager has no clue what items are getting empty and when to start preparing for refill. All the time there are 3-4 items that are not available and wait for 10-15 mins. Not blame it on the employee, just poor management.

placed an order online. Had a coworker pick it up. She went into the drive though. They handed her an order and told her its $35. She said its already paid for. She paid it, looked at the receipt, went inside to tell them its not the right order. They handed her the right order. She said she needed a refund for the $35. The manager told her she shouldn't of taken it, its her now. The manager told her hes not dealing with this anymore...leave the store.

We usually get PE at least twice a month. However, the service at the Farmers Branch location is consistently disappointing. The staff often seem unhappy and unwelcoming, and my orders are frequently incorrect. Kung Pao Chicken is my favorite dish, but at this location, it barely has any chicken—just a lot of vegetables and sauce. I’ve kept going because it’s close to home, but I’m starting to think it’s worth driving a bit farther for better service and food quality.

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! Let me start by saying it takes A LOT to give a negative review. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for 15+ years, and was a restaurant general manager for 11 of those years. This is the 4th consecutive time ordering through the app, and the 4th straight time I’ve had an issue, always with wait time, two previous orders were inaccurate. I placed my order at 2:21. An email confirmed my order would be ready at 2:42. Arrived at 2:47, no one greeted me for almost a minute. Manager Dylan was interviewing a lady. There was one table occupied and no one in the drive thru, three servers and a cook working. Was told it would be 7 mins to get the steak for my order. I had to get my sick child out of the car and bring him inside to wait. Order was finally finished at 2:58 with no apologies from the staff. Will NEVER come here again. Last time we waited FIFTEEN minutes and the manager gave us a $15 gift card for the inconvenience, which I used on this order. Genuinely hoping someone from upper management sees this review and the complaint I sent so that these issues can be fixed. This location used to be so great! Convenient, friendly and efficient staff, 100% accuracy of order. It’s a shame how it’s gone downhill.

I ordered on line and I ask for condiments soy and sauce chile. The driver came and delivered and I ask him did you bring the chile and soy sauce and he said yes. I tipped him and he left. No Chile or soy sauce. I called the store and they told me come pick it up. I did not order delivery tipped them and now have to go to the store anyway to pick up condiments that's why I order delivery . I told the employee that answered the phone at the store. He told me to came pick it up yourself. If not you can write a review and did nothing to help me. I feel very disappointed with this store and will look to buy elsewhere. Framers Branch location.

Panada is normally a good quick meal. However this location is not good. Extremely slow, and mildly rude service. I ordered online and when I arrived to pick up the order (after the promise time) it was not ready and I was told it would take another 20 minutes to be done.

I am sitting here eating scraps at 9:15 pm. They supposedly close at 10:30 but there was only scraps left and drink station was shut down. I came here to enjoy a meal and very disappointed. If you close at 9 then change the signs and hours of operation

Terrible location. Manager should be fired. Food is never kept up with and they won’t offer to prepare more. I won’t be returning to this location ever again. Walked out without ordering on last visit.

They don't give you a fork when you go through the drive thru. They don't tell you and if you ask for one you are.told that they don't have any to give drive thru and that if you want one you have to come inside and get it your self.

Dont bother ordering on this branch specially if you only have 1hr break from work coz it would take almost 1hr to prepare the food for just 1 dish!!!!!! Never again!

I stop to panda just because my daughter wants Panda but after this experience I never going to come back to this location I place my order at the speaker I came to the window young lady ask me for my order I told her my order she was frustrated and Sophia came and said that they don’t have my order that I need to came around the drive thru again because that’s no fair that person behind me already order I said I placed my order, let me talk to the manager on duty, she said we don’t have manager on Sunday really??? Who is in charge if something happens? Well we don’t have nobody !! I ask for the GM and his name is Kevin also I request his phone number but she just ignored me, I went to Jack in the box better service , they have a manager on duty and cheaper, Jack in Box definitely gained another client.!!!

My husband and I placed an order, and honestly, one of the employees had a really sour attitude. My husband asked for a specific meat, and she was about to give him the wrong one. When we corrected her, instead of just fixing it, she snapped back saying that wasn’t the name of the meat. The funny part is that the label on the display case clearly said the name my husband used. When I pointed that out, she got even more annoyed. I get it—it’s not easy working on a Sunday for minimum wage, but at the end of the day, customers aren’t the ones to blame. The food itself was good, no complaints there, but the customer service was really disappointing. Hopefully, she’ll one day find a job she actually enjoys and gets paid better, because maybe then her attitude would match the quality of the service.

Don’t even bother this place sucks. Prepare for 1 piece of meat from both entrees if you do. Absolutely the worst panda I’ve ordered from. And I’ve given them 3 chances.

We got two bowls of the noodles with Orange chicken. We have had that many times in the past, but the chicken was extremely hot and we were not able to finish them. I called the store and the manager told me to bring one bowl back because they may have given us the spicy chicken instead of regular. We took one back like he said and stated that it was the regular chicken. Well, like i said, we have eaten this very same thing before and it was never so hot we couldn't enjoy it. I think the cook was either new or just got too happy with the spices. At any rate, he refunded us for one bowl, which he should have given us the full refund, since he told me to just bring one back. Too bad, because after this we will not be returning.

Wendy gave me a hard time charging me for my order, and refused to give me the drink that she was charging me for without giving me the receipt first. Wendy and her other coworkers were making fun of me from across the dining room as if I couldn't hear them. Very rude, and did not apologize and admit to any of this when I called them out on it. Last night I Joined my family for a late dinner. We purchased 4 large drinks with our food and once done paying I asked for the new lemonade that was on the counter near the register. I was told that that was an extra charge, but never offered or asked if I was interested in paying for the charge. I don't drink soda but decided to go ahead and try to get tea instead. The sweet tea was empty, so I asked if I could get some from behind the counter, but was told they were out of that as well. I went back over to try the other tea, which was not flavorful at all. I dumped that out and decided to get lemonade. The lemonade also had an odd taste but decided not to try anything else as the other options were soda. As we ate our meal, I watched the staff tear down their lemonade, machine, and leave the pink lemonade I had initially requested sitting on the counter in a plastic container. Once we were finished and getting ready to leave, I noticed the manager walking around on the floor, so I mentioned to him that we had purchased four large drinks with our meals but the drinks being so limited I wasn't able to drink anything. This was meant as just a comment, but the manager decided to argue with me, trying to prove his point that the lemonade was just changed out. While I understand, that may have been the fact of the matter It doesn't take away from what I tasted in my cup. I continue to watch the manager, sit there and try every drink to prove his point. I mentioned to him that this was not an argument, and I didn't bring this up to fight with I mentioned it just as a passing comment. My family and I spent quite a bit of money last night. I was not offered to pay the up charge on the pink lemonade. Then it was taken down just to sit on the counter for me to stare at while I ate. This comes down to customer service, plain and simple. I've worked in the food industry. I understand what it's like to change out boxed drinks and there's a good possibility that I caught the end of the last box of lemonade in my beverage or it's time to clean your hoses. I don't know. What I do know is that I wasn't asking for anything free, I wasn't asking for a refund, I was simply stating that the choices to drink available were extremely limited while I was eating and really just wanted to be heard. I will never be back to this Panda. There was so many different ways that the manager could've handled this but instead decided to argue, as if I was trying to get something free out of it. There was already such strong hesitation when ordering our food to get items that were low. I understand that it was 9 PM but you close at 10 and I dined in, so I was able to verify that the store remains busy and active until closing. Maybe you should employ people that don't mind staying and working until closing time. It had been years since I had been to panda and the solidifies that it will be years before I go back.

*** Update — Do yourself a favor and go out of your way to visit the Panda Express in Addison, located off Midway and Trinity Mills. That location is hands down 100% better in every aspect—better management, a more welcoming atmosphere, and a team of friendly staff who genuinely care and handle situations with professionalism. Although it’s a bit farther for me, the level of service at the Addison location makes it well worth the extra drive. You can immediately tell that management there takes pride in their store and leads by example. The difference is night and day compared to the Farmers Branch location. Unfortunately, this Farmers Branch location has shown a lack of accountability when issues arise—rather than resolving concerns directly, they simply refer you to corporate. It’s disappointing when a business doesn’t take ownership of its mistakes. If you’re looking for a consistently positive experience, great service, and a team that values its customers, skip this location and head to Addison. You’ll be glad you did. Absolutely Disappointed by the Management at This Location If I could give this Panda Express location zero stars, I would. The customer service—specifically from the manager—was unacceptable and unprofessional. I had placed an online order that my sister and her baby went to pick up. When she arrived, she was charged $35, even though the meal was already paid for. Upon returning to the cashier to clarify, the cashier realized that they had mistakenly given us someone else’s order (someone who ordered after us). The cashier acknowledged the error, apologized, and said they could process a refund and provide us with our correct order once a manager authorized it. (This is how it should be handled, no problems up to this point) That’s when everything went downhill. The manager who came to assist showed an astonishing lack of professionalism and courtesy. Instead of resolving the situation calmly, he accused us of trying to scam the restaurant for free food, raised his voice, and refused to take back the incorrect order—even though we didn’t even want to keep the incorrect order—and refused to refund us from the incorrect order. He stated that if they issued a refund, the food would just be thrown away. That’s on them for their mistake. Let me be clear: we were simply asking for the food we actually ordered—nothing more. The accusation and condescending tone were entirely unwarranted, and the situation could have easily been resolved with basic decency and accountability. Mistakes happen, and that’s understandable. But how they are handled reflects the values of the business and its leadership. This manager showed a complete lack of customer service skills, professionalism, and problem-solving ability. I hope the customer behind us that received their wrong order don’t face the same treatment when they realize the mistake. This experience left a terrible impression.

I went there to get lunch today for me and 2 coworkers. Out of mushroom chicken, steak, teriyaki chicken, and fried shrimp. The lady was extremely rude and had an attitude. I left and will never go to a Panda Express restaurant again! Not only was half of the food unavailable. They where not busy and the employee was extremely rude!

Ordered 2 sides of chow mein and 2 of orange chicken they dropped 4 pound of chow mein and a scoop of chicken, this place is a joke and how lazy do you have to be to have a ai machine in the drive thru instead of a normal person?

When ordering your food in the drive thru, please be sure to check your order. I ordered a bowl, broccoli beef and white rice. The amount of beef served was pathetic(4 pieces) and the rest was broccoli. Seriously it might as well been just broccoli and the beef was an after thought. This is not the first time this has happened to me at this location, they short you on meat and charge you full price. I’ve tried calling this location to let the management correct this but they don’t answer their phones. It sad but I don’t trust this place anymore. They are consistently having the same issue.

Old broccoli and beef. I called to tell them this didn’t taste good. And I told them I wouldn’t recommend them serving it to anyone else, the manager got a attitude and said “I don’t understand, your not going to get sick” and seemed to me like she was more worried about not throwing away her product than serving this out to us. Look how old the broccoli looks. And she tells me the ingredient is off. No, the food is old.
