Excellent food and even better service! The manager Richard was the nicest guy I’ve ever met at a food establishment. He came over to our table personally to ask how it was and told us that if we need anything to just let him know. What a guy. I would highly recommend to anyone. Added bonus: This Qdoba location is the cleanest one I’ve been to!

I love QDOBA since my very first bite!! I love it so much that I'm down in Florida right now and lucky me there was another QDOBA right in the airport!! So I snatched up another burrito bowl just like the first picture. Best part is that it tastes just as amazing as it does in NY. Same attention to detail. And the employees are just as nice as the Farmingdale employees are. Kudos to management. I LOVE QDOBA. 😋😁👏

Went there for dinner last night. Very nice addition to the neighborhood. Food was fresh , very tasty and fill of Mexican aroma. You can choose your food according to your taste. They have lots of salsa. Vegetables, protein and different types of sauce and ingredients. Restaurant is very nice. Clean , beautiful ambience. Staff is very nice and welcoming. Definitely will go back again.

The employees should find another place to store their aprons. It's crazy how they would interrupt our lunch and make us stand up so they can diflg for their aprons under the booth seats. Also, they wouldn't even excuse themselves and ask nicely, they just gave us an awkward stare. Probably because not knowing english, but it was kinda rude.

Food is great, everything is fast, and the people are nice. My only issue: On a night they were closing at 10. I got there 9:56. They had their doors locked as though they were closed and the workers were still inside I understand they were close to closing but we're talking about food. I was pretty desperate that night for something relatively healthy after a late work night and after that anything healthy is either too expensive or already closed 🫤

It's another Mexican-inspired fast food restaurant. Prices are comparable to similar ones. I like that they are partnered with Cholula hot sauce. It's a good lunch spot.

My family and I always loved eating here but lately we're disappointed. I order thru my wife Kimberly's app account and the past few orders have been missing ingredients or lacking the normal amount of food we usually get. My last 35$ order 2 days ago for 2 rice bowls and a quesadilla would've been brought back for a refund but it was late. The chicken quesadilla had about 6 pieces of chicken, a few peppers and barely any cheese. It was thinner than Taco Bells which is pretty pathetic. One rice bowl was supposed to have rice, beans, carnitas, sour cream and cheese. No cheese, a spoonful of sour cream, meat and beans each and was 90% rice. The 2nd bowl was was plentiful but also missing cheese, had 3 pieces of lettuce and a spoonful of meat. Do I have to come in to order and stand over the server while instructing them how to prepare my meal? I hate to complain and the last time I sent a not so good response to a satisfaction email and a private email I never received a response. Chipotle is right across the street so I think we'll be going back to them next time.

A decent time was had as we stopped in for a quick bite at QDOBA at Farmingdale. Haven't been at QDOBA in a while. It seems that it was more flavorful before? The portions are more than enough. Staff were welcoming.

I am editing my review because customer solutions offered to replace the meals. I visited location and I was told I needed to see manager (which I did) again guests ahead of me had so much food you could not close lid and my bowls were given a more rice than last visit but very little meat. We do not put anything else in bowl. When I got to the register I was told I could only use 1 of the 2 complimentary meals. My grandkids were still hungry after eating.

There were two Hispanic employees that were very rude and unprofessional; tall Hispanic fair-skinned male with glasses who stated that he was the assistant manager, and a short dark-skinned Hispanic female with freckles. They were both not using gloves while serving after handling money at the register for other customers. I order from here frequently, and their level of professionalism was terrible. I asked for their names and they stated that they cannot provide them.
