Excellent service specially 2 of the managers Mr Abu & Ms Monica. Many times they took my orders & served me with extraordinary services like a big smile, giving extra sauce, ketchup, napkins etc etc. I’m a fond of KFC fan for their hospitality & friendly service. Very friendly and efficient. They do need a better machine so you can hear the server, at the drive thru you could barely hear the server, but she was very patient with me. She and the entire staff there are assets to the company. Can not wait to re visit this KFC.

I really enjoy chicken crispy and fried side great, but the most important was 2 lovely and kindness ladies who attended us with New Yorker hospitality. I recomend this KFC not only for the food but also for excellent staff working on it.

My recent visits were over the Super Bowl weekend. The staff we're very friendly and made sure my order was correct. They actually apologized for a delay in an item that I had ordered which I appreciated that it wasn't necessary but it goes to show me that their cognizant about the customers. Chicken was cooked very good. The mac and cheese and the baked beans are excellent.

Customer service is very friendly and the staff is terrific even when they are faced with a difficult customer. Saw promo for the popcorn chicken and decided to try it out which wasn't bad compared to my last trip which was years ago that left a bad taste.... chicken was dripping in oil had to throw it away. Which was why I never went back until recently...I might try their chicken again to see if it has improved. I'm usually a Popeye's girl but let's see kfc!😁

We bought the bucket meal. The chicken was excellent but they gave is the wrong drink. We ordered diet soda and they gave us sweet iced tea.

Out of the way KFC. Great location, however, service a little less than expected. Ordered 8 pieces and half of a wing counted as a piece. Almost no one there at 10:30PM. Not sure if it is because of service or because it is almost time for them to close.

The vegan chicken was half ok and the other half the texture was too hard and chewy!! The secret recipe was good.i also had the Cole slaw and mashed potato that was delicious and fresh!

I ONLY give this place 4 stars because of the worker Alyson all the other workers there don't pay attention to what they're doing don't listen to orders I go there buy food and they don't give me all my exact order they don't give me forks they don't give me napkins they always get my drink wrong they really need to start paying attention but like I said the only really good worker there is Alyson she always gets my order right and does everything right she should definitely be running that place All the other women that work up front as well all don't pay attention and half of them arent even wearing masks during this pandemic like obviously I need forks in my bag and napkins if I'm ordering takeout to begin with and they always forget to give me forks and napkins and then always get my drink wrong. It's a KFC, obviously, and if you like their take on chicken, you will not be disappointed here. Individual pieces tended to be on the large side, and all looked and tasted fresh, even juicy, something some chicken chains fall short on. The operation is small, with very few seats, but the drive-through is fast and rarely crowded.

They make mistakes on takeout too often. You have to tell them 3 times to get it correct. The made order mistakes 2 tomes on 3 visits

Tried the new KFC nuggets. They're lightly breaded chunks of white meat chicken. Delicious, but a bit pricey for what you get. The nuggets are kind of small too, but they blow away typically fast food nuggets on taste and quality. No mystery meat here just chicken.

I decided to order from here because I was craving a famous bowl while I was a patient in the hospital nearby. Grubhub came fast but the soda was flat and warm! The food came warm and fresh so that was a good thing!

It use to be great. You would catch me eating a 5 dollar fill up box almost every Friday. I would eat it by the window. Best part was the unlimited refills. The Obese Manager Fat Joe was recently let go, and the Bengali guy went back to Bangladesh. So since then the place became terrible. No upkeep, no clean. Not told of senior discount till I asked I am 67 and actually complained how difficult it was for an older person to use payment methods. Told me no way yo give after the fact when someone is visibly a senior citizen not offered the discoumt.

We ordered a small pitcher and four tapas to split. The summer salad with bacon was similar to how most bacon kale salads taste. The Cajun shrimp sauce was creamy and so good I had to dip my bread in it too. The shrimp itself was overcooked. The fried plantanos were decent in comparison to the sautéed mushroom skillet! Would definitely recommend this place for a casual night of food and drinks or happy hour.

This KFC is one of the reasons why people go crazy for Popeye's. Why do they serve cold wings? Not sure but if you buy hot wings you would think they will ne hot and spicy!

Bad experience today. Was waiting at drive through order window for 10 mins with no order. Had to go inside and just felt very unorganized. The workers were nice but not a good day of customer service where they normally are good.

I ordered from the app, went in to pick up my order at the time was given to me on the app. Not only it wasn’t ready, they kept chatting with other patrons ordering the food at the counter and serve their order first. I waited an extra 10 mins. They say I had to wait because it’s an online order.

I bought a large family dinner and a famous bowl for take out. When I got home, my bowl was missing. I had to go all the way back and let them know it was missing. I got the bowl, but they need to double check orders and make sure the customer gets everything.

Slow service, went in there 6 p.m. on a Sunday and no more white meat AKA breast. Okay I'll have the chicken and waffles,sir we ran out of the syrup so we're not serving the chicken and waffles even though someone may not care about syrup. Okay I'll have some chicken tenders with ranch dressing on the side. We ran out of ranch dressing. Unbelievable and to top it all off the chicken tenders were overly cooked as can be very dry.

NO PLATES, NO SAUCES, 8 Pieces were (2 breasts, 3 thighs, 3 legs). Order ticket clearly states 2 br, 2 th, 2 legs 2 wings. And clearly states 4 plates, 4 sauces. COMPLETE FAIL. Also, this is 2nd order in a row from this store - NO PLATES.

Way over priced! Does KFC remember it's just chicken? A 12 piece family bucket is $50!!! I go to Stop & shop who has some of the best fried chicken and it cost $14.99 for 12 pieces. The biscuits are good but the sides were cold and no flavor. Again S&S had great sides that were hot and even had good Mac & cheese. KFC has lost their way.

KFC has fallen off big time. At this location I saw a worker use tongs to pick up chicken off of the floor. He saw me watching him and put the tongs under the drive thru register instead of in the sink. Later I saw him drop frozen cookies on the floor. He put the trays on the floor and was about to pick up the cookies off of the floor and put them back on the tray when he looked up to see me watching him in dismay. He picked up the trays off of the floor and put them in the oven. Left the cookies on the floor. Later I was told that he was the manager. Disgusting!!!

Terrible service, drive thru was not open. As understanding customers we parked and went inside, NO ONE at the counter and a couple people waiting to be attended. Rear door of the restaurant was open and very little attention to customers from the employees. Aside from that the kitchen looks very dirty. Decided to take my business else where. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this kfc, this kfc needs a renovation and better staff. If not it would be better for another restaurant to take over the premises.

Horrible place; they are not using any ingredients from the original KFC, all locally baked nasty salty chicken, just using the brand name. Quality of the chicken is poor and if you order non spicy chicken it is just nasty and spicy too has the same odd taste. The price is too heavy and the customer service is poor!! Someone from food and safety must inspect this place and penalize them for selling local foods under a branded name, cheating the public.

My visit at KFC was not good we asked for original chicken, one piece of freshly cooked chicken breast that came out the fryer. The people there arent friendly. The cashier's name was Khan. One of my pieces of chicken were missing. Of course I'm not going to count all the pieces of chicken while being there because you would think that you can trust them. At the time we went to get the food, it wasn't busy at all. We called the number multiple times after reaching home, and they purposefully chose not to pick up. They must do this all the time and this the time they got caught.

Please get YOUNGER STAFFING, I understand the electronic speaker is out of order, the old Jamaican lady takes half my order by the window walks away, brings my half my order telling me my total and I told her politely may I get another item & she walks away saying “come on man”, she brings the additional item (size she chooses) & when I told her ma’am you’re rude & wrong for the attitude that I wasn’t completed with my order, she then asks if the item she’s holding if I want it in medium or large. At this point I don’t want anything from kfc. She prepared half my order with an attitude, and I told her I am leaving I do not want any items from her she said go. The service here is so bad that it'll make your head spin. The drive-thru is almost always a disaster. They will fail to respond and then refuse to take your order if you decide to drive up to the window, even though there is signage that allows you to do so. Half of the time I've been here they always get the order wrong and you always need to check your food when you receive it. This must be some kind of family-owned franchise where the owner got all of the cousins he hates to work here.

The staff are extremely rude, the manager is worse, he needs some customer training. KFC has always been my favorite take out chicken because it is truly delicious, but I will no longer be ordering it and I will make sure to tell all of my friends and family not to order food from any KFC in the future. Maybe Popeye's has better customer service.

I am regular customer over there, this is not the first time it’s happened. I order for 4 original Chicken, they gave me three original chicken and one crispy, which I was not notified by them.
