I understand that area is a busy place but this McDonald’s seriouslyNEEDS security not this one but two or more The school children comes in, especially the teenagers come in Disturb the place make it uncomfortable for people come in and eat. Some of them will come with your friends and smoking teenagers while people are eating. The McDonald's is always crowded.The staff is frustrated due to the fact that it's always crowded! They have security , but he does a terrible job. I've seen multiple fights in this establishment that could have been avoided if security was paying attention.

I placed order and asked to use the bathroom, Hispanic manager told me to ask security for a token to use bathroom. There is no security, meaning there’s no way to use bathroom. The franchise owner/operator should genuinely be ashamed for how they run this restaurant. They give the staff no resources to be successful and provide decent service. They don’t have enough security to manage the shady people within and outside the store. I have complained to corporate and gotten no response.

This is the worst McDonald’s in New York. The cleaning lady was very rude and clearly had an attitude. Someone spilled coffee, and she was mopping that area. I was standing on a dry spot waiting for my order — not blocking her at all. She told me to move, then angrily threw down a Wet Floor Cone right in front of me. It wasn’t physically threatening, but it was disrespectful, unprofessional, and full of attitude. Management should really look into this. The only polite employee was an Asian boy at the counter who was kind and helpful to customers.

I mobile ordered a Happy Meal today but they gave me an "Unhappy and very greasy meal" instead. I an very disappointed as Tinytan cross over with them and suppose this is a meaningful event to celebrate BTS comeback. However, their service is bad which they hand over to me an open box with a lot of grease marks. They don't even close it when they shout the order number for pickup. No personal hygiene at all. Even worse they threw the ketchup when I asked for (which they never give you any ketchup or napkins to begib with) directly at your food without gloves. This is very disgusting and unacceptable. How can a multi million dollars company have such poor quality control 🤬

my boyfriend bought food from here and when the employees made his sandwich wrong he asked for a refund. In between asking for a refund a manger snatches the bag of food from him and gave him a comment. Not professional at all of the manager and made his experience terrible.

Machine broken in the middle of order, refused to apply promo offer. Then asked for manager he didn’t even look and instantly said no. Then when I asked if I can just buy a soda full price they refused to take the order. Racism is still loud and clear, and present at this McDonald’s. It’s hard being black in America. Ordered food on the app while on the way to work. Simple enough, the app says it's open and Google says it's open 24hrs so life is good. I get here and was denied entry because they weren't ready to be open and I already clicked i was the in the app.

The white lady serving the food at the front desk had a very bad attitude, her eyes were always glaring at the guests. I hope the boss or manager can see my comments. Because this kind of employee needs to be retrained to correct her attitude towards guests!
