Fantastic Chinese North Eastern Cuisine! Their BBQ is affordable and delicious! Lamp soup and Chicken Bone are super yummy!
As a folk from southern China, I have had the best mutton soup ever. It has no fishy smell and tastes great.

Came here 3 years ago on a trip to New York and still haven't forgotten about it! The skewers and lamb soup is a great example of Northeastern chinese fare, very good eating
Nice taste of noodles and soups. The hot pot is very good and spicy. Dumplings have freshest meat of lamb & vegetables. A good choice of barbecue restaurant in Flushing!👌🙏
Highly recommend zouji pancake for just $1 each, taste great at a very reasonable price! AND, don't forget their lamb soup as well.
The old school style pan-cake wrap burrito (煎饼果子) taste exactly like the old days!!! HaErBin sausage is a gift from heaven, fry dough is same price as downtown flushing but twice big. Nothing fancy there but everything is fair priced and taste right, which is hard to find these days. I'm gonna try other stuff next time I visit there.
Best chive pockets in flushing!!! Everything is made fresh, yet their prices are extremely affordable and reasonable. Nina is very kind. If you stay, try their unlimited house made chili paste they leave on each table! They are very vegetarian friendly too with tons of options! My recommendations: chive pockets, tofu soup, egg bread, fried bean paste buns, and so much more. my meat eating friends love the pork bun and pork and pickle buns.
I really really like this restaurant. We had the 肉夹馍、 豆花、 和 葱油饼。They were all crunchy. It was really delicious and one of the best food I had ever had eaten.
Delicious youtiao (fried doigh) that doesn’t feel like biting into oil when you eat it. Chive pancake and jianbing were also good, people were so friendly. They didn’t understand English so it’s not them being rude on purpose, don’t obsess over their English ability when everything’s delicious and $2
I found this restaurant in my APP. I like Northern Chinese food so I chose Jelly bean curd, Chinese savior crep, beef pancake, Fried Chinese chives pocket. All of them are so delicious. Even one of my friends who only likes Cantonese food thumbs up for the Chinese savior crep there. During the pandemic, their delivery service is very smart. They arrived at your home in time and just left the food at you your door. You don’t need to meet them face to face. I feel very comfortable with the delivery process. Will order it online again!

This is the only place I’ve found that serves traditional Chinese breakfast 豆腐脑油条— they’ve got over 15 authentic options to choose from

Lamb soup and meat pies are the way to go. The bbq is pretty good. Pepper is super spicy. Egg plant is good
The value here is exceptional. For just $10, we enjoyed a lamb bun (羊肉夹馍), scallion pancake (葱油饼), and bean curd soup (豆花汤). However, we were disappointed to find that all the dishes were pre-made and reheated in a microwave. Despite this, the 羊肉夹馍 was outstanding—though the lamb was quite fatty, it was tender and authentically seasoned. The bean curd soup was also delightful, perfect for a winter day, offering a comforting warmth with every spoonful. The scallion pancake is quite dry due to the reheat. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the establishment was concerning. Food was exposed on tables in an unclean environment, detracting significantly from the overall experience.
羊肉夹馍 (lamb hamburger) is good. My son loves 豆花(soft tofu soup). 葱油饼(scallion pancake) not that good. They premade food and reheat, which I am not a fan of, but understandable as this type food need fast turnover. Price is unbeatable.

My friend asked me to drive her here for some takeout. She likes the food here, especially the breakfast items. I wasn’t sure why so I decided to go with her and take a peek. Indeed, the place is busy and likely a local hot spot. I’m just not too keen on them putting out the food on the table in an open space. Easy to get contaminated by a cough or sneeze from customers. Other than that, the locals show a preference for the food 👍

I ordered the beef skewers, they gave me lamb. The chicken skins are disgusting 🤢. The pork is as dry as sand paper. Only squid is eatable. Avoid ordering skewers. The beef mini pancake is just flour dough! Thick flour dough!
We ordered noodle with lamb. The soup is light, we have to add salt, vinegar and spicy oil in the soup to make it more flavorful, otherwise is just like water. The chopped lamb portion is not big, but the noodle is good though

I placed an order for BBQ Togo, they told me the total is $35. However, based on their menu my total is supposed to be $33. When I got there, try to figure out why is 35, the boss told me the menu is expired and now the lamp bbq is 2$ per skewer, I felt be ripped off. Even if 2$ for lamp bbq, the total is not $35. I have no idea how they come out the total. And their attitude was extremely rude because I questioned their calculation. They charged me at 1.5$ at the end and corrected the total to 33$, but they were very unhappy. So if you go there try buy something please make sure the price with them before you placed order and don't forget you can bargain because they rise the price without any notice. Second thing is the quality of BBQ is not as good as before, the chicken heart is extremely dry and not eatable at all. Finally and most important is the person who prepared the food didn't wear gloves or mask!!!!! I questioned why not wearing mask, especially in this pandemic period, the old lady said he is healthy anyway... I was like .... okay! Please stay away from this store ...if the hygiene of food is your concern!!!

Ordered for take out and informed him no scallions, he made it with scallions. Then I called back ask him what to do, he asked me to bring back, I was already home, I was 20 mins away from him, asked him either deliver another one without scallions to me or give me credit for it, he told me lets talk about it next time with nasty attitude. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE
I came for breakfast because I was in the mood for oil sticks and soy milk. The oil stick was good, however the soy milk had a burnt taste. It’ll stick with you for hours, ruined my tastebuds for a good half day. I also ordered the pastry with beef. It was cold but ok, however, I was given the pork one. Total $4.50
Disgusting porridge, we got food poisoning, the health department needs to check this place
