Jersey Mike's Subs

Best sandwiches. Just period. The Jersey shore favorite is a master class in delicate thin sliced meat and perfect toppings. Get it Mike's way - it compliments the meats perfectly. They also have the best Philly cheese steak around. Any way you order it - regular, Chipotle, or big kahuna (extra stuff and jalapenos), you will be delighted. The only sandwich I have ever had here and not enjoyed was the pastrami Reuben. The pastrami just didn't resonate with me. And they have Miss Vickie's chips for good measure - and wild Cherry Pepsi! This place rules.

I love Jersey Mike's overall, but this particular location stands out. The kids that work there are fun and helpful and quick.

Very clean and well ran sub shop! Delicious sub and all the staff was very friendly! Its not often I want to eat my sandwich in the actual shop but this place had a very relaxing atmosphere and more importantly, clean!

Staff was great, went outta their way when i asked the difference between extra meat/cheese and double meat/cheese on a #17 giant, double meat double cheese, no onions or bell peppers. Great sandwich, thanks Jersey Mike's at 620/Anderson Mill!!!!

My first time trying Jersey Mike's - had the Original Italian on rosemary bread. The staff was great, very helpful, and I was happy to see them cut all the meat & cheese fresh, just like in the commercial. I was a little nervous that the rosemary bread wouldn't be a great choice, but it had a great texture and both rosemary and parmesan on the top crust which was a great addition, not at all overwhelming. Really great ingredients, fulfilled my craving for an Italian sub!

We got 3 sandwiches delivered that we ordered online. We made some “special instructions” on two of them that weren’t followed. They have yet to make a correct order here. It’s not the first time either. Tonight I ordered a #1, the turkey club, with no alterations. As is. No substitutions. What I received was a triple bacon with no other meat sandwich. I’m not sure if my order was mixed up with someone else’s, but at this point it doesn’t matter. What I got is entirely too salty to be eaten. Best to pick another location. Update: Quick response from owner, so points for that. It turns out Favor messed up the order which is why I got the BLT instead of turkey club. Restaurant got the sandwich right, but it’s still entirely too salty.

If I order a $20 sandwich and pay $2 extra for extra meat, I better not be getting a sandwich with over an inch on each end of the sandwich with no meat, and less meat stacked than you could get on a regular sandwich at Subway (which is pitiful in its own right). Then, I ordered jalepenos and banana peppers, and in total, on a GIANT sub, I got about 6 slices of jalepenos and 6 slices of banana peppers. That's like one every 3 or 4 bites. Even the amount of lettuce is lacking. The first time, we just thought maybe we got a new employee or something, but then ordering again, a giant with extra meat, and not even getting the former regular amount, it's clear they aren't interested in maintaining the quality they once had. We used to get sandwiches from here all the time, but maybe we'll take our business elsewhere in the future. I don't know how they ever thought we wouldn't notice such a drastic decrease in quality.

Good food but when I asked the older lady making my sandwich if she can put my chips in my sandwich, she gave me an ugly stare and said I could do it myself in a rude manner. Never had a problem like this at other Jersey Mikes’.

The first ingredient in the bleu cheese was soybean oil and a million other gross things. The ranch tasted like it was from a bottle and plastic-y. It's really not that hard to make in house, fresh dressings. It says you use the 'freshest, quality ingredients'.....not so with your ranch and bleu cheese. The service was excellent, tho.

What are the long-term health effects. Have left a message with the Austin division of OSHA. The least they could do is stop using the grill until it is repaired and working properly. Will keep you all posted on the outcome of this incident. Please post your complaints in as many places as possible. Silence is agreement with the circumstances.
