Customer service is exceptional, food is always fresh and great, delivery drivers are on and are ones of the nicest as compared to all other pizza carriers. Been using this location since the covid-meme Each delivery driver has been courteous. If there has been any issues, they will call me in advance. Such as ETA of pizza delivery time. I respect their transparency. I only question where are the National Coupon deals. Must be a franchise thing.

Pizza was here super fast. Like hang up and play a match online and it was here before I finished. Wow. Came as I ordered it. Chill staff. No pushy on the phone and delivery guy was same. Guess I was lucky and called on a not busy day and a good staffed time. They earned the 5 star.

I literally created an account to come here to say whoever made my pizza 10/03/2025 around 9pm is a God. I literally ascended after the first bite. Good shit brother. Delivery was quick as hell too. Props to yall.

The cashier and staff making the food were all friendly. One of my pizzas was made wrong. I ordered a bacon pineapple but they accidentally added sausage too. Extra toppings is a win but I can understand not having what you ordered. Overall, standard Dominos consistency.
I've consistently good service from this place. What is not great is the app when I try to place an order- it was being extra uncooperative one day and at the end of the ordering process a survey appears that reads, more or less, " how was your ordering experience?" I gave it one star because the app was frustrating. But apparently this reflects on the reputation of the domino's restaurant where the order was placed. That's not fair to the domino's location; they didn't make the app. The survey says " ordering experience" which would appear for those ordering online regardless of place of pickup or delivery. Now this domino's location has a 1 star tied to them and not Domino's ( the company) app/website. Domino's please fix this so franchise locations don't get the criticism aimed at your products.

Food is great! Love the thin sliced pizza. However on this particular day, service sucked! I ordered before I went they said 10 min I got there after 15. people started piling in to pick up orders but nobody was walking out. After a few minutes customers took it upon themselves to check the names on the pizzas that we're being boxed and put on the shelf. Finally three employees came from the back, seen the chaos and stepped in to help. The cashier was not fully trained and there was absolutely no communication coming from the back..
The customer was not to bad. Different experience, there lobby was closed due to Covid Restrictions. Waited outside for my order. Sometimes their tracker can wrong as mine tracker said my order ready but it was not when I walked up. Overall though not too bad. Be safe out there, blessings to you all.
I love Dominos but I've had to resort to Papa John's for the past year because this place always burnt their pizzas and put too much cheese. All other dominos in the nearby town r great but Fontana dominos is a no go... Or so I thought. I'm happy to say that recently I got dominos on 2 occasions from here and it seems as tho they may have turned things around. I have been wanting to reach out to Dominos company and complain about this specific store but it looks like someone or they beat me to it. If service continues to be great these next few months I would be happy to give more stars.
Ordered a pan pizza, some slices came out as if somebody smashed their fish down on it, I went back in and showed them, they let me keep the pizza they gave me and made me a new one. I had no issues whatsoever, only issue I had is that the lady who seemed like the manager asked the guy what was wrong with my pizza when I returned it, it seemed like she had an attitude and rolled your eyes, people like that representing Domino's and their company and values I believe should not be working at such Domino's, Domino's is my absolute go to but it seems like there are certain establishments to which I would avoid, some of the best Domino's I've ever visited were Loma Linda and Glendale, it seems like a lot of the employees that work at Domino's are used to making La Pizza Loca Pizzas I know their garbage pizza, I tried once and never again, again it comes down to managerial power, they should be overseeing all the quality, training and all other processes folow suit correctly to make a good quality Pizza that Domino's has been known for, I don't want to, I've been going to Domino's for 5 years straight since I've stopped my Pizza Hut bingeing but it seems like there might be a change coming 😞

I have ordered here a couple of times and my experience was ok (employee could careless about their job and customer service). The pizza was amazing though. but lately when I call I'm placed on hold for more than 7 mins and this has happened to me a couple of times already in the past month and a half. Its very frustrating having to hold for that long especially during a week night. I would understand if it was the weekend. I haven't ordered here for a long time but I give it the benefit of doubt because I do love dominos pizza.!! Disappointed that why I go to pizza hut now!! lol
Pizzas were good,BUT the Srvs.,was bad first they txt., message me saying that my order will be ready in 10 min.,after 50 min.,for pickup,then I get there, and after 20 min.,I'm told that it was sent to my home???? I finally got my Pizzas after almost 45 min.,after the promise time.
Very sad !!! First off I ordered the 8 pc garlic bread twist with marinara dip . I was given something with unmelted cheese, NO MARINARA SAUCE , AND ALFREADO SAUCE INSTEAD !!! I WILL UPLOAD THE PHOTO . ALSO I ORDERED a thin crust pizza which was not cooked all the way !!! Im very disappointed. And deff will not very going back .
The food is good, but one time they brought me a pizza that was scrambled like it had been dropped. And on a few occasions they have meet them at the gate, but when I get there it's unlocked. And the forgot my wings and had to go back for them. Not a reliable location.

This is how 25$ pizza look like. When I call them and told that what kinda pizza is this with no base. They said this is how the pizza came out. I said what do you mean by "this is how this came out is?". After that they simply hang off the phone. Rude/Unprofessional. Don't prefer this place. Better to get pizza from 711 lol; cheaper and get ready in 2 minutes.
Horrible Service and a complete scam on prices .i ordered 2 pizzas, my husband wanted to try the chicken taco pizza advertised at 11.99 and I wanted an alfredo sauced pizza with spinach & mushroom. I was told I could get a large for 7.99. With these being the ONLY items ordered & exactly as describes. They had the nerve to tell me my order total was $ 27 and change . WTH is wrong with this picture. As well I ordered for pick up and they told me 20 min, I arrived at 25 min & was told 15 more min. I asked why the price was incorrect & was told " because thats the total " . Its very very sad that Domino's pizza allows such complete BS and not only price gauging & price scams but a complete waist of time on a customer's part . UNACCEPTABLE. I cancelled my order & drove off. DONT GO HERE, THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF and DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SAFETY. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN IT IS A DISCUSTING JOKE. DOMINO'S SHOULD BE ASHAMED
I placed an order for carry out was told that would arrived in 30 mins, about an hr later i called back and was told my order was placed as pick up and without any other question I was transferred to the manager Gloria that instead of trying to resolve the problem began to give me a break down of their specials in an unfriendly manner I never asked her what the special where because the cost was not an issue, the issue was that my order was not delivered. She continue to give me a break down of their cost in my opinion people like that should not have a management position if she has no customers service etiquette.The only reason I'm giving star is because I can't give anything less.
I order a large pizza New York three toppings and you can only see few pieces of toppings, before it was a good place. I will never come back again
Please don't come here give your business to anybody else Little Caesars Pizza Hut I don't care just not here. I placed an order for two pizzas I came in and checked in and the pizza was supposed to be here to my car within two minutes they stoped the timer before the two minutes they never got here. I waited 15 minutes nothing I called them they stated they made my order wrong. I waited another 20 minutes nothing called them back and they were like I'm sorry, yea you are sorry alright and sorry company is what you are. I cancelled the order and for the future just don't come here. Their website says something that they don't fall back on. These chain stores are terrible the service is terrible. I would never come back here I hope corporate reads this message. Not to mention the lies they tell you. Why do you lie to me? Just be honest you never placed my order, maybe I would have been more understanding. Once again don't come here or give them your money. Thank you for reading my rant.
Ordered the 2 med pizza special. Waited about an 1 1/2 hours in store. I was so frustrated that I did not check my order before I left. They gave me the wrong order. Med pizza tasted okay, but they put a small ( and incorrect topping) pizza in the medium pizza box.
I wish I could give this place less starts. Whoever Joel is claims he is the manager. His customer service is repulsing. I ordered from this place and 2 hours later still no pizza. I called in and spoke to "Joel" who then informed me that my pizza was on the road. He proceeded to say he would not contact the driver because the driver is driving. Keep in mind this guy never even asked my name or address but was so sure my order was out. I then received an email while on the phone with this guy that said sorry your order was not what we expected here's a coupon to make it up. I asked him what does this email mean he goes on to say I dont know I dont send emails.I then asked him to just refund my order in which he told me he would not until the driver returned to the store with the order. I asked for the number to corporate which he refused to provide. Ten minutes later still no pizza so I called the store again. Who else answers but none other than Joel. I asked him once again to refund my order he yells to someone in the back sounded like he may have been saying Fernando. He then gets back on the line and tells me that he confirmed with the driver that he delivered the order and the gentleman told him to leave it by the door. Keep in mind there is no gentleman here at this address. I informed him of such and that I asked that it be left on The stool in front of the door in the instructions. He places me on hold gets back on the line and says I just confirmed with my driver that he left it on the stool in front of the door he then proceeded to ask me if I was alone or if there was a gentleman here. I already informed him there was no gentleman at this address. He says well that's beside the point I already canceled your order. I asked for the drivers name and he says I dont have to give you the name of the driver. I will be filing a complaint to corporate in the morning. I will no longer be a domino's customer!
I always order 10+ pizzas frequently from this place and the quality and consistancy of the pizza is great. Never had any problems except this last time I ordered they forgot to put the pineapple on one of them. I was recently charge an extra $90 never got my refund!!!
Well I order here at foothill for a long time. But day is different I ordered a pizza at 5.45pm .they say the order will in a hour . Few. Minutes. daughter waiting for domino's. A long time . So I waiting for my pizza . 7:30 it didn't came. I called they say it was delivered . But it wasn't because. We wait for it. But I call a again. They didn't place order and it was 8:00pm .So told them the address. And number it say not place . So I callled to order at pizza hut it say 15 minutes and my daughter ate she is Happy. But the pizza from Domino's never came . I was order early or if waste time waiting a pizza that never came order. Still I'm waiting how two small pizza to get here. It 9:45 . Order a different places
I can't believe that corporate does nothing about this place being in business and giving them bad reputation. Called to place an order waited 18 minutes for someone to answer my call and to tell me there's an hour and 30 minutes wait for any orders, previous to todays experience placed an order they said a 35 minutes wait time when i got there to pick up my order (45 minutes) cause they are never ready when they tell you was not ready and had to wait another 30 minutes for 1 medium pizza and a sandwich will never order from this place ever again i will take my service somewhere else where they care about their customers
If you like pizza, do not order from here. Please look at all the bad reviews before you waste your time here. My first time ordering from this dominos they gave me all the wrong toppings and took an hour to deliver. I felt like giving them a second chance tonight, so I called and stayed on hold. After 10 minutes on hold, I called back only to never get an answer for my calls over the course of the next half hour. After that, I called and got put on hold one last time for about another half hour. I decided to swing by jut to see if they were swamped with work just to give them the benefit of the doubt (while staying on hold), and arrived to be in line behind an indecisive customer at the cashier. While standing there, I noticed the phones were ringing and no one made an effort to answer any calls. I can't imagine how many customers must have been lost in that hour of the employees just standing there looking at eachother. Joseph, you and your peers there need to step up your work ethic. In the time it took me to let you know I was on hold waiting to order, one of my family members ordered from Pizza 101 (a thirty second conversation ) and just recieved my delivery from Pizza 101 while typing this.
Bad experience today! placed my order at 5:30 and tracker showed it was out for delivery at 5:53. Called them at 6:40 to see when driver would get here, they put me on hold 15 mins so I hung up and tried again, only to be put on hold another 10 mins. When they finally answered the girl said the driver had left 25 mins ago and should b here soon. That their wait is 2 hrs!!!. It’s 8pm and nothing!! Called again and girl told me driver left my order at their store, if I wanted to cancel or get it redelivered. I paid already so told them to redeliver. I should’ve made dinner today lol My kids and I are still waiting...Will not be ordering from them again!
2 hour wait time seriously? cold pizza and wrong pizza toppings.i gave have them a 2nd chance, Same thing. The reviews on here are incredibly correct trying to place an order with one of these clowns on the phone is like talking to a 5yr old kid, and by the time they finally arrived, gosh i could've killed the pig to get the pepperoni and milked the cow to make the cheese and made a homemade pizza in half the time. grow up You guys suck get with it or get outta business. They delivered old rubbery pizza with the wrong toppings which we waited 1 1/2 hours to be delivered. After I called to make a complaint, they told me they would re inburst me. Well they didn't. That explains allot about the management of this facility. I called to speak to management and they had me on hold. I literally drove there still on hold!! Nasty place will never order from domino's again!! Word of advise! you shouldn't either.
Compared to other Domino's I've been to, this place has terrible quality food. I always ask for extra toppings and my pizza never comes with extra toppings. When I bite into the chicken wings, all I get is a mouth full of FAT. It's so unappetizing. I don't know why, but this location's pizza looks nothing like other location's pizza.
For years we ordered our pizza and pasta dishes from here then suddenly they won't deliver to our area. So you stopped delivering and we stopped buying. Round table is a better pizza anyway and they don't have a problem delivering.
Ordered 3 pizzas and a drink 45mins later nothing I call and oh we're really busy he should be there any minute. My estimated time was 20-30 mins. Finally 1 hour after it was ordered it finally arrived. I wish I could give you 0 stars, time to start looking for a new pizza place
I received the worst service ever, I picked up my order and when We were ready to start our dinner I noticed that my order was wrong, I had something that I didn’t ordered. I just called to let them know what happened and the lady who was helping me (or supposed to) was very rude and when I was telling her about my problem she just Hung up on me.! Her name is Ariana or Adriana.

I ordered my small pizza at 8pm...i waited 1.5 hours and there was no progress on the tracker. I called the store and said they were barely putting it in the oven and that it would be an additional 25 min. I waited an additional hour and the delivery person did not send a notice or ring the bell. My cat was the one who alerted me to the door. I waited 2 and a half hours for a small pizza... and the pizza wasn't even good... It tasted burnt.. Dont order from here. I should have read the reviews first.
I had placed an order through the app around 8pm it took them over 2 hours to have it in the oven and out, when i checked my updates it was still in "The Checking Order" process, when i had called they had said they had no drives to deliver my order and it would take another hour for my pizza to arrive. I had called another location in hopes they can deliver to my place but im not in the area which is normal, but this location never once called me to tell me they had no drives to deliver, the other location even said they are suppose to call when that happens. NEVER ORDER AT LATE HOURS AGAIN.
Worst service ever. Order pizza and was tracking it through the app. Which said they had started my order and gave me time frame. I waited the approximate time and nothing. The tracker had not moved at all. So I called the place and they said. We haven't started the order give us an extra 30min. I told them why so long? The employee then said " that's how online orders work. So I told her to cancel my order she then said "ok bye ". No im sorry or try to fix it. Never buying from this place ever.
I ordered online and said I'd pick it up at 5:15. When I got there they told me my pizza is still in the oven. Well as I turns out it wasn't. Nobody was taking care of it. I waited for 40 minutes more. What is the use of ordering ahead. Pizza hut and Papa John's have better service. They have my pizza ready at the time I specify.
I've been using this store for about 7 years but lately always make me wait because they forget part of the order or so. But today is for sure last time I order. Ordered curbside pickup got there 15 min. After tracker said ready just to give them enough time, get there text "here" 10min after retexted "here" 10 min after called and walk to the store leaving my 2 kids in the car alone just for them to tell me ohh messed up order redoing it. I said ok I will wait .15 min. Later still no order ended up cancelling. Horrible experience ordered just to wait 1 1/2 hours for nothing.
I think this location is expensive, doesn't have tables or seats., even doesn't have parking. I buyed a large pizza and 6 Buffalo wings for about 60 dlls. A lot of places offer good food for two person in 65 dlls with tables and servers and drinks
tried to order garlic knots and 8 pics wings. for 5.99. like the ad on TV. it you order 2 or more. so I was figuring on my bill being a little over$20. she hit me with a total of about $45 and some change. she told me that deal isn't good in CA. I called the Fontana store. they were charging $3.00 per little cup of ranch.
I placed an online order on 11/3, and I received an email with the total amount due and payment total. However, when I was reviewing my bank statement, I was charged more than what I was supposed to be charged for. I called Dominos on 11/6, discussed the details with an associate and ask for assistance, but he advised that he couldn't help and see a past order. I asked to speak with a manager, and I was told that she wasn't available, when I asked when she will be available, the associate said that she was not going to be in tomorrow, and did not know if she will be back Friday or when she will return. Her name is Adriana. It sounded more like the associate has been instructed not to forward the managers any calls. Although the difference in the amount is not very high, it's the principle of overcharging customers without their consent. I wonder how many people don't pay attention and end up paying more than what they agreed to pay.
I ordered a pickup using my free dominos emergency reward on Tuesday 10/29/2024 around 10:00pm pst . I went to pickup my pizza at a dominos location located at 16863 foothills blvd, Fontana ca 92335. Upon approaching the door at roughly 10:15pm, the door was locked. I saw a staff member inside who glanced at me and ignored me. I waved and pulled on the door again and the staff member continued to glance at me and ignore me. I was not greeted through the glass or even asked what was there for. I stood outside the door for 5-10 minutes before leaving. I called the store and a lady picked up the phone, I explained I just went to the store to pick up my pizza order and she advised I can come to the front door and she would unlocked it to pick up my order. I told her I had already went home and I was at the front door for several minutes and was blatantly ignored. I asked to speak to the manager in which she replied she was the manager. I told her it was inexcusable for a manager to ignore customers if the store was still open. She still had an obligation to approach the door and ask why I was there vs to ignore me completely. I told her I no longer wanted the pizza and I would be filling a corporate complaint. I believe this to be a discrimination because of my ethnicity as I was looked upon in a negative way from the staff member/manager when I approached the location upon pickup. The worst part about the matter, is when I approached the store, the manager was bumping loud music the entire time in which I thought she just couldn’t hear me, instead i figured out I was being completely disregarded.

the flavor is not there it taste like it was a day old pizza not fresh
I think this location is expensive, doesn't have tables or seats., even doesn't have parking. I buyed a large pizza and 6 Buffalo wings for about 60 dlls. A lot of places offer good food for two person in 65 dlls with tables and servers and drinks
tried to order garlic knots and 8 pics wings. for 5.99. like the ad on TV. it you order 2 or more. so I was figuring on my bill being a little over$20. she hit me with a total of about $45 and some change. she told me that deal isn't good in CA. I called the Fontana store. they were charging $3.00 per little cup of ranch.
I placed an online order on 11/3, and I received an email with the total amount due and payment total. However, when I was reviewing my bank statement, I was charged more than what I was supposed to be charged for. I called Dominos on 11/6, discussed the details with an associate and ask for assistance, but he advised that he couldn't help and see a past order. I asked to speak with a manager, and I was told that she wasn't available, when I asked when she will be available, the associate said that she was not going to be in tomorrow, and did not know if she will be back Friday or when she will return. Her name is Adriana. It sounded more like the associate has been instructed not to forward the managers any calls. Although the difference in the amount is not very high, it's the principle of overcharging customers without their consent. I wonder how many people don't pay attention and end up paying more than what they agreed to pay.
I ordered a pickup using my free dominos emergency reward on Tuesday 10/29/2024 around 10:00pm pst . I went to pickup my pizza at a dominos location located at 16863 foothills blvd, Fontana ca 92335. Upon approaching the door at roughly 10:15pm, the door was locked. I saw a staff member inside who glanced at me and ignored me. I waved and pulled on the door again and the staff member continued to glance at me and ignore me. I was not greeted through the glass or even asked what was there for. I stood outside the door for 5-10 minutes before leaving. I called the store and a lady picked up the phone, I explained I just went to the store to pick up my pizza order and she advised I can come to the front door and she would unlocked it to pick up my order. I told her I had already went home and I was at the front door for several minutes and was blatantly ignored. I asked to speak to the manager in which she replied she was the manager. I told her it was inexcusable for a manager to ignore customers if the store was still open. She still had an obligation to approach the door and ask why I was there vs to ignore me completely. I told her I no longer wanted the pizza and I would be filling a corporate complaint. I believe this to be a discrimination because of my ethnicity as I was looked upon in a negative way from the staff member/manager when I approached the location upon pickup. The worst part about the matter, is when I approached the store, the manager was bumping loud music the entire time in which I thought she just couldn’t hear me, instead i figured out I was being completely disregarded.
Worst service ever. Order pizza and was tracking it through the app. Which said they had started my order and gave me time frame. I waited the approximate time and nothing. The tracker had not moved at all. So I called the place and they said. We haven't started the order give us an extra 30min. I told them why so long? The employee then said " that's how online orders work. So I told her to cancel my order she then said "ok bye ". No im sorry or try to fix it. Never buying from this place ever.
I ordered my small pizza at 8pm...i waited 1.5 hours and there was no progress on the tracker. I called the store and said they were barely putting it in the oven and that it would be an additional 25 min. I waited an additional hour and the delivery person did not send a notice or ring the bell. My cat was the one who alerted me to the door. I waited 2 and a half hours for a small pizza... and the pizza wasn't even good... It tasted burnt.. Dont order from here. I should have read the reviews first.
I had placed an order through the app around 8pm it took them over 2 hours to have it in the oven and out, when i checked my updates it was still in "The Checking Order" process, when i had called they had said they had no drives to deliver my order and it would take another hour for my pizza to arrive. I had called another location in hopes they can deliver to my place but im not in the area which is normal, but this location never once called me to tell me they had no drives to deliver, the other location even said they are suppose to call when that happens. NEVER ORDER AT LATE HOURS AGAIN.
I ordered online and said I'd pick it up at 5:15. When I got there they told me my pizza is still in the oven. Well as I turns out it wasn't. Nobody was taking care of it. I waited for 40 minutes more. What is the use of ordering ahead. Pizza hut and Papa John's have better service. They have my pizza ready at the time I specify.
