So I’m sitting there eating my delicious spicy deluxe chicken sandwich combo and then this nice man in uniform and a bow tie who is wiping down tables walks over and asks how I’m doing and if I’m alright, and he was genuinely invested, it wasn’t fake 🥰 and I said thank-you I’m fine and carried on with my meal. Then I’m talking to my friend and he asked if I’m still hungry and I’m like yeah I might get a milkshake or something and then this nice man with a happy expression and nice long hair walks over and says he accidentally made an extra ice cream and if I would like it. He was so nice and caring and the ice cream was delicious. AND THEN, we’re finishing up and I grab the tray with trash on it etc. to throw away and another man in uniform walks over and offers to take it for me. I DONT DESERVE THIS LOVE😭😭😭😭

This location's drive-thru is the best. Super efficient fast and friendly. With seven cars ahead of me I got my food in 5 minutes. I'm sure management and owners have a huge part to play in that along with everyone else. Great job.

You can't go wrong with Chic-fil-A. Excellent food, excellent service. However it sucks that they're closed on Sundays. Someday, corporate needs to wake up and at least open after Noon (yes, I know it's a religious thing, but people don't spend all day in church, and we all need to eat - come on ya'll!).

Chicken was lightly breaded, cross fries where light, really good chicken! Service was extremely fast for how busy it was! The chicken sandwhich is just a fried tender buns and 2 slices of pickles. The staff was extremely friendly and very quick, very clean inside too.

Spicy chicken sandwich, can't beat this place. Employees are always upbeat and friendly. Food is always tasty. Only wish they were open on Sundays 😆😆 It's nice that everyone gets a weekend day off to be with family and friends though.

I love this Chick-Fil-A. You receive a 5-star VIP treatment in a not-so-typical fast food restaurant. They have created their own category. The FilAians here are the most courteous and respectful staff you'll come across in a restaurant. The food of course is simple and delicious. They provide everything you could possibly need to enjoy your meal. It's just chicken and very simplistic ingredients that you can have in your own way. I love it here!

The employees alone make this a five star rating! The food is yummy too. Oh, it's VERY CLEAN too. The elderly gentleman in my photo is Tom. He is 93 (I believe). He comes in on a regular basis to eat and visit. His wife is home bound. The employees embrace him with respect and talk with him as much as their job's allow. I talked with Tom for awhile too, he is very intelligent and incredibly with-it for his age! It's great to see young people so kind and respectful. Way to go Chick-fil-A! 🌟

We go to this Chick Fil-A once per week at least. It’s so fast to get served and away with the drive thru.. same as all chick-fil-a’s. They have it down to an art. The staff are incredibly well mannered here... more than you’d expect even from Chick FIL A.

This is the cleanest, most organized, and friendliest Chick-fil-A and that is saying something. I love the staff and their total dedication to customer service. They go out of their way to bring your food, ask if you need anything else, and check in on you. They've even taken my food and tray to the garbage for me. THEY DON'T NEED TO DO THAT, but I sincerely love and respect their efforts! for doing so. It's just a wholesome and delicious place. Just know that it has a dedicated drive-thru separated from the parking lot by cones, which can confuse people initially.

I always get the nuggets combo with fries. my last couple visits I have gotten the cloudberry drink which is oh so good!!! and I just tried for the 1st time their peach milkshake and it was so delicious!!! the service is always spectacular!!!

Came in for the free chicken sandwich and I can't complain. Inside the place was super nice, everyone was very friendly even when giving away things for free. I would come back but the prices are a bit high. I don't see them using any better ingredients than other chains to account for the difference in price but I could be wrong. The entire area and shopping center is beautiful as well.

Chick-fil-A is a California staple. Great sandwiches and great service. They aren't open on Sundays which is good for employees but, to be honest, I always crave it on Sundays and before I head there in usually reminded by my kids or wife that it's Sunday. First world problems.

Chick-fil-A is one of the fast food places that I actually like. The sandwiches are hot and tasty. They have several kinds of sauces and the chicken is always very tender. I also like the buns, they are soft and taste freshly made. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches some fries and a cold drink. That hit the spot, I came in hungry and thirsty but left full and very satisfied. It also does not cost a lot to get filled up. A good lunch - I was glad I stopped there and not some other place. Highly recommend

In addition to the food being delicious, Vincent was extremely helpful. One of the members of our party is severely diabetic and Vincent spent time finding the perfect combination of food from the menu to meet his needs. We were so appreciative of the personalized service. Several times during our meal we noticed other employees going around checking to make sure all was well. All around, a great experience!

Not One of My favorite Chick-Fil-A restaurants to go to, but defiantly has just as amazing food as the others. Very family oriented, love seeing the kids laughing and playing in and out of the play gym. The service is very good, I'm almost always greeted, and I'm rarely called up to grab my order. I hate having to take a number and wait for one of the employees to yell it out. This is so much nicer being able to sit down, relax, and have the employee come to me. The food is a little on the expensive side, but in my opinion its worth it for the delicious taste. If your wanting to have a healthier meal, I highly recommend their salads with their amazing Vinaigrette dressing, or their grilled sandwiches on wheat buns. In my opinion, paying a little extra is fine when the food is delicious and not to bad for you, plus the experience is worth it.

I love Chick-fil-A I've been going since I was little and I still love this place to this day they have amazing food amazing drinks and amazing service. The employees are always so nice and the chicken is so nice and tender it makes you feel like you're in food heaven. Just being honest this is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. I whish everyone would like this place as much as I do.

The experience here is always amazing. The staff are always incredibly friendly. It really feels like they hire the top level employees, and it shows. As far as the food. You either love it or you don't. I'm a fan. It's some of the best chicken prepared this way you can get.

Best place ever.the customer service here was top notch. A little girl was walking in and one of the employees here, an older and very nice man, opened the door for her to let her in. She had a walking aid as she had a broken leg. The employees were so very nice about ordering our food and making sure we had everything we needed. I ordered a number 7 sandwich with a diet Dr. Pepper with a side of fries. The food was delicious and tasted so good with the regular sauce. I accidentally had a whole packet of sauce explode over me but it was taken care of quick with the employee's help. I can't recall any service better than this event in terms of food. Whoever is the owner or in charge of this location... All your employees deserve praises and raises. They make you feel at home.

What can I say? It's Chick-fil-A! Great service, very clean restaurant with fresh flowers and fancy as well as efficient automated trash cans. Food quality was excellent, but this is not the place for a "bargain" meal. Pro tip: Download the app. You get a deal when you do . Use it every time. Free food offerings with those points add up fast!

Great location! I've been to many of them! They are wonderful and sweet, just as you expect employees of a Chick fil A to be! It's a pretty busy location as well, but the line moves fast. Delicious as always :) If you haven't ever had a frosted lemonade, just go for it!

The Chick-Fil-A in Foothill Ranch is excellent! The chicken nuggets, waffle fries, Mac and cheese, and fruit cups are always freshly prepared and absolutely delicious! My two toddler sons and I go to this location approximately twice a week, and every visit I am always impressed by how good the service is and how incredibly CLEAN everything is. My sons absolutely love coming here, because the food is so yummy and they love playing in the indoor playground. Additionally, the owner of the Chick-Fil-A is amazing! She is very kind, helpful, and generous with customers. She takes the time to talk with my toddler sons every visit and it is evident that she truly cares about providing guests with a great experience! This is literally the BEST Chick-Fil-A location, and I highly recommend checking it out!

The Foothill Ranch location Chick-fil-A is attentive service, and clean facilities. One of the standout items on the menu is the classic Chick-fil-A sandwich, which features a lightly breaded chicken breast served on a toasted bun with pickles. The chicken is always juicy and flavorful, and the bun is soft and fresh. All of these items are made with the same care and attention to detail as the classic. The waffle fries are my favorite, and the lemonade is always. One potential downside of Chick-fil-A is that it is closed on Sundays, but it’s nice that they think of your employees. I recommend coming to this location better than the location and orange.

Chick-fil-a is pretty generic across the country. So comparing locations, this Foothill Ranch one is pretty good in its practices. They are quick and accurate with the orders while maintaining quality food. Even during lunch rush they do not disappoint. Go pay them a visit when you need some chicken and chicken accessories.

Asked for a gluten free bun, which costs extra, and didn't find that the bun added any flavor or texture. Instead the bun was dense, dry, and a little sweet. If you are gluten sensitive, i would suggest just getting your chicken "protein style or lettuce wrapped" for better taste and overall healthier meal. The sauces were tasty, but also found them all to be very sweet. I liked the polynesian sauce as it had a slight curry/ cinnamon flavor. The chick fil a sauce seems to be mayo based and was tasty. The fries were soggy, i was thinking they were going to be crispier.

Came in yesterday - took several minutes for my order to be taken, then took 10 minutes for them to bring out my food, and there were only 2 people in the dining room. Food was good.

I go here because my son loves their toddler playroom. Many times I've had to bribe my son to eat by taking him to this Chick-fil-A. I'm not a fan of fried chicken fast food. I love a good home made fried chicken dinner every once in a while, but any kind of fast fried food is reserved for those party nights where grease helps absorb the over indulgence in fine spirits. 😉 That said, I have nibbled on their chicken nuggets since that's what my son asks for. WAY TOO SALTY. I appreciate that they use real chicken breast at least. Granted, I have not tried their grilled chicken, nor do I plan to. Unlike their "McCompetition" which is all processed trash with some chicken, mostly bread, shaped to look like a gold nugget or something. Chick-fil-A uses real chicken breast morsels. But PLEASE, for the health of your customers, ease up on the salt and let your customers add more if necessary. Every time i let my son eat here, he wakes up a half dozen times in the middle of the night to drink water. So if sodium is a concern, caveat emptor. If there was such a thing as "Sodium Police", I would definitely report them. Shamefully excessive use of salt!! The service is fine considering they hire only teens. The employees are wonderfully well mannered and responsive.

As with all Chick-fil-A locations, this one was fantastic. But one curious and disappointing thing I encountered at this location is not being able to order coffee with my dinner. 😕 I was told that coffee was only served for breakfast! 😳 At every Chick-fil-A I have ever had the pleasure of partaking of the chicken wonderfulness, I have always been able to enjoy a cup of their world-class-Starbucks-stomping coffee. Fresh pots have even been brewed just for me if the staff felt it had been sitting too long. (Though, honestly, the old coffee would have been just fine.) So, sadly for this, I couldn't give the Chick-fil-A in Foothill Ranch all five stars I generally give all Chick-fil-A locations.

The dining room was clean and nicely decorated. There was also an indoor kids play area. The staff were all young people but nice, helpful and very patient. The grilled chicken sandwich I had was tender and just as flavorful as they said it would be. I also tried the seasonal peach shake which I loved. I have eaten Chick-fil-A before but have never had as good an experience with it as I did at this location. I definitely plan on eating here again!

My friend and I both had the Southwest salad with chicken. I was not sure I'd like it ( I don't eat at many fast food places and also thought it might be too spicy) but I was pleasantly surprised. It was very good, fresh and just the right size. We both enjoyed our meal. The fellows behind the counter were helpful and welcoming and promised I'd like my salad. 🤗I'm glad I gave it a try!

This location is usually well run. The younger staff seem a little distracted, I had to wait for my order longer than expected. I actually watched them bag my order because it wasn't busy at the time and when they were done they didn't call my name, it just sat there for a few minutes while they served someone else. But they got to it eventually so all is well that ends well.

I love Chik Fil A and I have no complaints about the food and service, however, this location has yet to open in door dining due to covid. RIDICULOUS! I'm so over companies excusing poor service on covid. Everyother fast food has managed to open including fellow Chik Fil A branches. Would be nice if you got your act together and opened in door dining.

Not sure what the big deal is about Chick fil A. I had combo #5 and it was beyond bland... no spread of any kind (not sure if it comes with or not). Dry bun, dry meat with tomato and lettuce. The separate sauces didn't really help. The soda fountain needs a good cleaning, too...drinks taste metallic.

I am not a fast food eater, but we had a guest driving home later in the evening and most restaurants were closing sonee had to pick from fast food places. Choices were Chic-fil-A, Taco Bell and In & Out. Our guest chose Chic-Fil-A. A close friend of mine absolutely loves this place, but I didn't find it to be that good. I had the club sandwich. It was fine, but just didn't make me think "Wow that's good!". The chicken just wasn't what I remember from years ago. Staff was good, but they picked everyone out right at 10pm which was kind of weird. Usually they just lock the doors and go about their closing duties while guests finish their meals and work their way out. No biggie, just strange. I left with the impression I would have rather gone to in & out. I can't say anything was wrong, but it wasn't great. Therefore an average rating

Not as good as it used to be a few years ago since it changed management. Not as friendly or fast. It’s been confusing figuring out when it’s technically my turn to go ahead in the double drive through line and often the employees are not very clear or nice about it. They decline giving more sauces when I’ve asked, or tell me they will charge for them. No other location has done that. At least the food quality is about the same as any other location.

- The meals are not consistent. + Occasionally you will find all ingredients at top tier. Best of the best chicken sandwich you could ask for. - But other days, you will be stuck with frozen lettuce and chicken. + This review is only about the meal. The staff is always as amazing as Chick-fil-A is known for.

Honestly I find their food overpriced and just OK, but then, there are literally only 2 fast food chains we will eat at, and CFA makes the cut. The clean, conservative and friendly demeanor of the staff is both nice and a bit fake. Think "Pleasantville". Kids toys are much better than most fast food places, something I can definitely appreciate. I'd love to see more diversity outside of the kitchen too.

Overall, the food was good, but I have to mention that the service left something to be desired. One of the staff members, a young lady (Emma), seemed to be in a hurry and practically threw the food into the car. It would have been a more pleasant experience if the attention had been better.

I visit Chick-fil-a frequently and here I have to write a review. The label on my breakfast sandwich said exactly what I ordered, yet what I unwrapped was something different. I also ordered a small fries no salt. Of course it had salt. Then the girl brings me my food to my table and then I politely remind her that there was a drink with my order as well. She said that I have to go and get it myself at the counter. She then leaves and is talking to her coworker doing nothing. Then I go to counter to get my drink. Same girl says can I help you? The when I told her then she gave me my drink. Couldn't she have just brought it when she dropped off my food at the table. How does this make sense? It is not only this chick fil a but other locations as well seem to be slipping on service. In the past I've written at least 3 reviews complimenting them on an incredible service they had always done. For about a year now chick fil a has not had excellent service as before. I do however love their meals. No problem there....yet. Please fix the service, you were the only one who had outstanding service. Please don't sink to the level of your competitors. Thank you for listening!

I went through the drive through and they asked me to park and wait for the food to come out. I waited for 15 mins and then finally walked in and asked for my food. They had it just sitting there. Was it racism or possibly sexism? Well everyone working there was white and half where male. So being that I’m a white male im gonna say no I don’t think so. However agism is still on the table since I’m 45 yrs old and their staff where all approximately under 20. All I know if I’ve been persecuted somehow or another by the systemic prejudice thats rampant over at chick fil a. Next time I’m gonna say “ no sorry I’m not leaving till I get my food”

I was thirsty and usually really like their unsweetened iced tea. I dont drink sodas or artificial sweeteners, so unsweetened tea with lemon is my go to drink. Today It tasted like the container hadn't been cleaned in months. I requested a refill from a different container and it tasted the same. It was worse than McDonald's. I always thought Chick-fil-A freshly brewed their iced teas, but no. It's pre-made and shipped in. And it was that way for all Chick-fil-A. Guess I'll be going someplace else if I can't get a drink I can actually drink.

This Chick-fil A customer service has gone from bad to worse. I am a local and I come to this Chick-fil-A a few times a month. Recently, everything in this store has gone south. Customer service is bad. Today, I have ordered a tray for 10 people to be picked up at 4:30PM. The order wasn't ready at 4:50PM. When I entered the restaurant, I have told a staff in grey shirt named Jana, she treated me like I don't exist. She didn't even go check the order, didn't check the register or kitchen to see if my order was ready. Didn't check the computer screen or what so ever. Then, after a while I told Jana again that I was there for my order that supposed to be ready and picked up at 4:30PM. Again, she just asked me to wait and continue to talk to other staff. No checking for me. Third time when I asked, she finally went to check the computer screen and couldn't find my order. Finally, a guy named Bryan helped me out with my order.

Went here on a Saturday at 1pm and noticed the drive through was crazy….like backed up towards Target. Decided to just go inside and order….Pulled into the parking lot and walked up and there’s a table blocking the entrance. Tried to do a mobile order for curbside, and that was shut down too. Only option was drive through. We drove next door to Cane’s. This isn’t the first issue with this location….this is obviously run by a rogue manager with poor hiring skills, as there was a sign stating that they were closing early due to staffing issues. You get two stars only because of the affiliation, 1 star for this location.

We like Chick-fil-a but this particular location will only give you 2 sauces per item and you can’t buy more packets, you have to buy an 8 oz bottle of you want more. This is the only location we know of with this policy and the one in Woodbury will give you as many as you like at no charge. For the price one would expect a few sauces at no additional charge!

Last time they forgot a sandwich we called for a refund and instead all we hear is laughing. We decided to give it another chance and this time they forgot the mac and cheese. Bunch of kids working, don't make an 18 yr old a manager if they can't check the food properly. Buena park is better service then Foothill ranch.

You would think that people who have a minimum wage higher than others could manage to remember to include the salad dressing with an order. This is not the first time; on many occasions this location seems to fail to have any type process at the pick up window. It was a sloooow night too. Your employees get paid enough to understand and exercise the habit of checking the order. I ordered online and not a single employee read it back to me to ensure it was correct. Gave name of the order was given the total and asked to pull forward. Get to the window handed my bags and drinks and told have a nice night. Im driving by myself and u hand me three individual drinks and dont offer a drink holder? Perhaps I am wrong but these seem like very simple tasks to do for the money they are paid. This location could probably benefit from older shift leaders.

I real want this place to be a success, but I just dont see it. Having to wait for coffee to brew at 9am seems a little lack. Always get a well appreciated welcome but after that, it is a crap shoot on the customer experience you recieve. There are times when it seems they dont know how to work the register. I recently asked for a #4 combo and then had to explain what is in the combo. Then had to ask twice for sauces. Are the employees not trained on the product? I get it... small nit picky stuff. But I really enjoy having it there, as it is really convenient. But I dont see it being around much longer. I hate seeing retail leave this area Especially with a better store down the street

I had a disappointing experience during a recent visit to this location while picking up two mobile orders—one for myself and one for my husband—via the drive-thru. After confirming both orders through the intercom, I pulled up to the window and was handed only one. I waited, thinking there may have been a mix-up, only to be asked, “Is Ryan in the car with you? No? Then I can’t give you his order.” I was surprised, as I’ve never encountered this issue at this location or others, including the Woodbury branch. The staff explained that because one of the orders included a free sandwich, they could not release it unless my husband was physically present. I asked if they could cancel the order and restore the reward to the account so we could pick it up elsewhere, but was told that wasn’t possible. In the end, they reluctantly gave me the sandwich while saying, in a condescending tone, “I’ll give it to you this one time, but next time I won’t.” The entire interaction felt unnecessarily patronizing, especially given that this hasn't been an issue in the past.

Everytime we decide to try this location again, they still get our order wrong. Today the order was a breakfast sandwich on an English muffin and they gave a biscuit. Wish they’d pay more attention to details.

Pulled up to go in to order my food I seen worker go to his car as he was walking back to go in he was blowing his nose and wiping he entered the restaurant after me not one time he stop at sink to wash his hands he goes through the double doors to the back instead of washing his hand at the sink that was next to the double doors. Said something to one of the team leaders and all she had to says was oh we have a sink in the back. asked for a Sausage Burrito meal get a chicken with a lil sausage in it, gas to high to return it had already left bou thanks for the double meat tho🤷🏿‍♀️

Between the poor service and dirty interior this might be the worst Chick-Fil-A in California. The food costs more than most dine in restaurants and you’d be lucky if this place even bothered to fill your fries half full. Don’t support this business. The owner is a narcissist and doesn’t deserve it.

I bought a take out orger. When I got home one of my sandwiches was missing. I tried to call the restaurant, I was put on hold for 15 + minutes and got a "service person", not the restaurant andwas talk that he we would send my info to someone who will see what can send me credit for the missing sandwiche! Apparently this is how Chick-fill-e thinks is that is service!

Watch the drive thru! Our order was missing sauce and a straw. I asked when handed the bag and the guy in the window insisted it was all in there. Silly me drives off so as not to hold up the line. Wife digs through bag, doesn’t find sauce or straw. Waffle fries soggy to boot. I’m never waiting 20mins in a drive thru for Chick fil a again.

zero costumer service!! Worse experience in our life's, the owner Julie is racist and lacks of costumer services skills, kindness and courtesy. Julie if you are reading this I hope CFA takes remove the franchise from you. You are racist calling 911 and the cops on my husband and his mother just because they inquire about their online order after being waiting patient for more than 30 min. Julie you had some many issues with employees that's why no one stays in that location and many incidents with costumers, you are a bad representation for CFA. We had being loyal costumers to that location for many years and since you took over is nothing but rude service from you, long waits, quality of the food sucks and now calling 911 and cops on clients.Stop wasting tax payers money, deal with incompetence to run a business. Don't recommend this place, take your business to raising canes right across she doesn't deserve your business.

If I could give this Chick Fil A a zero I would. This location specifically is a total disgrace to the Chick Fil A corp and what Chick Fil A really stands for. They always fill up the fries half empty and when you complain to them they say it was pushed down that is why it is empty which makes 0 sense. Whenever you call and or leave a voicemail nobody ever gets back to you. I unfortunately sometimes have to buy from this location because it is the closest to my home. They also barely put any chicken in their salads. Just disappointing!!

Worst Chick Fil A in my area. I eat at least 3 times at Chicks and this location is below standards. Stingy and forgetful on sauces and attitude problems from order takers but not all. Hope it changes in the future. Do like them Chicks.

Ordered online and went in to pick it up and was told I had to go through the drive through to pick it. The line was incredibly long and we were in a time crunch so that was not an option. In addition, I was unable to cancel my order online as I checked out as a guest. The young woman asked for my name and said she would cancel it later???? What the heck? Why have online ordering? Very frustrating!

after my last 3 visits I'm done. visit 1, get a 4 count meal that had the smallest, skinniest strips I've ever seen. they've been noticeably smaller for a while but these were beyond a joke. because of their size they were overcooked and dry. I called, and was told I'd receive some coupons for a free meal to make up for this visit. they took my name, and address. it's been over a month and no coupons. visit 2, asked for 8 chick fill a sauces (2 meals), told no problem. only got 6, and instead of waffle fries I had waffle crumbs. visit 3 today ordered 2 meals, was given 3 sauces. asked for more and received, but got home and realized I had the wrong drink, and while not waffle crumbs, waffle fries were stone cold. at $20 a visit this isn't OK with me.

The manager Julie Thornsberry is very rude! I tried to inquire about my order that was taking a ridiculous amount of time to be prepared and was told to go away. My food was cold and the order was wrong once I received it and I was told it would not be remade! I reached out to corporate but I have yet to hear anything! I am very disappointed in chik-fil-a!

I am really trying to figure out how I’m the world this location is operating under the name!!! Really this location does Chick-fil-A an absolute dishonor. Go to any other location and you won’t find people leaning over the counter holding conversations, 6 people who see you walk in but don’t greet you. Someone sipping on a drink like we are just hanging out at the park or at the movies. Really the list could go on and on! One week you can pick up a mobile order inside, the next it is in the drive through which you may wait for nobody in line to serve up cold food. So sad! This brand has been synonymous with world class customer service and a welcoming experience! I am not sure if the corporate executives need to close down the store for training and send in some of the individuals from off the commercials from GA, TX, the Carolina’s but something needs to be done my Management immediately! Better yet send in some secret shoppers to truly evaluate what is going on so you make reassessments on who needs to be doing what, or if you just need to clean house! Sad that I had to take out of my schedule to right this but at some point enough has to be enough! Do better, and be better hate to see this brand fall under the moniker of your other fast food labels. Survey anyone who has been to this location abs their experience and I am sure they will agree. Make Chick-fil-A Foothill Ranch BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Revised on January 16, 2023. The store is busy. But literally ever empty table is dirty. I asked if we could get someone out to wipe a table so I could sit with my girls. They handed me two wipes, and I wiped my own table. *** This Chick-Fil-A was such a pleasant experience! I came in for dinner on a Thursday with my girls, and was pleading with my 5-year old to finish her nuggets. The owner, Ms. Julie, witnessed my older daughter convince her to finish them! The owner said she wanted to “reward” my girls! We got cookies and ice cream! So thoughtful and unexpected! Thank you, Ms Julie! Cheers!

What is going on! Fast and efficient but are they rushing too much? They keep getting orders wrong and the quality of food is going downhill. Third time on different days having to correct drive thru and/or curbside pickup orders. Today I found hair in my grilled chicken sandwich. Called the restaurant twice today and still no answer or return call after leaving the manager a message.

11 dollars for 4 tiny strips of chicken is a rip off. You can go to Canes and get a whole combo with 4 healthy size strips, fries, coleslaw, and a soft buttery slice of bread for 12-13 dollars. This establishment will never get another dollar from me.

I have been here multiple times and they have repeatedly messed up my order. I asked for just chicken patties and bread with a side order of fries for my disabled family member and I have repeatedly received other people orders. I know that each time I went it was busy, but they need to be organized. It is very time consuming to keep having to come back in the store just for a simply order. Each time I have tried to return it I was yelled at by the manager/lead that they were busy and it was my fault. I am just trying ensure that he can enjoy a treat every once in a while and they made this visit unbearable. I will just make the extra drive to the Lake forest location. Better and faster service.

Today I bring my son to there. They said today is a play day. On the table have some game. My son wants to play it. I ask if we can play in the store. The man looks like a manger. He is very kind and approved us. But the game is very big ,we cannot play on the table. So I think maybe we can take it home. I see someone on the social media said they sometimes give it to the kids. So when I bring it out the man said we shouldn’t bring it home. So sorry I did not ask first. But that thing makes me feel bad. I will never been there again.

I don't usually write reviews but this is the WORST experience I've ever had at a restaurant for this specific location, have never left this angry before. Went to go pick up a mobile order for my sister that she PAID for and both team members and manager absolutely refused to give me the order because the "account holder has to be present." Wouldn't accept screenshots of the receipt, wouldn't accept calls to confirm the order, offered zero flexibility/refunds and had the AUDACITY to ask me why my sister couldn't pick up herself and I ended up leaving without the order after 10 minutes of arguing because of how stingy the staff was being. Wasted my time/money because the staff refused to give me my damn sandwich over a stupid "policy" they made up, over something that's not even specified on the app. Didn't even get the order refunded. Absolute pathetic and unprofessional service, I've been to at least 10 other locations in the OC area and never had this problem, will never come back to this one again. I thought Chick-Fil-A prided itself on customer service, yet there was zero interest/sympathy in meeting customer needs. Entire staff just seems to revel in power tripping and denying customers their food. I read previous reviews and seems like the exact same thing's been happening to other people lately. Upper management either needs to fire people or make changes because this location is accumulating a lot of angry customers lately and losing money soon.

Refused to provide us with the mobile order meals that we had paid for and showed the app for. Apparently this Chic-Fil-A location will not allow you to pick up mobile orders for other individuals EVEN THOUGH WE HAD THE RECEIPTS SHARED. The sign only says we need the receipt on our phone - WHICH WE DID! Feels like they are making up their own rules and have blamed "meals being stolen" in the past. A bummer, but we won't be ordering to this location any further.

I visited Chick-fil-A and experienced extremely poor service and unprofessional management. I waited in the drive-thru line for approximately 10 minutes before placing my order. After doing so, the employee put me on hold and returned at 8:04 PM to inform me that they could not take my order because the store was “closed.” I explained that I had been waiting in line, but instead of honoring my order or offering what food was still available, I was told they had run out of food. To make matters worse, the drive-thru was coned off after the vehicle behind me, leaving me trapped in the line. I was forced to wait an additional 10 minutes while the cars ahead of me were served, even though I was denied service. When I reached the window, I asked to speak with a manager to share my frustrations about how poorly the situation was handled. The manager was dismissive, rude, raised his voice, and repeatedly cut me off instead of listening. This experience was unacceptable and unprofessional. This location’s operations and customer service have significantly declined, and I strongly encourage a review of their practices and management.

I came in today for lunch with a group of 4 students with disabilities. I had ordered fries and a combo for my clients. Upon receiving the food, I said thank you cheerfully to our server, whose name is Mark. I have been a customer here at this location many times, including today. Upon being thirsty, I asked for water, and Mark hesitantly gave me the water cup because he thought I was an nonpaying customer. Never thought I would be met with such a negative smug attitude simply cause I asked for a water cup. Never will I come to this location again.

I am a regular Chick Fil A customer.. My family and I sometimes eat twice a day at Chick Fil A. On 6/5/25 we visited the Foothill Ranch location, once I arrived home I realized our order was incorrect. I immediately called but the store was closed, so I called the next morning, on 6/6/25. I was told that the cares team manager would give me a call. Over there course of a few days I hadn’t received the call, so I made another attempt a few days later and again today, 6/11/25. I finally received a call from a very arrogant, rude and unconcerned cares manager, Karen Marie. It’s disappointing to have to resort to this, and what’s worse is she didn’t care that I was calling corporate to make a complaint, or leaving a negative review. I feel bad for the owner of this store.

Unfortunately, there is no customer at this location. The food tasted old and refried / burnt. Management refused to resolve my concerns because I couldn't return the food the same day. No remake or refund was offered. That's NOT the way you keep customers. You are way better off going to any other location than this one.

Definitely the worst chick fil à I’ve ever been to including east coast area. The meat is not juicy at all, but quite firm and sooo thin. Furthermore, asked the personnel (while picking up from the drive through) if I can eat inside and he said yes. When entered, the lady said “sorry we cleaned the area half an hour earlier today, so no eating inside”. Went inside Canes across to eat my sandwich.
