Wings had no flavor and were very chewy. I ordered lemon pepper and I got more oil than seasoning… not sure what’s happen at this location but when I order a dry rub and get a oily mess, it’s a waste of money and truly just sad…

Ordered online. Delivery arrived, no large fries. Called location, put on hold. Redialed 20 times. Jamie stated no manager there. Said he'd refund missing large fries. Kept putting me on hold. Lazy, didn't care. Very poorly ran. WARNING, don't bother. You won't get what you paid for. Corporate step-up or at least a Manager and take responsibility for what's happening at this location.

Order some wings from here to be delivered once I open the container I saw 2 wings either over cooked or infected. But if we have employees there working they should know to remove those bad wings.

I ordered a 15pc combo for 2 bone in. I also ordered a 5pc Cajun corn and asked for extra hot honey sauce on the side. My total was $33 . I pulled a $100 and they advised they do not take bills larger than a 20. I had $26 on my Apple Pay and had to count out the rest in change. I got home opened my food and they didn’t put hot honey sauce on my wings and the sauce they gave me tasted like they put grease in a little cup. That was my last time going. I have gone previously and the people that made my food that time made it excellent this time was a waste of time I should have waited to get my food in north Richland hills instead. They are consistent with service

I stopped there because my wife wanted something different so she orders the chicken tender combo when she pays the young lady said I need to get change we said ok well apparently she completely forgot so when we get our food we still didn't have or change my wife asks for it and the supposed to be manager asked about it like a 10 year old would my wife looks at me like omg what is this. After we leave and get home my wife gets burned with oil from her food the chicken was drenched in oil like if they poured it like a dressing the bottom of her bowl was filled I'm sorry but that was disgusting I won't ne earing there again or sending anyone else until they get responsible mature kids working there besides the fact of getting burned.

I came to pick up an order and not only were these little girls absolutely rude, but refused to help. I hope that management talks to them because the way I was spoken to was incredibly and absolutely unacceptable.

Tried the new chicken sandwich, ordered original hot with pickles. Sadly, the sandwich was so rubbery and tough, dry, the sauce was sporadic, and the pickles were non existent, so it was a one bite experience. I guess on a good note, I was able to eat the fries and have a drink, because the sandwich was not even worth a second bite. Some dinner.

Absolutely the worst Wingstop I’ve ever visited, usually Wingstop is my “go to” for wings but this location is terrible. Abundance of flies inside the building, substandard customer service then to top it all off the wings were badly overlooked, not drained so I had a pool of grease in the container and poorly sauced. The fries were over cooked as well and it appeared that I ended up with all the little broken up pieces of fries from the bottom of the bag. My advice if you’re looking for wings, go elsewhere.
