An absolute scam of a pizza shop. Waited over 3 hours for a delivery and every time I called I was told “it’ll be done in 10 minutes” and always met with an attitude. You’re better off making your own pizza from scratch.

These useless excuses for pizza drivers absolutely refuse to ring a doorbell to alert the person trying to get the pizza that they are here, even though I specifically put it in the instructions. They call your phone but if you happen to be one of the people that doesnt have their phone attached to them at all times, this means that I get no notification. Today this means that when I ordered delivery for my family, the driver didnt ring the bell, and then just left. No pizza for us tonight. And no returning customer for them.

I ordered 2 pizzas, pepperoni cheesy bread, and a 2-liter of soda before 8pm on a weeknight. I received everything except for my cheesy bread. I informed the driver and he said he would bring it to me. After about 30 mins, I decided to call the store and ask about it. I talked to a man and he said that they would have to make a new one and It would take a while, so he then offered me a free voucher for a cheesy bread next time. I said no, I was looking forward to this, I will wait for a new one. This conversation happened before 8:30pm and it is now past 11 pm. I never received my cheesy bread and I’m pretty pissed off about it. I feel like it’s not ridiculous to ask for the thing I paid for. I was also polite on the phone, but that’s gone out the window now.

I ordered a pizza for my mother and instead of the driver taking it to her apartment he left it on the ground by the entrance door , as if he was a Door Dash Driver. I specifically gave directions once he entered the building and also he called and I told him what numbers to push..Indtead he was being lazy and left the pizza at the entrance door. Luckily I called the store and the recording stated the pizza had been delivered…I will never order anything from this Dominos ever again!!!!! I told them they could come get their pizza and I need a refund!!! Don’t ever order from Dominos in Forest hills!!!! Bad Business!!!

Ordered delivery 2x, both times the delivery driver messed up. 1st time he delivered someone else's order. 2nd time he forgot salad dressing. AI system is terrible, was not able to speak with a human so I had to drive to the store to get my items. Offered me a refund that never came. Will not return and do not recommend.

Had a late night with the husband and kids with our church group event, Ordered a late pizza for dinner at around 10:40. Started being made @ 10:52. Order picked up by driver @ 11:09. Proceesa to drive everywhere except my house. Says delivered @ 11:40. Call the store. Indian guy argues with other Indian guy at one point saying something along the lines of " did you ever deliver it or what, you left with it" and more in broken english. Gets put on hold to "figure it out" a 3rd Indian guy answers Said he needed me to tell him what happened again because he wasnt who i spoke to earlier, and I tell him the same thing, again. Got put on hold additional 10 minutes. Guy says the pizza will be here in 20 minutes claiming bo driver picked it up and they never got the order. Boldfaced lie based on argument hears.. Now 12:24 and finally recieved order missing requested sauces. Very unhappy

I went today and ordered a small pizza for $15. It was for vegetables, but there were no vegetables, only olives and mint. The taste was disgusting. I threw it in the trash in front of the workers, and the workers don't wear gloves. There is mint in the pizza and there is very little cheese.

I ordered for delivery and I had two experiences both at night first time I had never got my order and they had claimed to call but I never got called. They then proceeded to say I can’t pay in cash anymore afterwards. Second experience I had called to cancel an order he kept saying “Whyd you order just to cancel it” and said it 3 times I replied saying “I just need to cancel” he then proceeded to say “Are you crazy bro” they are so unprofessional and management sucks.

Treated awful by the Store Manager at this location. When I started asking why they were calling me after placing my order they said they needed to confirm my address.. I order here almost daily and they never once have done this! I will not be going back to them. They lost a good loyal customer! If you’re the franchise owner and reading this I highly suggest you get a new management team. Your store is going to shit and the quality of pizza’s that are being delivered has went way down below satisfactory even. I think I will order elsewhere after this

Terrible, inconsiderate. When called to stat the pizza was dry old and stale. They claim we asked for less sauce. We didn't we can prove it. Don't order there. It's cheap for a reason.

well, got to add my "positive" review to the Domino's pizza store. a few times this 2023 year they were messing with my orders. i tried to tip them good up to $7.00 for $23.00 order. but they didn't care to bake what was ordered.. possibly the $7.00 tip was not quite enough for them.. instead of being at least polite they said they bake and work by their cookbook and they baked my order as it was ordered by me through domino's app.. hopeless to explain them what i wanted.. the business is not oriented to serve customers. they care about their profits. period. the last my order baked by them was very thin rather maduim in size instead of large size pizza with regular cheese instead of extra for which they got paid by me for that order.. at that time again i overpaid for my order. they liked that. instead of continuing my troubles with domino's people i learned how to prepare and bake specialty pizzas at home. the domino's people by their unreasonable services pushed me to learn and get skills in making and baking pizzas. the pictures of my own pizzas baked by me are attached: 1rst picture. pepperoni pizza/with low fat mozzarella, parmesan, cottage cheeses and onion, red cherry tomatoes on top 2. spinach feta pizzas with onion, cottage, and fresh mozzarella cheeses on the top. good recipes for domino's specialty pizzas are available on the net. i don't care any longer if the domino's pizza store is open or closed. i don't need them. thanks them for everything. hope my review helps. bon appetit!

The quality of the pizza I received was far below my expectations. The crust was thin and undercooked, lacking any crispiness. The toppings were sparse, unevenly distributed, and seemed low in quality. The overall taste was bland and uninspiring. It was evident that the pizza was hastily prepared with little care for taste or presentation.
