Their extensive menu offers a wide variety of flavors and toppings to choose from, making it easy to customize your perfect drink. . The quality of their ingredients is top-notch, and their boba is always cooked to perfection - not too soft, not too chewy. Plus, their staff is super friendly and always happy to help you find your new favorite flavor. . Whether you're a bubble tea connoisseur or a first-time sipper, Kung Fu Bubble Tea is sure to please. Highly recommended

Delicious boba tea! Kinda busy place but worth it. They don't do delivery (only pick up) and it's impossible to park somewhere by this place.

One of the best places I go to constantly for Bubble Tea. I’ve been going to this store for many years. The workers are very nice and polite. My friends and family both love coming to get drinks from here. Special shout-out to Shirley, she’s taken my order for boba a couple of times and is very kind and polite about it. She recently recommended for me to try out the rosehip lemonade with popping bubbles and it’s become my new favorite ☺️

Love the service here, they’re fast. Small standing area to stay and enjoy your drink just in case.

I have been a loyal customer at Kung Fu Tea for over two years now. I will not buy bubble tea from anywhere else. I will not go to Moge Tea across the street. Not only are all of the drinks delicious, but the #1 reason why I continue coming back is because of the amazing customer service. The people who are leaving bad reviews have no idea what they are talking about. All of the employees are amazing and hardworking, but I'd like to give a special shoutout to Shirley, who works at the register. She is polite and she takes orders very quickly and accurately. I wanted to sign up for the rewards app and she walked me through the entire process and got me started. Before I left the store, she asked me if everything was alright and if I was satisfied with my drink (which I ALWAYS am). I bring my family and friends here all the time. I strongly recommend this place to any bubble tea lover, this store is truly one of a kind. Thank you Shirley, and thank you to the rest of the employees for all that you do!

My girlfriend used to love this place. Sadly they’ve become skimpy with their boba.

We visited Kung Fu Tea location on Austin street at least once a week since it’s the closest bubble tea in my neighborhood. The space is narrow with only 10-12 seats but there is a gender neutral restroom, which is great. The staff is cool, reluctant and rude sometimes. Our favorite is their Kung Fu Milk Tea with bubble, half sugar and less ice. Their bubble is braised with honey, chewy and sweet. The milk tea is not cooked from great tea leaves so the caffeine isn’t strong.

Closed at 7:30 pm?? The door and maps and Google all said they close at 8:30 pm. It was a male emo server that had everything closed and off.

The male server there has a bad attitude. I asked if there was a certain flavor of popping bobbing for my drink and he gave a nasty tone. I will not return. Not worth it.

This is the 3rd time ordering from this KFT where they’ve forgotten my milk cap topping…in a drink whose title literally includes “milk cap” 😭 lock in brothers

Check your order before leaving the store. This is second time they got my order wrong. Notorious for leaving out toppings.

Couldn’t even pay for the drink or order because the worker was using 2 phones for TikTok AND slot machines. Then charged me for something they don’t have lmao what a joke

This is by far the worst location of Kung Fu Tea, as the workers are rude, specifically the male workers and the bubble tea there is mid. My medium drink cost the same as my friends' large for some reason, around $7.80. I thought i gave them $8 but i realized i gave them 9 dollars when the worker paused for a second, and looked at me, then put my 9 dollars in the register and gave me regular change for the "8" i gave him. I noticed he never paused after taking anybody else's payment either. I also went back to confirm i gave him 9 on accident by checking my wallet before i asked him if i gave him 9 dollars instead of 8. He looked at me weird and said no. These workers are rude liars. Don't waste your time at such a terrible establishment.

The male workers are always rude and they always give me attitude when I order something or make my drink. I ordered a chocolate matcha slush yesterday and one guy took my order and asked the other worker something in Chinese and he rolled his eyes as if I was being disrespectful to him, the female worker is always sweet.

I had a really disappointing experience at the Kung Fu Tea located at 70-10 Austin St Suite 3, Forest Hills, NY 11375. The guy working there was extremely rude and spoke to me with no respect at all. I ordered a drink with extra boba, and not only did he mess up the whole order — he didn’t even include any boba. It felt like he didn’t care about customer service or getting the order right. This experience completely ruined my visit, and I definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

As many times as I reiterated that, I needed oat milk and that I don't drink regular milk, i even went as so far as to order the brown sugar oat milk bubble tea.... so i'm so confused and highly upset that I was given real milk in my drink for pretty much $8. I couldn't even go back to get a refund because I was in such a rush that day and I drank half of it!! So upsetting... this place is the worst. I feel like I gave a tip to the cashier for literally no reason.. how do you get a simple dietary restriction wrong. It's a drink shop, it's either milk or milk, substitute. Come on!!!

Was looking at the menu outside at 8:10pm. The store closes at 8:30pm. The worker saw us looking at the menu, started packing up, shut off the lights, and quickly left the store without interacting with us. This all happened within the span of 1 minute. I get we came close to closing but the posted closing time is 8:30pm.

Earlier today I went to get a Strawberry Milk tea from this store which I’ve only been to a handful of times. I was excited to get boba but was dejected by the service. The server was quite rude and obviously displayed that he did not want to be there which kind of ruined my mood. I seriously have no idea what is up with some places just having terrible customer service. Please emphasize hospitality, overworking staff does not help that at all🙏. Not only that but l ordered a large boba which was more expensive than the medium, only to realize that it is the exact same size as the medium apparently(in my side by side picture)?! I won't be going back despite the convenience of coming to this area quite often, the boba is very mid and I have definitely had better without a doubt. Boba fish and Gong Cha are much better options, don’t waste your time here.

I ordered a thai tea, a basic drink that i always get. the drink is supposed to be orange and instead they filled the cup with milk and put the slightest amount of tea. i asked them to remake it with less milk and the workers gave me and attitude and put EVEN more milk.
